We had an awesome service even though it was a busy night and short staffed Stephen made sure we were well looked at and served promptly. The food was amazing, I had the duck ramen, it was so tasty I loved it! The kitchen is all see through so all along we could see the cooks working and the walls of the place are covered with a mural depicting cool characters made by a local artist. I really recommend this place, people are nice and friendly and super honest! Stephen ran after us on the side walk cause my hubby had left his credit card behind! Thanks again I can’t say enough how that saved the next day as we were traveling back home to Canada!!

Google
I ordered the chicken dumplings ramen with the spicy oil on the side. I was worried it would be too spicy otherwise. It was perfect adding the spicy oil on my own at the table. Our server Jimmy was very attentive and took great care of us! I wished we lived in the area, but lucky for those who do! Great Ramen!!!

Google
This place has pretty great ramen and is one of my favorite places to stop to eat in the plaza. For as long as I’ve been going here, the service has always been very poor. But that seems to have finally changed as we had a great experience with our server Brandy B today. She was very attentive, conversational and sweet! My food was delicious as always. I’ll be coming back more often now that I know the service has improved!

Google
The food and service was amazing. Brandy Bakar was our server and she great, answered all our questions. Definitely recommend the kimchi apple boa and fries. You must get the short rib ramen .

Google
Overall, the ramen is decent, but it could be better for the price. The broth is rich and flavorful, and the noodles have a pleasant taste and texture. However, the meat, while tasty, was a bit too tough. Both the pork and duck were not as tender as I would have hoped. If the quality of the meat were improved, I would definitely rate this ramen much higher. For the price, I feel the meat should be more tender and easier to eat— I struggled to finish the pork. If the price were lower, I wouldn’t be as critical, but at this level, I believe the meat needs to be more delicate and well-cooked.

Google
Not huge on Ramen, my teenager is and suggested coming here, last year, we were in Florida again this year and I tried some of my son's ramen and ended up ordering for myself, not to mention our server was friendly and helpful.

Google
Listen! This is my spot. the first time i came and I fell in love with the staff, the food, music and it’s just calm positive energy. The manager is very nice, Brandy is so attentive she watches everything and she walks around frequently to make sure everything is ok. Today is my 4-5 time coming, there is a waitress here I’m not to fond of her customer service skills because she’s always on her phone and barely pay attention to the customers.

Google
The ramen from the restaurant's "Number 1" dish failed to meet expectations. It featured the cheapest type of noodles, garnished with a sprig of parsley and half a hard-boiled egg. The 5 tiny pieces meats was definitely not beef from short ribs as advertised. The waiting time was 40 minutes, and the fries were not made from real potatoes but instead a low-quality, frozen chemical mix. They were also the most expensive fries I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I do not recommend this place and can’t understand where all the positive reviews are coming from. Overall, the food is acceptable but far from impressive, especially considering the beef does not come from short ribs.

Yelp
Aside the fact that my daughter found a piece of cardboard in her Ramen, everything else was fantastic. Management quickly turned that small hiccup by apologizing and offering another complimentary item in return. We have been to this location numerous times and have never had a problem prior to that incident. Also, I think it's time for an upgrade; menus were dirty and falling apart. I am not a germaphobic but I dislike touching a dirty and greasy menu. We love their ramen and other items such as the cheesy chicken gyoza, seaweed salad, and crepe cakes. This time around I had the Chatsu Ramen with Pork Belly. It was so hearty, creamy and flavorful. It has a light truffle taste as well. This is a great ramen place with many options for everyone. Parking is free at the Dania Pointe mall.

Yelp
We stopped by In Ramen because it was near the hotel we were staying at in Dania Pointe. We ordered it to go to enjoy back at our hotel. This area is cute and quaint plus easy to walk around within. They portioned the broth and add ins separately, so we were able to mix everything upon our return. The broth was rich and flavorful and piping hot even after the walk in the cool winter air. The portions were large and the flavors hit the spot. There seemed to be a discrepancy between the menu on the wall and the physical menu provided, but the dish I chose was still delicious.

