In-N-Out Burger

This In-n-out Burger location always has long line overflowing to the street. As always the burger and fries were great. Friendly staff as well.

I grew up near an In N Out, and miss it greatly. There is one near the hotel we were in for a conference. We hit it twice in three days so I could get my fix. The burgers are as great as I remember. The crew at this location was amazing. Friendly, efficient, and willing to help. I come to this co Terence every year, and this has become a mandatory stop.

The people who work here are absolutely amazing! They are warm and compassionate and very happy. The food was delicious. We had a very short wait even though it was very busy for lunch time. We had a wonderful time. Everything was lovely. Even the bathrooms were clean and well stocked.

In-N-Out is a legendary fast food eatery found out West. The menu is simple. Burgers, fries, shakes or other drinks. Food is great. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Service is fast. Restrooms are clean. Prices are very reasonable. Recommended for any fast food eater. Great for families.

The best burger in french fries with a nice customer service and repair price.

My favorite burger joint of all time. The food is made fresh. The service is on point and the wait time minimal. The place is clean and inviting. I had the double double animal style, which is the double cheese burger with grilled onions. I also had animal style fries which has grilled onions cheese and their special hamburger sauce. Also ordered a chocolate shake. Hit the spot after a long day of traveling.

Went through the drive-thru but the burgers were heavily salted. Had to eat the fries to offset. Outside service was good, but the quality can suffer if you're constantly pumping them out for the consistent line outside. Could be better.

The food is always so good, so affordable and the staff very friendly and kind. My go to for a burger. As all in n out locations is always very very busy but the staff make a great effort to be super efficient so it’s not a deal breaker for us

My go to quick dinner for the family! In and out is always delicious and reliable. Service is as fast as it can be with the amount of people who go. Ambiance is classic in and out with red/white and palm trees. They always have the best sauce! If you don't like bread I love that you can make your burger "protien style" and get lettuce. Always a great spot!

This review is about my experience using the drive thru. Now my goodness this was the longest line I have ever seen for an In-N-Out. I was kind of intimidated. But thankfully, the others in line followed direction and there weren't any unruly drivers around. There were two attendants for us cars. One was super nice to me. I felt so bad for him though. He said he was handling well and he's sure his shift will go by faster because of it. I like that line of thinking. I would say it took another ten minutes for me to reach the second window. When I got there, my drink was ready but my food was not. So they had me pull over to the side and wait. Thankfully the wait wasn't long. I got my order in five minutes. Order: cheeseburger, animal style, extra grilled onions, extra pickles, ketchup already in the burger, and no tomatoes. A side of fries and a coke for a drink. Everything tasted wonderful. 5/5

I visited this location in the drive through last night around 11pm and received excellent customer service from the In-N-Out team. I would like to highlight the young lady with glasses at the second window, I believe her name was Daya, she provided perfect communication and care with our order. We were very pleased with by her service and attitude. Daya deserves some recognition and a raise!

I will have to say - yes- the best fast food burger out there and the fries are amazing. I will say better than any of the other burger places. These kids work hard and are very efficient. The line is out the door and the drive thru is an out into the street . Why ? Because it's dam good . Mmmmm. The parking there is packed so I've prepared for takeout if you can't get a spot. Lots of kids in the weekends - so it's kinda nice to see .. it much better if lots of kids around. My opinion. You know the food is good too - which it is. I will keep Coming back every time I'm in San Ramon

Drive thru is insane but it's quick. We ordered inside. Lines were quick. Bathrooms were clean. Plenty of parking. People are often in and out dog here's always parking. Not much a a wait even though it looks busy inside always. We maybe waiting 10 mins maybe less. It's our first visit at an in n out since they announced their elimination of artificial dyes. So you'll see a slight difference in their ketchup. Pink lemonade. Strawberry shake to name a few items. There was a guy that was constantly sweeping the main dinning area and wiping the tables after guest left. Great service great staff

