In-N-Out Burger

It's affordable so that's why it's always packed. It's way cheaper than your McDonald's or Burger King but my fod came out extremely cold. My fries were cold and hard. My Burgers were ok. The paties were cold too. After waiting for 45 minutes for our food we expected everything to be cooked and hot. It's not really worth the hype. I truly believe the line is long because it's literally 4 bucks for a burger and 3 bucks for a shake. It's definitely not in and out lol. It took forever to our food.

As someone travelling to the US, in n out burger is one of the best value meals that you could ever have! Furthermore, the food is actually really good. My top 3 cheeseburgers in the world. Their menu is really simple, just burgers, fries, drinks and some secret menu items. I always go for a double cheeseburger with fries. I like the pickle chili that they provide, it’s a nice palate cleanser but do note that it’s got quite a punch! Also if you’re visiting during lunch or dinner, expect long lines and some waiting time, but trust me, it’ll be worth it! P.s you can ask for their iconic paper hats to bring back as a souvenir!

Staff provides genuinely friendly service and a positive atmosphere. Restaurant and restrooms are clean. Ample parking and seating provided. Food is delicious and uses fresh ingredients. Will be returning.

Great value for the price. The burger patties were meaty, juicy, and tender—everything you’d hope for in a classic fast-food burger. Ordering it Animal Style is definitely a game changer. The extra sauce, grilled onions, and pickles take it from a regular burger to something much more flavorful and satisfying. Without it, the burger feels pretty standard. This location is always busy and tends to get packed, which speaks to its popularity—but it does come with a downside. Cleanliness could be improved—every time I’ve visited, the tables, seating areas and the door were noticeably dirty. Still, for what you pay, you get a solid burger with big flavors—just be prepared for crowds and possibly a wait for a table.

Consistent quality in taste and service. always 5 stars out of 5. Burgers are customizable to your liking. toppings, animal style, protein style, etc. fast food at its finest. Plenty of parking. Indoor and outdoor seating.

I always have to stop by and eat at In-N-Out when I’m in the West Coast. Something about not having one in the East Coast makes me want one all the time. I got the protein and animal style double-double with chopped peppers, animal style fries (well done), and a black and white milkshake. The total was around $16 which is a steal. The fries were bad like always and even when it was well done, it just sucks, but the burgers always hits especially with the peppers. Not sure why the fries are always mid when you can see them chop it and fry it in the back. The service is always great and the line moves very quickly. It does take some time for your food to come out though. Plenty of seats inside and outside; enjoyed eating it outside.

I really enjoy their cheeseburger, especially with grilled onions rather than the raw kind. Everything always tastes very fresh and well made considering how many orders they get. Only downside is the wait and the lines but they can’t avoid being a California staple and a popular business!

I came to eat double hamburger with my husband after a long time. The old taste is preserved, it‘s delicious, fresh, and the price is good.

Hello, the other day I ordered the best 4x4 burger I've ever had!! My cashier, Maddy, greeted me with all of the info i would need to make my cuisine choice. She asked me how I was, and my spirits soared! After i ordered, we had a genuine conversation where not only my tastebuds were satisfied- but my heart was full as well. Please hire more people like her, the experience was one of a kind!

Customer service was INCREDIBLE. It was extremely busy on a Saturday night, and a few weeks later I'm still thinking about Maddy's amazing customer service. My order was a little complicated, however she took it with grace and a smile never left her face. Maddy's energy is hard to come by these days, and really made my night despite the overwhelming setting. She asked about my day, confirmed the order with me twice, and I was extremely satisfied with the experience. This isn't the in n out closest to me, but I'll definitely be back! Shoutout Maddy!

I've visited In-N-Out numerous times across many locations and have always had great experiences, but today was an exception. We went through the drive-thru and when we got our order, both burgers were ice cold and one bun was broken in half. I parked and went inside to politely ask if they could remake the order. I really hate being "that person" who has to send food back, so I made sure to be respectful, but the young lady at the register had an attitude. Then the drive-thru cashier came over and also seemed annoyed, and when I finally got the remade order, the person who handed it to me had an attitude as well. Every business has off days, and their card reader at the first window wasn't working and they were clearly busy, so I understand mistakes happen. But the lack of customer service and the obvious attitude from multiple employees is where this location really needs improvement. Because of this experience, I'll be avoiding this location and going to the El Camino Real In-N-Out instead.

*1 star rating is solely directed at management, not employees This place must have changed management. I've come here for years and everyone's usually cheerful. However, tonight everyone we interacted with looked overwhelmed, we directly asked for spread and chilies (they very clearly heard us ask for it) and the person directly hands us ketchup. When I went inside, the person I asked for spread looked at me with a death stare. Then fries were salty as fuck. I don't blame them because when 3/3 employees are acting off, theres no way it's not a bigger issue. I also noticed the drive thru line was a lot shorter than usual. I have a feeling management is pressuring the employees too hard. There is no way the team went from always happy to straight up disoriented for no reason. Do better, managers.

