Great pizza! I ordered the specialty pie with pepperoni, chili oil, and ricotta. Super tasty and ready on time. Owners are super nice too. Will be going back! Excited to have another great pizza spot in West Seattle.

Stopped by and had pizza in car in 15 minutes! Great crust and fresh sauce/toppings. Should have ordered the 10 in because it would have been plenty for the 2 of us but definitely not sad to have leftovers!!

I got the Tikka Masala pizza with extra curry sauce and pineapple. Usually not a pineapple person, but would recommend it with this one. Its pretty good.

As a huge pizza lover, I can honestly say In Pizza We Crust is an absolute gem in Seattle. The pizza here is nothing short of amazing! The crust hits that perfect trifecta soft, light, and chewy in all the right places and the flavor is spot on. You can tell they put real care into their dough. And the sauce... wow. It's vibrant, rich, and perfectly balanced, easily one of the best pizza sauces I've ever had. Every bite felt like pizza heaven. This place is a 10/10 for me. Your taste buds will thank you!

Ordered 3 pizzas for pickup - DELICIOUS! On pick up, loved the chance to chat with the owner and hear the backstory from food-truck to dine-in. Crust is delicious: salty with a hint of sweet. While I'll miss the Swinery, this is a welcome addition to West Seattle! Go! Support this new, family-owned and run business!

This place has awesome thin crust pizza! They are super friendly and the new spot is so cute and welcoming. This is our new go to for pizza in West Seattle even with all the other options nearby.

Yum! Great wood fired pizza from a truck! Grabbed one to go for lunch. The crust was just perfect. I didn't even need any dipping sauces. Great ratio of toppings. Only thing I'd change is asking them to cut in 1/6. It was cut 1/4 which made for large slices, and me having no portion control, ate 3 of the 4. I was stuffed!

What they do even when people arent looking is what makes this pizza taste so good...read on..! I recently tried this food truck and must say the bake on the pizza was soo damn perfect and the crust was just perfect. I ordered two "Im trying" with extra jalapenos When they were baking, no one was around the truck, so i was observing the baking from a distance without letting the owners know i was there. I was soo happy to see that the cook bake it carefully and after removing the pizza kept it on a wire tray.....(yayyy finally someone does it right...thank you chef ) Trust me, almost none of these established joints do it or the chains too..they dunk the pizza out of the oven into boxes or plates making the crust sweat and become flappy. But not here-not that day, they baked it super well and made sure it stays that way in box. The pizza even when I was home held its crust crispness well without getting burned. Sauce + topping to bread ratio was great. I would have loved a little more spice and salt. But when I came home and added some chilli flakes and salt on pizza it was uh-mazin-ggg. The brookie was something I did not like but I am only going here for pizza anyway. They also had this nice little box with built-in pizza bib. It is nice bit of gimmick to get most out of pizza box. Things I dont like is they are not open weekends and close at 7pm on weekdays I suppose its business related decision, but a pizza lover can only wish for different hours. In any case, I am coming here again for a quick pizza pick up .

Their pizzas are great! Too bad they moved to Seattle. It used to be in Bellevue and much closer to me. Seattle people enjoy!

Excellent pizza! Love the wood fired crust! Tried their I'm Corny Breadsticks which were super tasty! Both guys were very nice and friendly - and the truck was easy to find! Would totally recommend!

I tried this place today for lunch. I must say that pizza was So delicious I truly loved the balanced flavor of the pizza. One size only but perfect for one person. The owners were very nice and friendly. Hi am so glad I found this place. I enjoyed my pizza in my car today. I will definitely be back.

Best pizza I've ever had. My husband and I buy pizza from In Pizza We Crust almost weekly! The Crust is delicious, cheese is melting straight out of the oven. But it's almost better heated up the next day. So delicious. Just the right size and consistency. Before I discovered this food truck, I'd completely written off pizza after being so disappointed time and again. Pizza never tasted good enough to warrant the calories. Plus my husband wants pizza ALL THE TIME! So glad we discovered this gem. The dude that runs this place is sufriendly and orders are always on time. I feel like we've become good friends on our weekly meetings... maybe next week I'll ask him his name!