Yelp
I'm a sucker for RAMEN lol! It's flavorful, doesn't leave you feeling uncomfortably full, comes in so many amazing variations and is fairly hard to screw up! So when I realized that "In ramen" was hiding in plain sight at Dania pointe it was a no brainer to give them a try one night while in the area for a movie! We dined within their last hour of closing so it was not super busy which was a plus for us. We found a table and were greeted right away. We ordered two alcoholic drinks, My Husband had the Sake and tried the mojito. Both were decent , not necessarily Top shelf quality blends but good. The staff was friendly. Both of the Ramen dishes were delicious. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is that the server forgot to put in my appetizer order for bao buns and by the time he realized it the kitchen was closed. However, I look forward to returning to try them next time!

Yelp
This restaurant was Ramen with a twist! Being from the DC area, we saw several items on the menu that we have never tried before, including the beef short rib, Ramen and Parmesan, crusted dumplings! The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. The ambience was chill. Saw other people on dates and some families too. Lots of tables and plenty of drinks to choose from. They even have a bar! The food was overall pretty good! We started off with bao buns which I thought were OK because of the sweetness of the barbecue, but my boyfriend really enjoyed them! The Parmesan crusted dumplings were a little bit on the salty side of the cheese, but the dumplings were pretty good. The beef Ramen and the meat fell off the bone 4/5. It comes with cilantro, so if you're sensitive to it, ask for them to have it removed. The chicken dumpling Ramen, my boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed. I'm in the mood for Ramen and I'm in the area. I would definitely return. check it out!

Yelp
South Florida had a nice little cold front this past weekend so my boyfriend and I were craving a nice bowl of ramen soup to warm up. We went on Yelp and found In Ramen located inside Dania Pointe. They had Really delicious ramen! We went on Saturday night around 7pm and they were packed inside and outside. We brought our little dog so we had to wait for an outside table to open up. Only 10 minutes we had to wait and then we were sat. Stephen was our server and you could tell he was running all over the place since it seems there was only one other server. My boyfriend was interested in the tea shot flight so we ordered that. It came with 4 yummy alcoholic tea shots. They all had a different taste but our favorite was the yuzu one. Then for ramen, I ordered the short rib one and my boyfriend got the spicy chicken ramen. The ramen came out shortly and it was so good! The broth was flavorful and came with bok choy, cilantro and a good amount of short rib. I like spicy so I added some hot oil that was on the table. My boyfriend's spicy ramen was also delicious. It definitely satisfied our ramen craving and we want to come back and try their other foods and appetizers which also sounded yummy.

Brianna D.

Yelp
This is such a cute, small place to go for some good, steaming hot ramen. I'm sick so I decided to come and get some ramen to help me feel better, and that it did 100%! I got the simply chicken ramen and the portion was perfect and super filling. The server I had was really quick and efficient, overall I had a really good experience. 10/10

Anya W.

Yelp
Excellent chicken ramen first time here and it did not disappoint. I loved the flavor of the ramen, not too salty, and the chicken was good

Yelp
What more do you have to say when you come back for more !! Day 2 of the IN Ramen and Stephen experience

Elisa B.

Yelp
On a nice row of restaurants in Dania Pointe Lays In Ramen! They have an entrance in the front and in the back but u always recommend going through the front as it's less sketchy. The restaurant itself it tiny with not a ton of seating inside, tons outside! The servers are great and very attentive. We ordered the Katsu Don and Pork Belly Don along with a Thai Tea with boba. The wait was not long and the two servers we had were great! I admit it's very pricey and your portions aren't a lot for what you pay but the flavor makes up for it! All in all I think I will treat myself once in a while! Definitely check it out!

