In-N-Out Burger

6/27/25 Went on Friday, haven't eaten here in about a year. I was in the area for an errand. So I stop by to try them again, last I thought it was best burger. Now it's the same feeling they do disappoint. The food was great and the service was awesome the people there are always happy and friendly. There very clean.

First time coming here to get an in and out t shirt! My friend loves it so much so we came here to get it for him. They took care of our shirts right away and it was a good service! Next time will come here to dine in! :) Cheers 🥂

I haven’t been here since last year, service was good but the fries were not cook good. Yucky limp fries not good as I know how amazing they should be! Vanilla shake and Double Doubles were good.

Went here last week Thursday night~!! In n out always is amazing for the price and quality. Got the cheeseburger and animal style fries, both a stellar 10/10 no complaints ever.

It's In-n-Out through and through. Great food, fresh taste, extremely clean, fast service and everything is served with a smile. Perfect treat after watching a movie nearby.

My boy’s hamburger meat was a little red on the inside. I advised the staff and they handled it professionally. Another patty was cooked and everything was good. Five stars for the way they handled the situation.

Whenever I am starved and so hungry I tend to always get the best service as well as also the best meals. I had a great experience here and I was so glad to get filled up on my stop here at In-N-Out on my way back home. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Always great. Best cheap burgers around. Amazing service. Shake shack is still the best, but double the cost. Order double with meat cheese grilled onions only. Best way to order burger. Fries not even close to McDonald's. And very curiously they broil a slice of cheese onto the fries to make cheesy fries. This makes the fries soggy. Should be adding cheese sauce from a pump.

I was shocked to see mold covering the ceiling while dining at this In-N-Out. It's a serious health concern. Mold can contaminate the air and food. I lost my appetite and left immediately. Definitely not coming back and hope they resolve this.

You literally cannot go wrong with in-n-out. They always get your order right, it's always fresh, and always delicious. And the customer service is always exceptional! I love their new garbage, compost, and recycle containers but the trash section does fill up very fast causing a bit of a mess and some confusion. If you haven't tried a full grilled onion (not chopped) on your burger yet, you need to! Delish!

Love this place. Great service and food. Every time you go the always exceed your expectations on both fronts. This is the go to Burger joint.

Always a treat to visit "In & Out". It's starts with the friendly service you get when you drive up. Love that they repeat your order once you're done. I'm a native California resident, so to me their burgers are the best of the drive thru restaurants. Sorry all my Texas friends. Don't hate me cause I have great taste. Their burgers, fries, and shakes are all made from quality ingredients. Freshness at its best. Honestly the food, it's a 3.5 but the way the restaurant is run is A 5+. The double double animal style was a messy, finger lickin', delicious burger. The fries weren't my fave but man this restaurant knows how to make a restaurant run! So clean. Reasonably priced food. And very quick and attentive staff. I will definitely eat here again when we're going to Austin!

Always a great time going to In-N-Out! This location is right off the I-35 Interstate, next to the Round Rock Outlets. Very conveniently located, and this will be my go-to location for years to come! The food is amazing, and the establishment is amazing like all the other In-N-Out Locations. Great service, well-kept, and spacious. Give them a try!

Came here for the first time on a weekend. No line to place an order and the staff was friendly. For 2 burgers and fries, it took about 15 minutes for the food to come out. The burgers were hot and the lettuce was crisp and fresh. The fries were also hot and crispy. The place itself is clean and has both indoor and outdoor seating. It's been awhile since I've been to In-N-Out and I forgot how affordable it is. For everything we ordered, I believe the total was $15. One of the burgers was a double double both animal style. It's near the outlets so a great place to grab food if you're shopping nearby!

Really great location, friendly staff and plenty parking. Ordered a cheeseburger meal... even though it was busy the order was ready fairly soon, and was so fresh and delicious. The fries are amazing! Very clean inside, and same layout as any other location I've visited. Such great value for money!!

the drive thru line was long they have good hours. very busy inside. eating in car and expected it to come in a box as the staff member confirmed on the intercom however the food came bagged not in the car box as requested.

Not sure what's going on here - is there only 1 person preparing food in there? Have been here a couple of times recently and more than a 15 minute wait with 2 cars in front of us. At mid afternoon there were no cars in the lot so the only conclusion to draw is understaffing. That said, the burgers are very tasty and fresh. Just prepare for a wait.

No complaints here! I love how simple they keep their menu. We pulled in through the drive thru and a nice gentleman took our order on an Ipad, which helped to keep the line moving quick! We ordered two cheeseburger combo meals and a grilled cheese combo meal for our little guy. The food came out quick, hot, and fresh! If there's one thing that I love about In-N-Out, it's how affordable they keep their prices. We paid a little over $20 for our family of 3, and that was a great bang for our buck! The burgers were juicy and the buns were nicely toasted on the edges. I also ordered my fries animal-style, which is a definite must here! We didn't get to dine-in because it was a bit busy on the inside, but they do have seating. The ambiance was giving off old classic diner vibes! Overall though, this is as classic as it gets! Simple menu, great food, and full belly!