I never thought I'd be disappointed by in n out but this place has done me wrong twice. On a previous visit we ordered animal fries and there was a hair in my fries. My husband took the fries over to the counter and the worker had a clueless look on his face not knowing what to do. How about let's replace the fries with a hair inside? Then on another visit we ordered through the drive thru on a surprisingly slow night. There was only two cars in the drive thru including ours on a late Wednesday night. I ordered my usual and my meat was raw. RAW very vividly pink raw. I took two bites and immediately felt sick to my stomach. I had to drive back and get a new one. Despite all this I still give three stars because they did fix the issue.

On veteran day the manager Joseph claimed that veterans don't receive a complimentary meal. Me and two other fellow marines were disrespected and denied any type of service. Would never come back to this location, if you're a veteran of any branch be prepared to be disappointed! Hope management takes initiative and trains up (manager) Joseph! Known for it's massive drive through line this location of In-N-Out Burger was always a favorite of my family's whenever we were in town. After seeing the nearby San Ramon Christmas Tree Lane lights the honey and I stopped in for a quick burger and fries. Lucking out and nabbing a parking spot, we walked in to order and sat at one of the open tables while we waited for our number to be called. The service was helpful and the food came out fairly quickly with how busy the restaurant was. All in all, a great location of In-N-Out.

Solid In-N-Out location! We ordered in late night, around 10pm. There were four of us, a couple with more complex orders, and the staff was happy to accommodate all the requests once we got it all straight. I ordered a classic #2: cheeseburger, fries, soda. Food was ready quickly and tasted great, as always! I've known for years about the secret menu but I always keep my order pretty simple. So it was fun to visit with friends to hear the different things they ordered: -pup patties (same great burger patty but without added salt so your furry friend can enjoy some In-N-Out too!) -fries light or extra crispy -extra produce and/or extra pickles on a burger Good to know!

Why does this in and out always mess up the Flying Dutchman? Both times I've gotten it here they just give me meat Pattie's with cheese with nothing else, why?

Always good here, it's in n out! But losing one star as this has become so expensive now. One of the more expensive locations in the state too, as this isn't what I've paid at other locations the past year.

Amazing service they're always on par! This is one of the best fries. I've had it in and out it just really fresh and crispy not soggy at all. Places always clean and immaculate.

Want to send a shout out to Christian who went out of his way to remembered our family's drinks & order and brought it out to our table. Excellent service!! Tip: in-n-out gives out chocolate bars when you order hot cocoa. (just learned this today!)

The burgers are good, fries are dry and taste like carboard, milkshakes pretty good, there is a highway next to it, service is awesome

One of the great things about In-N-Out Burger is they're pretty consistent. My coworkers and I were trying to figure out where to get some food after an event and this was something we could all agree on. The parking lot was a little tight, and if you're not familiar with the set up you might accidentally get into the drive in line, like I did, instead of the entrance to the parking lot. Luckily, I was able to get out of the wrong line before I was stuck and found a parking spot. A group of four of us went in and ordered and then found a seat. It took a bit of time to be ready, but they were busy and we were enjoying the conversation at our table. The burgers were tasty, the drinks were cold and we were all happy to have eaten after a long day.

Solid service and decent prices. Burgers always taste fresh and flavorful, particularly when you add the chilis. Staple of my diet when traveling as one can trust their consistency. Shakes are good but have over 50 grams of sugar, so I try to stay away whenever possible. Food comes out pretty quick, runs like a seriously well oiled machine. Not a bouje burger but generally hits the spot. I recommend the fries no salt, and then squeeze the juice off the chilis for extra acidic spice. Overall recommend. Ambiance is just like any other in and out, although the surrounding location is woodsy and has a nice view.