Awesome pizza, great local business that makes your wood fired pizza in front of you as you wait. You can either order one of their specialty pizzas or customize one with the toppings that you like. And yes, the crust is good. The sauce is pretty tasty and a good complement to the crust. You can get a chain made pizza or you can support a local business, it's up to you. But the pizza is good!

Best wood fired pizza in Bellevue, WA! I HIGHLY recommend stopping by this awesome place! I have been here several times and it's always delicious. The team working is super friendly and always has a positive vibe. You can customize your pizza preference and within 10 minutes you will indulge the yum ! The price is great for the value that you get. They even have happy hour and give you a discount on every pizza order! This location is easy to find and hard to miss. The crust on this pizza is always magnificent! You can taste that the pizza was made right in the fired wood stove! If interested, you can even watch the pizza being prepared in front of your eyes or wait in the car and the team will bring the pizza to you. I had the "I'm beefin" pizza and I added extra mushrooms! It has all the meats on it! Couldn't even take a pizza photo before I devoured most of it deserves all the five stars! I saved a piece for the next day and it tastes great, even the next day!

Another mediocre pizza place in Seattle. I was excited to try it because they really talked about their passion for great crust. Sorry to say this was disappointing, the crust was under cooked and flavorless. The hot sausage was anything but spicy. Overall this was a big disappointment and way overpriced for what you get

Stumbled on this quaint pizza truck as I was driving around Bellevue and was very surprised. Great people making delicious pizza. Given the lack of pizza options in Bellevue, In Pizza We Crust is a diamond find. Very nice people working the counter and oven too!

DELICIOUS PIZZA! Fresh ingredients and the wood fire oven makes for great flavor and crunch. The owners and staff were all so kind! I loved their set-up and can't wait to have their pizza again. I found this truck at a winery event but they mentioned they are parked in Bellevue M-F. I highly recommend finding their truck if you are ever in the Bellevue area.

Nice local family run Pizza trailer. I do wish that they made larger than just a personal size pizza. The wait really depends on what time you go since it is popular. i ordered the cheese pizza and it was really good. Great tang to the sauce and the perfect amount of cheese. The reason for the 4 stars is because i felt like the crust was a little under done, probably from people who don't know how to eat pizza and appreciate crunch on the crust. Even a little bit of char would be nice. but it looks like some people have negative views on that. Overall a great spot, but nothing you can get for football sundays since it's only personal size.

Very tasty pizza! Would love to order again, maybe as pickup next time. However if they're gonna charge $1 for fresh basil as a topping, I'd expect a bit more basil than this. Still, I'd get it again. Word of advice: Don't do delivery through Yelp/Grubhub. If you're just gonna get one pizza it almost doubled the price. Also they didn't indicate that the delivery was on the way when it was already sitting at the front door getting cold.

I'm an eggitarian and don't have meat or do not like the after taste of meats as well. Here the pizza that I received had the following negatives, my crust was burnt, had a strong meat flavour and overloaded with cheese hence did not feel good in my palate. Unfortunately, my tummy gave way as well but that's ok, these things happen but the rating was more for the taste and burnt crust.

The best pizza in town! When I'm in the east side I always make a stop. I can't tell you how good the pizza is. I always order one to eat there when it's fresh! Then I order I one to go. Great family business.

Lines were too long at the Bellevue Farmers Market, so beelined it to the parking lot where In Pizza We Crust is located. First time trying, though have driven by a million times. Super easy to find and plenty of parking. Ordered cheese pizza and added shrooms ($1). Waited about 10mins and it was boxed and ready to go. Got home and still warm. Crust was nice and chewy, lightly charred in spots (not blackened like at some of my woodfire pizza experiences), and not soggy by any means, but a touch softer (vs crunchy) than I would have preferred (like it could have used maybe a minute longer?--any longer and it would have burnt the outer crust...or could have been the steam in the box during travel? If the latter, could have helped if they punched open the vent slit in the box, IMO.) Otherwise, super tasty. Will go back to see if the crust was just a one off or how it normally is. Oh, and they have a punch card for frequent pie eaters.