So you have a secret menu? Then do it! I ordered a Flying Dutchman (your secret menu) and I got two meat patties with cheese. It's supposed to be between two grilled onion patties. You want to have a "secret menu" then make it! I hate this place. They never get my order right. It seems simple then you figure out the "secret menu" and they mess that up. Why do you exist? This is stupid. The hype is dumb, they don't follow through on their secrets. Don't bother going here. It's garbage.

Wensday nights, everyone mark the calendar because whoever works in the back that day and time makes the best burgers and fries. Usually it's a hit or miss with the quality and taste of the food you never know what you'll get but today definetly a hit! Will be on the lookout for what other days of the week to come to.

Alway a great experience. Fresh prepared food, excellent staff, and clean restaurant. Can't wait for the expansion east of the Mississippi River!

They are super friendly! This was my first time to visit in-n-out, and I definitely will be coming back. It's hard for me to find things to eat since I have a very high allergy to eggs. They took my allergy very seriously and was able to give me something delicious. The prices were the best I have seen considering how they have gone up so drastically. They were pretty fast with the delivery of the food as well. The food was pretty good. If you are looking for a quick, friendly, cheap stop that is still good, go to in-n-out.

I really want to like In-N-Out.. I've tried it several times. The burger is OK, nothing fancy. It is better if you slather it in thousand island, or animal style as they call it. But the fries are terrible, they seem to make the effort, they're just not good. The 1/2 inch thick slab of onion is ridiculous, I like onions on a burger but that is way too much. The burger is tiny, exactly half the size of a Whataburger so it should be cheaper, much cheaper. I'll leave it for the California transplants, I'm staying with Whataburger.

The same great cheeseburgers, fries, strawberry lemonade, and chocolate chip oatmeal cookies that I've enjoyed for years in California and Texas. Friendly staff for the most part. I almost deducted a star for a drive through employee I've dealt with several times who annoyingly calls every customer "boss," which I find disrespectful as this was practically my name when I worked in the service industry. But I'm not going to let one bad apple spoil the whole bunch.

They literally make a home made burger that is just delicious. Lettuce is hand prepared, patty is hand formed , fries hand cut. Perfect!!!

They are like the Chick-fil-A of burgers. The tend to be clean and friendly. I suggest you give them a try.

I love these burgers! The bun is toasted, the veggies are fresh and crispy and they're not too big. It's a perfect burger and their sauce is yummy.

There was something that changed this time, maybe the fries were not as before but definitely inflation is affecting the prices over here and quality of the burguers... Not sure but it felt different this time

Well well well MikeyZ back at it again! Alright here's the scoop - wouldn't want to keep y'all out of the loop: The burger was warm and in perfect form! Ever so juicy, every bite had me humming that ole classic tune. By Claude Debussy, that sad Clair de Lune. The service was stellar - like cosmic level, for sure a bestseller. But the fries... oh my oh my. I just can't fathom why oh why. With sauce and onions and plenty of cheese, somehow they manage to still fail to please! In-n-out, do me a favor. Would it be oh so hard to add some bold flavor? With that being said, animal style is the way to go. Without any toppings, the fries are oh no! All in all, a solid 4 out of 5. Catch me next time on a long Texas drive!

As a native Texan I know I'm supposed to like whataburger better, but In-N-Out has the best fast food burger by far. My only complaint and the reason for the 4 stars is because they have the worst French fries I've ever had. That's fine though because their animal style cheeseburger makes up for the crappy fries.

This is my second time trying In-N-Out... my baby sister told me they were dry and overrated; but the lines are always long...she was right (not this location) My friend convinced me that I "wasn't ordering it right" so we went to this location (since it was close) he ordered a "monster style double double with cheese".... Chiiiiile that burger was still dry as hell just messy! But he loved it‍ my stars are for the fast service and not having to cook lol

I know In-N-Out is not local and it's a huge chain at least in the south. But I'm very happy and pleased that I went here. Definitely wasn't my first time but will not be my last. But because it was major and though I wanted to go here a few times before leaving a review as I filled that's important, but I so that's really on me. Dad is always very friendly and helpful if I ever needed to make a modification or ask for extra sauce, they're always happy to do it for me right then and there they are very very nice young is pretty cool. The food is actually excellent, I know people prefer Whataburger but for me in n out for me in and out for the win

Weird being in this place as the only customer. It was during Austin's 30 year ice/snow storm during President's day weekend. It was also 11AM. My daughter loved the vanilla shake. Fries were ok, but don't seem to be as good as they once were. I guess I'm comparing to the locations in San Diego, Phoenix and Vegas. Double burger with the sauce was really good. You can tell the meat is high quality. Worth it.

I Love this place!! Extra polite staff! Best Service I have had in a long time. Food is Hot Fresh and so good too!! We ordered Cheeseburgers Fries Double Cheeseburger, sweet tea and Lemonade! All of which was wonderful.