I order the same thing every time I come to In n Out. 3 by 2, chopped chilis, grilled onions, add ketchup. Sometimes get asked 3 meat 2 cheese to clarify, which is fine. Got my sandwich, zero cheese. Ask them to fix it, they charged me $1.2 and legit just HANDED me 2 cold slices of cheese. Worst. Service. Ever.

Perfect spot to take a team after a tournament. Good quality, decent value, and enough seating outside to accommodate us. Bathrooms were pretty nasty though.

This location has always been extremely busy during the busy weekdays and weekend nights. I usually always drive past this location everyday/evening and if you are choosing to visit it seem like Monday nights and Thursday afternoons 3-4pm are best to visit without a long drive through line. Food has always been delicious and service is always fast. Never have they gotten my order wrong. Highly recommend this location. Good food, kind service, and great tasting burgers.

Being from Florida, we don't have In-N-Out here and I've always heard how great it is. I had the chance to try it on my trip to Napa. First of all, there was a long line in the drive through, but it went quickly. We got our food: A double double with cheese, a regular cheese burger, fries and drink. It was super cheap. Under $20. The burger was great. The fries however were cold. I was shocked, since it was so busy. Service was fast and friendly. It did not disappoint.

This location was pretty quick which was nice for a change however the two girls working the drive-through couldn't stop talking long enough to make sure there was napkins a fork and extra sauce in the bag before handing it to me. Also every single one of the workers were rude and you can tell they did not wanna be there. I have to say, this was the first shitty experience I've had In-N-Out.

Update . Prices went up and they are giving you less food- at this particular location.

Me and my family went there couple this past weekend and all of us got food poisoning. An hour after we ate our meal each one of us started vomiting. I'm pretty upset since in m out is one of my favorite chains

One of the place where you can eat best burgers in USA I like this place everything is fresh, but there is always bunch of line, but I highly recommend to come these in and out burger, here your waiting at list 20 minutes te get your lunch

The burgers are delicious and I am not a fan of fast foods per se, however IN-N-Out Burger in San Ramon is great! My only complaint is the French fries, they just don't have it down, they taste like they have been frozen too long.

Sadly disappointed in this location. I usually go to the San Leandro location but stopped by this location on the way home. Unfortunately that was a big mistake! I was in the drive thru line on a Friday around 2:00PM and service was so slow. It took me 35 minutes to get my food. Honestly I don't really care about how long it took because I could tell that they were training a new person and I completely understand. BUT, the new trainee wasn't even the issue! He did great under lots of pressure. The guy helping him completely forgot my animal fries and was rushing the trainee and shooing me to leave when he was holding my animal fries the entire time. I got all my food and went home to eat it, only to be surprised by literally a whole grilled onion in my burger. The grilled onions were burned and it looked like they just shoved all the burnt ones in my burger to get rid of them. My boyfriends burger didn't have as much burnt onions but they obviously don't taste good burnt! Made the bun heavy and soggy ultimately making the entire burger taste bad. I smeared some onions off to try and finish my burger but couldn't. Highly disappointed given that other In-N-Outs are consistent in their food and service. Every worker seemed overwhelmed and stressed which I completely understand, but didn't feel good being on the receiving end of it when I tried being understanding and said thank you and have a nice day but got silence. Won't be returning to this location. Giving 3 stars because I'm assuming it was an off day and they were understaffed.

Have to give five stars!!! Five stars not just for in-n-out beating other burger joints, but also for this San Ramon location vs. the fisherman's wharf location in San Francisco. When I lived in the city, the closest in-n-out location is in Fisherman's wharf so I had no other option, I later learned that that location is more expensive than any other location. After moving to San Ramon, I realized the difference in the taste and freshness is even more striking than merely price difference! Love trying out their secrete menu - crazy fries, protein style, triple triple, even quadruple! Have to give five stars as a Californian

Great burgers! It's a stand alone restaurant so they do have a big dedicated parking space. Since it's very popular among people, there is a long wait line. Food quality is really good. Place is nice and clean.