Yelp
TLDR: has potential, but wouldn't say it competes on any level with Kubo or Ichimora. Given those places aren't far, I wouldn't come back here. The ambiance leaves a lot to be desired. It's very quick service, uncomfortable seats/seating, the service is fine (not exactly personable, transactional). The back of house guy is clanking trays and bowls around and throwing away scraps right in front of your table...just rough ambiance. Definitely not good for a romantic date. The food arrived to our table lukewarm, which was a real bummer. The sauces they have out just seem dirty, very unappealing to see the spices sticking to the spoon like someone had dipped it into their broth before you. Plastic bowl, makes it feel cheap and inauthentic. They do give you a lot of pork, which is a plus. The pork is charred, decent flavor. The Tonkatsu broth was decent, but not near the quality of Ichimora... This place has good flavors if you're in the area and have a craving. I wouldn't rank it with the elite ramen spots in the area and I wouldn't go out of my way for it.

Sharlene S.

Yelp
Music was hitting, great station or playlist. Service- was great super attentive but not crowding you. Seems like they have a booming takeout operation too. Food- we got the gyoza, chicken dumpling ramen and shrimp ramen. Gyoza was pan fried perfectly. Chicken dumpling ramen was good but needed a bit more seasoning and flavor in the broth. Shrimp ramen was perfection. Nice rich broth, little bit of spice, corn and bokchoy were a great addition. Vibe- small dining space but super effective. You can seat yourself at a table, booth, or high tops. At any time you can see the chefs in the back working their magic. Yum.

Elle M.

Yelp
Food was delicious as always. We Will be back! Stephen was attentive. Always a great time.

Gabrielle S.

Yelp
Just discovered this place and have been back twice in one week. Stephen is an AMAZING server, love coming by to see him and his infectious energy. It also helps that this is the BEST ramen in the area. Will be back next week! :)

Lu T.

Yelp
Go to Ramen in the area and probably all of Fort Lauderdale. On a work trip and stopped for some ramen. There is something for everyone here and many craft ramens. I am more of a traditionalist in terms for ramen and the Chasu Pork ramen was solid. Any good ramen starts with the broth. First taste got me hooked. The noodles appeared to be homemade and a good balance to savory broth. It came with 3 pieces of pork (more than most places), a perfectly cooked soft yolk egg (I ordered an extra), bamboo and corn. Service was excellent and the ambience was clean casual. Highly recommend.

Cristina G.

Yelp
We came today and had an amazing experience! We were seated immediately, the food tasted amazing, and the service by Stephen was phenomenal! This is our favorite ramen shop and we travel all the way from Miami for it! Today we ordered the chashu baos as apps. It only brings one for $5, but it's perfect because if you have the ramen, you'll be super stuffed by anything bigger as an app. Before I had the short rib ramen that was amazing, but today I had the duck ramen and it was so freaking good! The flavor of the Broth and the duck truly makes this ramen special. For dessert we had the custard and red bean baos and they did not disappoint. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating which is really nice. And it has plenty of parking nearby. It is located near lots of great stores too so you can easily include it in an outing. The service was absolutely wonderful, we appreciate how attentive Stephen was, and how nice everyone else was overall. We will happily be coming back to work through the menu in the future! Also, hot tip, if you "show your #slurp", the restaurant will buy you a sake shot! Ask them for details!

Eduardo B.

Yelp
Good food, great location and free parking. Camila was a spectacular waitress. My kudos to the Cheff.

Aya T.

Yelp
The food was delicious, and we received great service from Camille! We'll most certainly be back!

Jeffrey F.

Yelp
OK Ramen, nothing special. For $28 I expected more brisket. There was only a few thin pieces there is no thickness to them at all. The picture on the menu looks to be a much larger portion. Broth was nothing to write home about did not appear to have the creaminess I was expecting. The egg was perfect. The broth was fairly bland and the vegetables were light. There's a place in Hallandale that's much better.

Dao N.

