Yelp
Dania location, just randomly stopped in to try it out. Peak Friday evening hours and the staff was totally en pointe moving AND friendly. Then, halfway through dinner, I saw... they make the noodles ON SITE!! Epic. Haven't seen that since I lived in China.
The other component of ramen is the broth. We got tonkatsu. Very rich, not very spicy hot (even with the $1 added spicy), very salty, but, hey, you ordered pork broth with pork belly, so, whatdidyouexpect? Added bok choy and mushrooms. Loaded. The EAR MUSHROOMS were outstanding. The pork belly was generous. This is not a healthy choice on the menu.
We also got the seaweed salad (totally fine, large portion), spring rolls (meh), and the bizarre parmesan chicken gyoza? Had to try. It tastes how you'd think, but is pretty much as far away from gyoza as you can get while still calling it gyoza.
Only criticisms is the menu is huge: they can't be good at all the stuff on their menu.
But bibimbap? Have to try it, I guess. I mean, anyone can cook anything, regardless of ethnicity, but it's like Asian Cheesecake Factory. Also: they need HOT SAUCE. Table condiments were weird and, well, weird. The "hot" stuff wasn't hot and was weird tasting and oily? I dunno. It was weird. Coulda used a standard chili garlic jar, a sesame oil pour, and a little soy maybe?
As others have said, it's not inexpensive for something that is fast casual.