California classic. Best fast food burgers. Made to order. Always quick (not holding crowds against them) and fresh. Fries grew on me and now I prefer them.

In n out is the food you expected form a fast food burger. Some shrinkflation going on and not as good as it used to be. Today's meal was spot on and I was happy. I usually get food to go, but today I ate inside. As I was sitting and eating, I watched Beatriz bust her butt wiping tables, taking trays, and being helpful all with a kind smile. Kudos to her.

This tends to be my first stop after the airport! I love me some animal style cheeseburgers!!! This time I felt super lucky as the line was around the corner! But it is always worth the wait!! Part of my Cali carvings when I come home to visit!!

As a Chicago girl, it took me some time to fall in love with In and Out--yet, my time has come! I love it! This location is always packed, but the staff is unbelievably kind and overall, vibes are high! Everything tasted great and lack of satisfaction wasn't even a consideration. Got a cheeseburger protein style and animal style fries--and I was a happy camper! Doesn't quite compare to Portillos (call me crazy california people), but was delicious for sure!

Amazing burgers as always! The best fast food burger and it's not even close! In n out has the best fast food service employees in the game! They are always polite and patient! It's always packed at in n out for a reason! Drive thru lines are so long but so worth the wait! This location models what in n out wants to represent! Great quality food and great quality service!

This review is strictly for the sad 1 inch piece of wilted lettuce we got in our burger. It was really busy today but if I didn't have lettuce at home I would've been extra sad. Service is always great but what the hell In n Out?

Quick. Easy. Yummy. Animal fries were great-- sometimes they're dry and too crispy but today they were fab! Animal style burger to compliment it!

Good burgers, fries and shakes! Expect a wait in the drive thru but it goes pretty fast. Went here late at night after arriving in San Jose airport. The workers are helpful, nice and hard working. Good place for college kids to hang out. You can eat inside but we brought our food back to our hotel to enjoy!

The services in all In n Outs are the best, considering they are pretty much a fast food place. Kudos to those who wipe down the tables. Not only do they clean the tables well, but when it is crowded, they keep an eye out for a vacant table and wipe it down right away so those waiting can sit. And the food, specially the fries...do i need to say more?! Highly recommended

Food was good and the service was really fast! The atmosphere is very busy and louder. We got the hamburger and double double animals style and one protein style. So good!!

I love In-N-Out and always grab a meal there after choir practice on Tuesdays or when I return from traveling. The place is always busy, whether you go inside or use the drive-thru. The employees work fast and hard at this location to get your food to you as quickly as possible. The indoor tables are usually full, so I often eat outdoors.

What's there not to like about the burger establishment. First off I like the consistency of their food whether I hit up a Cali location or go to LV. Second are the prices for what you get which is a decent tasting double, double burger with onions. And honestly and don't judge me but I really do like their fresh thinly cut crispy fries and have heard the complaints but hey you say what you gotta say and I'll do the same. Also like the one upping the order to animal style at times but didn't this go round. The place is clean and there was a worker constantly moving around and wiping down tables and making sure the condiments were filled. I'm a believer of In-n-Out but just wish they had one closer to where I live but hey it's on my list when there's one nearby!

This place always hits! Worth the wait and the employees always seem happy! My family and I definitely appreciate the consistency.

Who doesn't love In-N-Out??!! My business partner and I were in town for just a few hours catching a flight out. This is twice I've been to the same In-N-Out. No matter what time of day it is crazy busy and always a 30 minute wait. It would've been much better had not everybody in the world wanted to stop there. I had to double double cheeseburger, cheese fries and a strawberry shake and it was outstanding as usual. Just the wait is crazy at this location.

We went here after a music festival camp out and it was delicious! My friend told me to get the hot green chilis on the burger and I'll never look back! The service was quick and the food was fresh and hot! The fries were delicious too. I asked for some additional signature sauces and they have them to me :)

I realized I've never reviewed this place so I thought why not review it now. In-N-Out has decent burgers for the price you get. The patty is pretty small, so you'd have to at least get a double patty for it to be a normal size. I'm not a fan of the fries here much, even if I order them well done--just not a fan of the texture I guess. This place in particular works pretty quickly. They get really busy with the drive through and even inside, but we were still able to get our food within 10-15 minutes.

The best burgers in town, but the fries are mediocre. The fresh lettuce and tomato are fresh and carefully placed in the burger. I don't know it's done, but each burger always looks the same with a perfectly toasted bun. Always friendly and efficient service and spotlessly clean.