This is a very good In-N-Out burger location. The staff was very courteous and efficient. My order was fresh, accurate and I received it in a timely manner. I highly recommend this In-N-Out Burger location.

In N Out is always amazing!! I've been to locations in Phoenix, Tucson, LA etc. However, The Service here is the best I've seen. Workers are polite and even like to do small talk! The food, also amazing. The burgers hit different and the fries, might not be the best but the Animal Style Fries is always the way to go! And the place is clean and a very great environment. I recommend this location!! Thank you Round Rock!!

They are fast and and close by and probobly some of the best tasting burgers given the university Blvd plaza

Can't go wrong with in and out. Been eating them since forever. They don't have huge burger Pattie's or anything but just enough burger for me. Best part all fresh. From fresh cut vegetables to never frozen Pattie's. Fries are another level. They have different taste than your typical fast food fries. Something about them. Employees are always presentable and helpful. Establishment always clean and welcoming. My go to fast food hamburger place

I love this place for late night burgers. The kids who work here are pleasant and provide good service. It can get noisy late at night but you may enjoy that, because the happiness of the clientele is infectious!

My friend decided to give this place a try. I'm from CA so I know how crowded it could be but decided to give it a shot. THankfully, this location wasn't overflowing with people. Parking was pretty easy and the drive through line was normal. We opted to go inside and were able to place our order pretty quickly. We got our number and found a table. They were clean. While there were quite a few folks inside it was still nice and not overwhelming. The food was served hot and fresh. The fries are the best and the burgers are good to. They're nice about doing the protein style lettuce wraps and I have no complaints. I'd probably come back her some time.

The burger was good but the fries are always cold and under cook or over cooked. The customer service was no better than a whataburger which we all know is horrendous service.

A pile of FLYING DUTCHMANS would be my death row meal. Oh how I with there was an In-N-Out Burger closer to where I live.

I've been to almost all of the In-n-Outs in Orange County (drove a night shift for seven months and got In-n-Out literally every night all across the county) and I've got to say that this In-n-Out does not heat up their burgers properly. Every burger I've ever eaten before now in OC has had melted cheese. Now the patty tastes weird and the cheese is solid

Wow shout out to Hayden who works here!!! He is such a king for making the best #busting fries ever. And he even made sure we got all the sauces!!! Overall very attentive worker he needs a raise FOR SURE!!! And Mason was such a helpful sassy king for cleaning up a drink i spilled on accident LOVE WILL BE BACK!!!!!!!!

I'm totally sold. For years I said that Shake Shack was the better burger chain overall, but In-N-Out is the winner. Shake Shack's burgers are still more gourmet and are undeniably better, but the overall value here is just too good to beat. Two people can eat here for $8... it's amazing. Burgers are consistently delicious and the fries, while only decent, have grown on me. I love it. But who even looks up reviews for In-N-Out...?

It's always good. It was quick and everything was on point. I had a double-double with fries. I would return again and I recommend this location.

Me and my family went here to get dinner we entered the drive thru and the lady helping was pretty nice until we were confused on what a "open box" was and she treated us like we were stupid, we then pulled up to the window to pay and as the lady( Ruth) was reading our order we thought we heard it wrong so we asked her and she said "that's literally what I said at the beginning" I realise they deal with mean people but we were very nice and there was no reason to be rude to us like that, the food was great but customer service was not

This is definitely not my first time at this place. However, there's not much to say other than the burgers here are fresh as are the fries! It takes a while anytime I'm here to get the food but you wait for quality!

We don't normally eat fast food but it was cold and I didn't feel like taking out anything for lunch so today we had our first ever...In and Out Cheeseburger. OMG it was so good. Perfect size and as pretty as the pictures. The young lady that attended me (Ashley) was also a delight...happy and upbeat. I might make Mondays an In and Out day.

Meh , I always come here excited after getting all worked up when yelpers in California post pics then I get the food and am underwhelmed. The fries are like dehydrated space food from a museum texture and get cold within a minute of being on the table or in a bag so I have to scarf them down reluctantly like , why am I doing this to my body . The burgers are ok but not amazing enough to claim they are the best fast food burgers out there like many die hard fans claim . I'm not the Whataburger is better typical dude in Texas either my moms from the Bay so I want to like it and relate but I just don't get the hype . Maybe they are nostalgic to Californians and that's what makes them such a big deal but just cause you say animal style doesn't make them "hella dank " just cause your in "the city " . I think without being too harsh it's the fact most are super hungry after the visit to the dispensary which makes anything " hella good " lol . Sorry I love Cali but even Shake Shack is better .

Best In-N-Out I've ever been to! (And I've been to a lot of them thanks to my husband! He's a big fan!) The burgers are the same as any other In-N-Out, but it's all about the service here!! The associates here are so friendly and helping! And the cleanliness is fantastic! Great place!! And thanks to Christian who even brought our food to us, while there wasn't a line.
