I appreciate this In-N-Out location for its location at a plaza with a huge parking lot (the Sunnyvale one can be a nightmare when it's extremely busy). Quality of food is consistently good whether dine-in or takeout, staff are nice, interior/seating is clean and the food comes out pretty quickly, in my experience. I also always have to get the fries well-done + animal style (grilled onions, house spread).

Absolutely delicious as always! The staff was also very helpful and friendly. They were even a bit quicker than usual for In-n-Out Burger. Also, a big added bonus is inflation hasn't really reached them yet. They were only a few cents more than the last time I had them maybe 2 years ago.

I come here every now and then for a quick bite to eat when I'm seeing a movie nearby. Lately I've come often enough to know that they recently started asking if you want to round up to the nearest dollar to donate to the homeless, then following this (and just days ago) they upped the prices of their menu items. I didn't realize until after I had ordered my food. When I mentioned something to the cashier about the different price for something I get often, he reacted as if there hadn't been recent changes in prices and exclaimed "well it's only a $.17 difference." I felt gaslit honestly. Maybe they started asking to donate to the homeless out of the kindness of the hearts, but part of me thinks that they only started doing that to prepare customers for the hike in price coming their way. I wish they had just let me know. "Yeah, we recently had to raise our prices"- that feels more honest to me. My food was still good, comes out relatively quickly, and the employees overall are sweet, so I'll still give 4 stars.

I came in last Friday and opt-in for a protein style burger. This location's In-N-Out Burger is at least one dollar or more than the location in San Ramon, CA. The protein style burger costed around $4 something. I had the same thing at San Ramon location which only costed under $3. I guess pending on the location of the area, the prices are different. Overall, the protein style burger was good. But I probably opt in for a hamburger instead and just remove the buns since it is cheaper that way. Don't know why protein style burger costs more. Due to AMC theater located in this plaza, it gets crowded whenever folks finished watching a movie and would come here to eat. My husband had helped me place the order and it is unfortunate his order number was forgotten. He had to go up the counter after he noticed his order # was skipped and the counter person said they are making it right away and apologized for skipping his order number. Just our luck. Too crowded. It is in a good location to have many customers come. The protein style was delicious, just didn't like the price or the crowd or the wait.

Love this INO so much because they never get my order wrong and I'm pretty specific with a vegetarian diet. Really hate their drive though, it's a hot mess. People coming in from all types of ways. So some direction would be nice. The inside is pretty clean and they have a patio so bring your furry friend!

I swear that I have reviewed this place before and it just didn't stick! So here it goes! Like all INOs, their staff is consistent. Always friendly, smiling and professional. Food is also consistent, even if you do something that is not on the menu. The one thing I do have to say which is also consistent, is it is hard to get a table cleaned because of the turn over of customers.

I know it's fast food but it's a dang good burger. I'd say it's a better burger than five guys and right up there with Mighty Fine. The place was busy but clean and the service was fast and friendly. The bun was fresh and the burger was hot and were toppings fresh! I don't love the fries as much as I like Mighty Fine and Five Guys but they were also good. I enjoyed the chocolate shake a lot too!

Food is what you expect. Service is good here, they keep the drive-through line moving. The line of cars can be a little messy due to an entrance/exit intersecting with the line if there's a lot of cars. But the workers keep the cars moving, and that helps.

Skip the drive thru and go inside . Food arrived quick and fresh despite the long line.

Personally, I think this In-N-Out Burger is a great location! I mean it's centrally located and you have AMC Theaters right next to you! There is always plenty of parking available. And it's In-N-Out which has great tasting burgers, shakes, and their fries are more enjoyable now that you can tell them to fry them longer. I like at all their locations, that they have a person who takes your order while you are waiting in the drive-thru line! Whoever takes your order here (or especially at the counter) is always nice and friendly!