Yelp
Food was A+++++++++. Had the Chashu and brisket ramen both very tasty. A restaurant that prides itself on quality and it's in house hand crafted noodles and the flavors really spoke out. The Chashu ramen was my favorite as it touched the natural pork flavors I typically look for in ramen. The service was friendly and helpful, I felt as though I was genuinely being cared for and didn't have to wait long for food, refills or getting out of there! Efficiency is a staple in South Florida service and I got it here! I ate outside with company and the seating felt fine. The ambiance came off as a classic, casual sit down spot. Inside might paint a different story but not something I got to experience with this meal. I will be back!

Luis P.

Yelp
Great experience at InRamen! The short rib ramen was rich and flavorful, with perfectly tender meat. Camille provided outstanding service--attentive and friendly. I'll be back!

Lisa P.

Yelp
We went in to order take out and asked for a menu. Was given one. That's fine. Then went to order and was told they are all out of what we wanted. That's fine also. We asked the male server what's good and the response was " i don't know" Umm ok so i asked about the crispy duck and if it was indeed crispy, his reply was well it's fried so yeah. We ended up ordering two different things and as we were ordering we mentioned that the bill would be separate. Well that didn't happen again,no big deal. But let me say this. Simone needs to come and train the employees on how to act when customers are around. You would have thought that they hated their jobs. We listened to them argue and say to each other how much of an attitude they had as well as the cook was in a bad mood. As for the food it was meh ok had to ask for chopsticks and the condiments never there were none in the bag. I mean for a layover at a hotel and ya want hot food i guess this place is ok

Dex Kat A.

Yelp
Really good tasting ramen. Unique and one of a kind! Something to try while at dania point.

Allen T.

Yelp
I found this place on Yelp right after landing, drawn in by its proximity to the airport and glowing reviews. Arriving around 1:30 pm on a workday, I found the place surprisingly empty. I opted for the pork and shrimp Siu Mai and the Cha Siu Ramen. Despite the sparse crowd, the food took longer than expected to arrive. expected to arrive. Unfortunately, the Siu Mai fell flat - it tasted like something straight out of a freezer package from a regular Asian store. As for the ramen, while the hand-pulled noodles were decent, the Cha Siu Pork was disappointingly dry and tough, reminiscent of thick-cut bacon hastily thrown into the broth. Speaking of which, the broth lacked the complexity I was hoping for. At $23 a bowl, it was a major letdown. To add to the disappointment, the bar table I sat at was sticky with grease. Overall, this won't be a repeat visit for me. Definitely one of my less inspired choices in recent memory.

Alexis G.

Yelp
This place has always berni in my top 5 for ramen and katsu rice bowls!! Stephen is always funny and truly kind to help out with choices and options I truly do love this place. The restaurant is 10/10 for me from food to ambience.

Jessica A.

Yelp
Stephen was great! So attentive and cordial. The food was amazing; great place. Thank you, In Ramen! (I recommend the Brisket Ramen. Yum!!

Jessica W.

Yelp
The food was so tasty. I had the Chashu Ramen and my daughter had the Smoked Brisket Ramen. The servers greeted us immediately when we walked in and we're very attentive to us during our entire meal. The food came out within 5-7 minutes of us placing the order and it was hot and fresh. We loved the artwork in the wall and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back.

Brielle P.

Yelp
Dined here with my husband on a Saturday evening around 6pm and they were very busy! We were lucky to get a table fast. It was very hot inside and seemed as if there was no air conditioning. Our waitress was a bit all over the place but nice. I ordered a sangria but they were out of the mix. They ended up making more of this "mix" and I was able to get it - it was decent but didn't taste any alcohol or wine. The cheese gyoza was the star of the night. Parmesan cheese crusted on top of pork gyoza YUM! Our ramen was decent but the broth was super plain. Even my husbands who got the spicy. The meat was tender (short rib and brisket). The noodles were amazing!!! I will say this place is very expensive. $98 before tip for two people - two drinks, an app, edamame and two ramen.

Brandon T.