Super friendly staff. A quick turnaround on the burgers, even secret menu one. The outdoor area was pretty big and the nice weather helped. One of the best spots for the protein style. They wrapped it nicely. Good stop.

The drive-thru order taker was wonderful, helping me efficiently and accurately place my order. However, the positive experience ended when I picked up my food. Veracruz was rude, did not smile, and provided poor customer service. This is by far the worst experience I've had at this In-N-Out location. I believe she needs additional training.

Whether you're a local or just visiting sunny California, you have to try In-N-Out! Every location I've been to has been consistently great. The food is always fresh and tasty, and the staff? Pair it with fresh-cut fries and a milkshake, and you're in burger heaven. Simplicity meets bold flavor, making this a must-try for foodies and burger lovers alike! It's In-N- Out! Its that simple! If you want it you have to go and enjoy! If the line is long one person line up one person wait for table and enjoy. No matter what you order, the food is always good and you know it if you have been there , the burgers are always cooked in perfections. Depending on what time of the day but more and more on weekend its just packed, loud, crrowded but we always found seat here. We love this location because its easy access, near highway. We have other locations near by but this where we visit the most.

While you're dropping premium coin for a 3.5, you can still walk across the lot and secure a Double-Double, fries, and a drink for under $10. That's balance. Same consistent quality: fresh lettuce, grilled onions, that paper-thin tomato that's really just there for color--but it works. The animal-style fries still slap if you eat 'em fast, and the vibes? Pure California--palms, red trays, and a parking lot full of Teslas and Toyota Corollas sharing space like it's world peace. In-N-Out at Newhall is a post-sesh classic, whether you're floating or just need a real one to hold you down between paychecks.

Love how close this location is to the airport. The line was surprisingly short, and we got our food fairly quickly. I finally tried their Flying Dutchman wrapped in grilled onions, it was delicious!! Definitely worth the hype. There is plenty of parking. My only complaint is that the tables were a bit dirty.

Local fast food restaurant located of being in the area close by to my travels of work. I stop by here for late night or dinner pick up after work. I normally travel just myself, for times I have drop in for visiting restaurant and dinning at location. Ordering is a bit of a wait time each time drive thru line is every longer. But, staff is pretty prompt on keeping is moving. Staff associates speak English. Attentive on taking order, as order call of number on receipt. Plenty of parking spaces and area kept well maintained. Convenient of location.

Stellar as always! The food is so delicious and has become a staple in my visit to and from California. My go to is the #3 Single patty hamburger with pickles, grilled onions, and extra in-n-out sauce. My Fiance loves in-n-out so much he buys a T-shirt each year and he's always able to finish two double party cheeseburgers with animal fries.

This place was hopping @ 9pm on a Wednesday night. It's crazy how popular it is and packed with hungry people. The drive through was out the door so we went inside to order. There's a line of workers and they move around like busy bees. Looked Pretty efficient and coordinated to me. Not utter chaos like I thought it'd be. Our orders came out nice and hot just the way we liked them. Will be back!

What can I say, other than it's hands down the best. Ample parking and good location off of 880/17 and right by SJC. The drive through line can be quite busy at this location, you may be better off going inside to get your food. As always, the food and service is fantastic.

We all know & love in n out! It stays consistent & you know what you're getting. Which makes it a reliable place to come. We are here once a week at least and the burgers are just always good! This is for Kristin! We just (literally still in the drive thru line) came for lunch. It's 95 degrees in this heat wave and she's out here in the heat so her employees don't have to be! That's awesome.

The location has one of the freshest fries, because it also has the longest In-N-Out drive thru lines ever (at least in NorCal). At least 20-30 cars on a Sunday late night, because it is near the airport. Security and cops here all the times, so also one of the safest In-N-Outs as well. Same food quality and service as other locations too. Keep it up!

The drive thru is often busy but not too bad for the wait time. Food is good. I ordered classic cheese burger that would come with onion, cheese, beef patty, lettuces and tomato. The place was busy as other In n Out locations Located next to a Starbucks, the San Jose airport, and costco. I assume this is one of the go-to spots for students since it is near the santa clara university as well

The manager in this location is the sweetest and fix my problem quick. I had gotten a burn bread burger. I came the next day to see if I could get at least my burger free. She gave me the burger and fries too. And a bonus of a milkshake. I left happy and that made my day even better. Thank you so much.

Within an hour of landing I ended up at this In-N-Out burger. This place is a must try when flying into San Jose. The burgers are juicy, fresh, and cooked to order. We had a variety of cravings, but I went with a single hamburger and fries, animal style. Don't sleep on the secret menu. You can ask for peppers, grilled onions, Flying Dutchman, protein style, you name it. In-N-Out is a hometown favorite and nostalgic fast food joint that you won't regret. The service is prompt and exterior was clean. Get here before noon to avoid a traffic jam in the parking lot.