This is my second location on my trip to SJ/SC area and not any different from the spot I visited and consistency is what you should look for at multiple nearby locations. The only change was I got two orders of fries with my double, double meal. I always add onions to my burger. Again everything came out as ordered and the fries were nice, hot and crispy. The server who took my order was good and like the other locations it was clean and well maintained with a worker constantly manning and cleaning up tables as needed at this bustling location.

One of the best In-N-Out locations in the area! The restaurant is clean, spacious, and has more seating than usual, making it easier to find a table even during busy hours. The restrooms are well-maintained, and there's plenty of parking nearby, which adds to the convenience. The food is fresh and delicious (most of the time)! We usually order Double-Doubles, a cheeseburger, and fries, and everything comes out just right. Any customizations we request are handled correctly, which isn't always the case at other locations. The customer service is quick, friendly, and efficient. They processed 25 orders in just 10 minutes, which was impressive! If you're craving a good burger, this spot won't disappoint. And the fries? Definitely better than average! Not the best burger I've had, but definitely hits the spot. Recommend stopping by!

One of my fav In N Out location bc plenty of parking and just less crowded (at least whenever I come here). It is near the AMC and I love coming here before or after the movies for a burger and fries. Affordable prices and it always good! Make sure to ask for a few packs of the in n out spread!!

Double doubles are now $6.25, but worth it for my recent burger! Always get the extra lettuce, onions (regular and grilled) and it comes out fire. Getting into animal fries too

I've been to this location plenty of times after watching a movie at the AMC in the plaza. Although there's usually a lot of customers, the wait time is not very long (10 minutes at most). The interior is very clean with plenty of seating, and it's not excessively loud. The food itself is standard In-N-Out quality, very tasty! You should definitely come here if you're in the area, you won't be disappointed.

This place is always crazy busy. Not even an hour from opening and they have more than 50 customers inside. Food is definitely always consistent. Just too bad that prices had to go up. Always get my burger animal style with chopped chilli. No pickles. Light well fries. Side of spread. Was too hungry to eat so didn't even get a chance to take a picture hehe. Can't go wrong with that order. Always leaving full and satisfied. During this visit the seating area was clean.

Hey shout out to Joshua, working the drive through on a busy Friday night. He was gracious, funny and just taking care of business. Quality staff don't get enough shout outs, so yea, thanks for taking care of my dog and I for a quick bite.

I've enjoyed this location after a moment of shopping at the Walmart Marketplace in the same center. Never had a problem. In person order takers are very nice and professional. It's speedy to pay at one window, then in a few minutes you'll get your hot, custom made burger. I always order extra lettuce, grilled onion, no cheese and no salt in the burger patty and French fries. I also order the light pink lemonade which is sugar free. Never had any issues with my custom order. My furbaby also gobbles up their paw patty, which is also always salt free for our furbabies. Still a good price for my custom order.

It's not going to be amazing decor as it's fast food. But this location had plenty of seating inside and out. It was clean and the staff was super friendly. The food I thought could be better. Possibly my preference but fries were too soft for my liking. Shake was fine and cheeseburger wasn't amazing. But if u r a fan, go nuts. If not, I would suggest try another burger place.

I have to give a shout out to Josh! Hope you are able to get to happy hallow zoo this season! I've been coming here for quite sometime now, last few visits Josh has been either at the registers or at drive thru, his customer service skills is above and beyond. Even though you interact with him for a few minutes he makes those few minutes matter!!! Food is always 5 stars!

In-N-Out is still my favorite fast food restaurant. The quality and freshness is unbeatable at the price. Service is as fast as they can, as it's usually pretty busy. I always get double-double anima style with whole grilled onions and chopped chillies, with animal style fries well-done with chopped chillies, and it never disappoints. This time I tried a 3x3 and it was just as good as always.

I like in n out but my last visit was not good! Drive thru employee name Abbi at Mercado location was not nice. We pulled up to the window and she did not greet us hello, and when we asked for extra condiments she gave us a look. She then gave us our drinks n food and we said thank you and she literally just brushed us off. No smile or anything. I understand if you're not having good day but please don't take it out on customers who did nothing to you. Thank you!