Yelp
If you're in the mood for slow service and over-priced food, this is your spot. It took 25 minutes for our order to be taken and then 40 minutes for our food to come out - and counting with complaints. $20 for an appetizer of fries with a bunch of sauces is overpriced compared to other local restaurants. I give some benefit to this review considering the food was pretty decent and up to par with competitors in the area, but it does feel like the prices trap you in a busy environment of Dania Pointe. The ambience was up-beat and energetic with an open kitchen.

Robert D.

Yelp
Dania location, just randomly stopped in to try it out. Peak Friday evening hours and the staff was totally en pointe moving AND friendly. Then, halfway through dinner, I saw... they make the noodles ON SITE!! Epic. Haven't seen that since I lived in China. The other component of ramen is the broth. We got tonkatsu. Very rich, not very spicy hot (even with the $1 added spicy), very salty, but, hey, you ordered pork broth with pork belly, so, whatdidyouexpect? Added bok choy and mushrooms. Loaded. The EAR MUSHROOMS were outstanding. The pork belly was generous. This is not a healthy choice on the menu. We also got the seaweed salad (totally fine, large portion), spring rolls (meh), and the bizarre parmesan chicken gyoza? Had to try. It tastes how you'd think, but is pretty much as far away from gyoza as you can get while still calling it gyoza. Only criticisms is the menu is huge: they can't be good at all the stuff on their menu. But bibimbap? Have to try it, I guess. I mean, anyone can cook anything, regardless of ethnicity, but it's like Asian Cheesecake Factory. Also: they need HOT SAUCE. Table condiments were weird and, well, weird. The "hot" stuff wasn't hot and was weird tasting and oily? I dunno. It was weird. Coulda used a standard chili garlic jar, a sesame oil pour, and a little soy maybe? As others have said, it's not inexpensive for something that is fast casual.

Lydia V.

Yelp
The overall experience was amazing! Stumbled upon this place after doing some shopping. The food was delicious! The vibe was great , they were playing jams! We had spicy edamame, pork gyoza, spicy chicken ramen & regular chicken ramen. We left super satisfied! The customer service was great!

Izabella V.

Yelp
food is absolutely delicious I love their homemade ramen and also their smoked brisket

Chanel F.

Yelp
I came in early Saturday afternoon and they were already full on the inside as far as tables go. I kinda knew what I wanted but wanted to glance at the menu again. In which the young man directed me to the back to look at. No one came over to check on me but I ended up seeing on the stand that you can place your order via QR code. So that's what I ended up doing. I got the short rib ramen and I must say it was a let down. It didn't come with much of anything. Like barely and noodles, short rib. It had a half of egg, and one piece of something green I forgot the name. One thing that was flowing was the broth. Which I'm guessing is what I was suppose to get full on. Anyways it tasted ok but 27 dollars is a bit steep for some ok ramen with barely any ingredients.

KK I.

Yelp
#InRamen Everything was amazing...if you are a ramen lover like me you will definitely love this place. The GM Odean was an absolute delight. He was very attentive to his guest. The entire staff is just all around nice people. The noodle are made fresh in house which takes the taste of the Ramen to a whole new level. If you stick around at the right hour you can catch Odean making some fresh noodles on the spot. Thank you for such a great dining experience. I will definitely be back. Can't wait for my husband to experience this place. A big thank you to the General Manager Odean and Staff

Dana B.

Yelp
We tried in Ramen after seeing a movie at the Dania Pointe plaza on a cooler south Florida night perfect for Ramen soup! We went around 8:50pm which was 40 min prior to them closing up on this weekday. Small restaurant with limited inside and outside seating. We started with the pork belly bao buns which I though were great and loved the avocado. They were full of sauce and flavor. Only critique is they could of used a little less sauce (and I am all for the sauces). I played it safe since it was my first time here and had the simply chicken ramen, which the description matched the taste and flavor. It was good but nothing stood out about the flavor of the broth or chicken. My boyfriend had the spicy chicken ramen. It was not spicy at all and I felt the broth in this ramen didn't have much of a flavor to it either. Overall service was quick, staff was friendly, and food was good. The portion of the soup was pretty big and I did take plenty home leftover but I did feel it was a little overpriced. However, I will be back to try another ramen and different bao bun!