We were in Walnut Creek buying a car and we all know how long those those transactions can take -- so I made sure to grab some food before we sat down for hours to work on the paperwork. This In-N-Out was closest to the dealership we selected so we stopped in for a quick early dinner. Maybe I haven't had In-N-Out in a while but my burger was so delicious. The bun was so so crispy on the edges and the produce tasted more fresh than what I could remember. Of course, I added spread to my burger and some peppers -- so delicious! Fries were still hot so the salt and pepper packets added a nice touch of flavor. Still affordable prices, still great service, and still a great eat! I'm forever an In-N-Out fan.

Old reliable! In n out never fails with great tasting food and even some semi-healthy options. The service is quick and the supply chain is efficient. I love the secret menu and my wife and I always have a great experience. Some of our favorites are the Flying Dutchman (meat Patties with cheese and spread/onions) and the protein style cheeseburgers. The fries are always tasty, although sometimes over salted. The iced tea is a nice, non-sugar drink option and the puppy Patties (meat patty no salt) are always a great option for our doggies. This time I got a #2 and figured I'd burn the calories off later. The parking is easy, the environment is clean and well kept, and it's always a quick and satisfying dinner. Thanks In N Out, please don't ever change! Although being closed on Sundays is rough :) Cheers

I love in and out especially their cheeseburgers, fries and shakes. Today was the first time we decided to eat inside. It was nice and clean. I feel like every location kinda looks the same. As soon as you walk in, the bathrooms are to your right and the registers are towards the back. They have tables and chairs both inside and outside for dining. We came around 5pm and two of the things we ordered was a vanilla and chocolate shake and I swear as soon as I took a sip of my vanilla shake I knew something was off. It tasted spoiled and bad. I ordered my son a chocolate shake and as soon as I took one sip of it, I told my husband to throw both shakes away. I've ordered shakes from here multiple times but today was the first time I decided to eat in vs go through the drive thru. Now that we're back home we're all feeling a little sick and nauseous. We also ordered burgers and fries so I'm sure it's because of what we ate from here. So upset because as a local this is my go to spot if my husband or I don't want to cook.

This In-N-Out consistently gets our order wrong. Tonight, they forgot the protein-style and omitted the pickles from my son's burger--the only reason he even wants a burger is for the pickles! They also typically forget to include my chopped chili peppers. To top it off, just the other day, we arrived at the window only to find our order wasn't ready. How does that even happen? We had to pull forward and wait--while managing a restless toddler in the car. Tonight's experience was made even worse by the employee at the window, who was unprofessional and had an unhelpful attitude throughout the interaction.

Soda has no fizz at all (so flat) and not filled to the top, fix it In and Out and do better.

Bless the workers' hearts but they always give me the wrong order. I understand quality control is difficult during rush hour, but on multiple occasions in a row my order is wrong, even when it is slow. No excuse and the workers do not care to apologize. Professionalism was poorly handled when I nicely asked for my order to be corrected with no bother of reconciling. Today's recent mistake after multiple mistakes is extremely frustrating and it makes me question the competency and service here. Never had any issues with the Concord location.

As busy as all In-N-Out Burgers, but they move quickly. The service is friendly, food comes out as ordered, and the tables are kept clean. A convenient location. What more could we ask!

Great In-n-Out location right across the street from our hotel, Hyatt House San Ramon! We were craving some In-n-Out after spending a whole morning driving around SF with our family. We arrived here after the lunch rush so there was barely a wait. Our burgers came out hot and fresh. Food here is delicious and consistent with our local In-n-Out locations back at home. You can't ever go wrong with In-n-Out!