Currently in California for work, I've tried In n Out before and not been overly impressed, I figured I'd try it again and see how it went. Went thru drive thru since no time to eat inside. So I tried the double double meal. The fries are just not good. I'm not sure what it is but they taste like cardboard. The Double-Double itself was ok nothing to crave but just ok. While I know people will think I'm crazy that's ok, I prefer shake shack or five guys any day over this. The service though, In n Out has the best service, hands down.

Even better than I remember! The last time I had in-n-out was a couple years ago but went back on Monday and it's so good. Love that you can customize anything here (hello secret menu!) and that they have banana peppers for you to get from the condiment station. I got the cheeseburger with all the toppings and it was so delicious with the banana peppers! It added the perfect tangy spicy sour balance to the burger. The animal style fries were out of this world. The only thing is that it was a little too soggy for me so next time I'll ask for the fries to be well done. The chocolate shake was also very good. More thick than I expected. If you're hungry, I would recommend the double-double which has 2 beef patties. This location has really friendly employees and our food came out pretty fast. Highly recommend!

It only took 10 minutes for my order on a Friday night! Pretty quick considering our order was a little big. One of our burgers didn't have lettuce though. I guess the burger assembler forgot(?). The light well fries were done perfectly and the staff here were polite. They were constantly cleaning areas of the store too! KEEP IN MIND: There's not much seating at this location.

This is just for the service... my family and I went through the drive-thru and the lady who was taking the order outside disappeared, casually came back, didn't bother to ask if we had ordered yet (and to our thought, we would then have a chance to order at the front intercom)... nope. It so happens the lady who was running the line missed a couple of cars without any regard. It's frustrating already being in a long line, but to be so blah about it was a bit annoying. We ended up ordering at the window and instead, were placed in the "home run" parking spot having to wait for our order another 10min. It's expected to have long waits at in-n-out, but a nuisance when people obviously could give two rats butt about their job. Expect to wait a looooong time 40min + at this location... and to top it off w a baby crying throughout it all... smh

Today I had lunch here. I entered and was greeted immediately by an order taker Josh. He said welcome and waved. Yes I know. I was as surprised as you were. Who does that at a fast food place. I was amazed at the amount of energy he had. I ordered a cheeseburger with grilled onions and a Neapolitan shake. Josh said thanks for coming in and have a great meal. I didn't wait long before my number was called. I found a seat. Ripped open the bag. My first bite - Hottest burger patty. Burned the roof of my mouth when I took a bite. What a surprise. Was it a fluke. I took another bite. Same thing. Hot. Not only good service but great burger. And my Neapolitan shake hit the spot. And lots of parking spots. Located at the Mercado Plaza.

Fire "Ash" or Ashley immediately. That girl has a serious attitude and she was so dismissive of her underlings. Terrible customer service, she completely "forgot" she was helping me figure out an issue with my order. The management at this establishment are clearly lazy and have huge egos. Do not dine here if you are expecting a positive atmosphere or decency.

I'm one to typically write reviews, but I had an outstanding experience at this location. The girl that took our order misheard what we wanted in the drive-thru. I went inside to see if they would be able to fix my order and was met with outstanding customer service from who I believe was the manager, Alex. He remade our order, double checked it was correct, and even offered us a shake for the inconvenience of having to come inside. GIVE. ALEX. A. RAISE!!! He was phenomenal!