Got the make your own. Tyler is super sweet. The pizza is the best I've had in the Puget sound region. Must try!

This is my second attempt at in pizza we crust. First time the crust was so burnt I couldn't eat the pizza. It was a cold day and they were closing fast forward a year later and tried again ordered the Im beefin with extra cheese and sad to say it's sitting on my table still. One slice gone. The crust looked much better this time. The cheese was melty and yummy looking. I couldn't wait to bite in. but maybe it was the thick cut pepperoni and the prosciutto and the rest of the meat that made for a weird salty pizza. I'm def a savory person but $19 for a personal size pizza that I couldn't force myself to eat was an expensive lesson. I could go to MODs. If there is a next time maybe just a cheese pizza?

In crust we trust! It's really delicious - we usually do custom toppings, and have had it a dozen times by now - each time crisp, fresh, baked to perfection.

I'm not usually one to make a review, but more people need to know about this hidden gem! I'm new to the area and I happily stumbled upon this place on my way home. The pizza is fresh out of their woodfired oven. And I love the crust you get out of this kind of style of cooking pizza. Their homemade dough/ sauce is great and I really can't wait to try more of their pizzas. I also admire how the the family work hard outside in this cold, rainy weather together. Congrats on your anniversary! Hope to continue seeing your business grow.

The crust is amazing! It's the perfect thickness. I couldn't wait to eat so no picture but it was not what I thought was gonna come out of a food truck. Definitely worth the wait! They also have dessert.

Family owned and adorable set up! They're open every M-F and are the sweetest people. Pizza was super yummy. Looking forward to coming earlier in the day so they don't run out of pesto. Good and fair prices too! Slightly bigger than a regular personal pizza.

Really good pizza. The crust is for us perfect char, crunch and chew and definitely not keto. The tomato sauce is plentiful and the toppings are not skimpy. We waited for less than 15 minutes for our freshly made pizza. Very nice people. As of last week they are not open on the weekends. We tried to go a few weeks ago and they were closed when they were supposed to be open so we called ahead this time. Hey, they are a family business stuff happens. Love local. We will be back even though it is on the other side of Bellevue from us.

It's a bit frustrating when you show open and I go through the whole process of ordering my pizza as well as pay for it through Yelp and you charge me and then I call and it turns out you guys are shut down for vacation time.

This tiny pizza oven truck is the best! The people who work there are very kind and accommodating and the pizza is fantastic. They cook it right in front of you and its piping hot when you get it. You can order and wait there or they will bring it to your car when ready. Love this place!

Highly recommend this place, amazing pizza! Found this truck at a winery event and was very impressed. They actually use a real pizza oven on their trailer and make their dough. I was impressed when the owners told me that it took them two years to perfect their sauce! They definitely take their pizza seriously and it shows. They do have a cauliflower-based crust for those that are gluten free and it is still very good. The fresh ingredients they used on my pizza were delicious. I will be on the lookout for this truck in the future.

New favorite pizza in WA! Awesome local family-owned business with equally awesome pizza. Can I just say that THE CRUST IS SO GOOD, I could eat it on its own with the marinara sauce and be happy. It's dangerous to live within walking distance, but I am a firm believer that pizza can be considered a well-rounded meal. ;)

We loved every bite of our pizza, went back for a second visit about 10 days later. We haven't ventured into any of the less traditional offerings as of yet...we ordered the pepperoni, sausage (spicy and yummy!), extra mushrooms, cheese, and I love that they sprinkled fresh basil right after our pizza came out of the oven. We took our pizza home, heated it a tiny bit in our oven, and it tasted delicious! So fresh, and love that this is a family-owned business! My husband and I are still talking about it, honest-to-goodness!