One of the perks of living on the West Coast is In-N-Out Burger, which has a unique, cult-like iconic status among fast food chains. Kind of like fictional Big Belly Burger that shows up in all those DC Superhero TV shows. BTW Arrow is my favorite show and my TV crush is Felicity Smoak, LOL! This In-N-Out is closest to my house and I always chuckle when I drive along SRVB and see the crazy line of cars lined up for the drive thru at every hour. I prefer to order in! Why is this burger chain so special? 1. Super fresh burgers and fries. So fresh there's no freezer on site and no phone-ahead or delivery. You eat in, order in person, or do drive through since they need to ensure quality. 2. Happy, friendly employees. I think being a private, family-owned business allows them to pay employees more generously than say a typical franchise. 3. Affordable! You can get juicy burger and fries for two for just under $11! My favorite is the Double Double with grilled onions. 4. The Secret Menu! Their main menu looks simple but you actually have options if you know the codes for burgers (animal style, 3x3, 4x4, protein style, etc.) or fried (fries light, well done, animal style, etc.). Remember those triple flavor Neapolitan Ice Creams? They have a milkshake version too on the Secret Menu. 5. Clean restaurant and restrooms if you decide to dine in. In the age of COVID they have sanitizer inside and large plexiglass shields over the cashier station.

For a quick meal that is tasty and consistent it's hard to beat this place. Avoid the drive thru lines and go inside and eat your meal in the clean diner like environment. For those who are purists I recommend 2 double doubles instead of the quad, it's more meat but lacks the tried and true tested double double flavor profile that has made this place legendary. Keep up the good work guys.

Perchance was most indubitably scrumptious and my 100 lb lean muscle terrifying pitbull named sweet cupcake even enjoyed its neopoleton animal style onions in a cup. Umbrellas are lopsided which give optimal shade under the breath the skitoilet

How can you live in California and not love In-N-Out Burger. Five out of five! Say no more!

First time coming to this location and the car line was out all the way up the road! I mean do I really have to tell u guys bout the food? I'm sure u all know it's great by now. Only thing that sucked was literally 2 cars away from getting our meal...the fry's ran out!! No biggie still a good spot :)

Short line inside and a lot of seats. Tastes super good as always! Don't really have much to say but Yelp won't let me add this as a review unless I type more. I tried getting it with both grilled and regular onions and I think this is my new favorite combination.

I really love In N Out. Over the last 3 years its become my favorite place to eat. The burgers and fries are great, but sometimes the fries are over cooked. I assume cooking fries light-well is not easy so the staff is more than happy to fix it the way you want. In fact, in your order is not to your satisfaction, take it back to the counter, give them a few minutes and they will fix it. On occasion, I have taken concerns to In N Out corporate office, and their customer service is the best. Go get a burger and fries, you will love it...

Usually a good experience here and faster if you order inside (as is usually the case for this chain). No problem with special orders. Could use a bit more seating

As much as the food is good, it's not with the guessing games. It does not matter when or what time you attend this specific location, it's at least a 40 minute wait to get your food. If you get there early, it's a skeleton crew that takes 40 minutes to get through 5 cars. I'f it's empty inside, without a single person in line, you'll order your food immedialty, and it ends up taking twice as long as the drive through. It's simply not worth the effort it takes to eat there.

The food at In n Out is/should always be good and this one is true to form; however, what I want to make note of is the staff. We dropped in yesterday (12/10/24) with our grandson (he loves the milkshakes). The staff was fabulous, really above and beyond. They were so caring to get everything right. The store was very clean and well attended. A young woman working there was so efficient busing tables and keeping tables clean. She was professional and very sociable (although she didn't seem to not be working while she was). She really was exceptional. Good job San Ramon In n Out. T. Y.

Good for late night drunchies or "we can't decide on dinner" or "I don't want to go to Habit for a salty burger." It is starting to get busy indoors back to 2020 and the drive through is still snaking down San Ramon Valley Blvd. There is an attendant at the entrance to take your order as you wait in the long drive through line. Food can be customized and yes - there's the secret menu (fries, extra crispy please). While you're waiting in line, it's a good time to look up the secret menu on your phone. Just be patient!