In n out is an iconic place you should say you've been to while in Cali. Perfect place for after a game or concert since it stays open late, drive through on roadtrips, or for just a quick easy and cheap meal. They've got their system down and are pretty efficient even when the lines are constantly long. Quality has stayed consistent and fresh and I appreciate that the prices have relatively stayed similar if not a very slight increase over the years . I also appreciate that you can customize/add things and it doesn't change the base price of the burger. If you have dietary restrictions you can also customize by getting it protein style (lettuce wrapped instead of bun). They also have a large "secret menu" you can look up. I'd recommend eating it fresh on the spot bc if you do takeaway it's not as fresh tasting and the fries very quickly become cold and soggy. Personally I prefer the fries well done or extra crispy. You can also ask for extra animal style sauce in the little to go packets. This location particularly gets crowded and the drive through line gets in the way of regular parking traffic with the AMC theatre there. It's right out the outside corner of this shopping mall so it's easy to find. Price is good, quality is good, and it's fast. I don't know very many people that dislike in n out!

Not once have they messed up an order. And they have cute cashiers. The only con is it's in an Asian area so it gets swarmed like a labubu pop up...

Never misses. When I want a burger, I go for in and out. If you go at the right time, the line is short! The staff is always super friendly at this location and the service is fast as well.

This In-N-Out is super convenient for me because I can quickly grab a bite before I head to the movies. Either drive thru or dine in, both experiences have been pretty quick. I usually always get the single with grilled onions and my bf gets the double-single protein style. The reason why I docked a star off is the inconsistency - the tomatoes will either be thinly sliced or thickly sliced and the lettuce can be either small or big pieces.. which I realize is a bit hard to manage but just a bummer because once I ate a single the lettuce piece was super thin. Regardless, I continue to visit this location because of the conveniency and quick service.

You can always rely on a consistent experience at ANY IN and Out. Menu is simple, everything is fresh, doesn't taste processed. This review is more focused on this store. CRAZY CRAZY Drive through at all peak times. Be prepared. You might be able to catch a window in the drive though where it's not as bad. I prefer to walk in as the lines are usually shorter (once again, outside of peak hours). The parking lot is usually good, but it does share w/ the movie theater, so it creates more traffic congestion. OH- in the after hours, when movies get out, this place goes bonkers too. Otherwise- staff is ALWAYS friendly, food is always good.

Best fast food burger at the best price. Tastes fresh and homemade every time, and best of all, the hot stays hot, the cold stays cold! Crispy lettuce, tomato and crunchy onion. If you like your meat thick, like I do, you'd best order a triple double (3 meat patties, 2 cheese slices). The fries are meh, but if you eat them hot and fresh they are not too bad. Drinks are solid, shakes are yum. But honestly, I come here for the burgers because they are the best! The employees are sweet and friendly and the inside is clean.

What can I say...as a California native this always feels and tastes like home. Anytime I travel to California for work or vacation my first stop is always in-n-out. The taste of the food is always the same and spot on...kinda nostalgic as it takes me back to my early childhood of eating in-n-out in Rancho Cucamonga with my family. The burger to me is always cooked to perfection...they have this down to a science with nice juicy patties with a slight crisp at the end and don't forget to their famous sauce which gives it the perfect touch. The service is always on point and I've never had an issue with my order and even though it seems like there are many others waiting ahead of you they get through the orders pretty quick. The ambiance is always the same in sense of the line, menu, ordering, get your drinks, sit and wait for your number to be called...I wouldn't have it any other way. In-n-out is home for me and my family.

Can't go wrong with In-N-Out. This location has a large parking lot ( shared with the AMC Theatre next door) so parking shouldn't be an issue. Drive thru lines get really long around dinner time, just a heads up! My go-to order is always a cheeseburger plain with lettuce + regular fries! I've been ordering this every time since I was a little kid and I've always enjoyed it. My family thinks I'm a heretic for eating plain cheeseburgers (which is just the buns + meat + cheese) but the heart wants what the heart wants!

HUGE shout out to the staff at this establishment today. This was my first dine out experience at fast food since being diagnosed with lupus and celiacs. The young lady at the register quadruple checked my order and also verified with the manager and working staff about it coming through. Then once my order came up the manager stood at the counter until it was picked up telling everyone to keep my order seperate from my son and husband's (non gluten free) order. I felt so incredibly safe and can't say enough how much that meant to me today. Thank you