Brendalis J.

Yelp
Eliana gave us an amazing service. Food came right away didn't had to wait at all. Will definitely come back again!!

Man Wai W.

Yelp
Cute little spot. First come first serve. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Came here on a Wednesday and there were only 3 tables. Got seated right away. We each ordered a mimosa. I had the lychee and my friends had the strawberry. I really liked the lychee. It was light and refreshing. My friends must have liked theirs too bc they both ordered second rounds. We started with the mushroom gyozas with the truffle sauce. The bottom of the gyozas were nice and crunchy just like they should be. Since it's only mushroom filling, they weren't as substantial as meat filling but still good. The truffle sauce had a nice truffle flavor but could use a bit more soy sauce. The edamame were like most edamame. One of my friends ordered the shrimp scampi and he said it was delicious. I had the ground beef bibimbap. The beef was extremely salty but I loved how perfectly cooked the egg was and the veggies it came with really complimented the dish. Me other friend had the chicken katsu bibimbap and he loved it. Will definitely go again and try the other items.

Alesia M.

Yelp
My husband and I had just finished our movie date night and were starving! We yelped nearby restaurants and IN Ramen popped up. We're ramen lovers so we decided to give it a try. If you're in the area I highly recommend it! The ramen is homemade and pretty damn good. I ordered the chicken dumpling ramen with lots of bok choy, just enough spice and the broth was delicious! We also ordered the spring rolls and a bottle of sake. We left full and satisfied. The place is small so there was a short wait when we got there but the service was great and we were taken care of pretty quickly. If you need your ramen fix, try them out!

Ricky A.

Yelp
Food was great. Pork and shrimp Shumai 10/10 would order again. Spicy chicken ramen also delicious. Service was fantastic. Tabetha was was friendly. Eclectic music played inside while dining, made the experience fun. Would return again.

Carol R.

Yelp
We have wanted to try In Ramen for a while now and had hoped to go with friends, so we could sample more of the menu. Alas, it was just hubby and me. We parked in the back lot and walked through the rear door of the restaurant. I was surprised at the small size of the inside eating area. (And it was packed.) There are tables outside in the front. We opted for counter seating and ordered our meals with a QR code. You must pay for meals (tip included) before you are served. We were approached by a server who offered help and was very amenable in answering my questions. After perusing the menu, I decided on the crispy duck ramen and hubby had the chashu (pork belly) ramen. Hubby thought that, overall, the ramen was good. He did not like having kernels of corn, because, he said, they sank to the bottom of the bowl and it was the last thing he ate. So, he was left with a taste of corn instead of all the other flavors he had savored. I was leary about getting the duck, because I couldn't imagine it still being crispy. But had read a previous review that raved about it. The review was correct. The duck ramen was delicious. The duck was so tasty (and still crispy) that I had to prevent myself from sucking the bone clean. (That duck should be used for other meals! Duck bimbimbap?) The noodles were really good, and I loved the bok choy and cilantro that flavored the ramen. Unlike hubby, I loved the corn. I must be honest and say that this was not my favorite ramen restaurant in Broward County. (The best ramen I have eaten was in Japan.) But right now, it's my second favorite and the only one with a crispy duck ramen. I do prefer the broth at the other place. And I would absolutely love to combine the duck and the noodles from In Ramen with the broth from my favorite place (in Weston). Nevertheless, we will definitely be back to have more duck ramen. And I want to try one of the bimbimbaps. I have been to Korea and often eat Korean food.

Kayla J.

Yelp
the food was alright but and the people was nice but me and my friends got scammed out of $5 dollars from each of us !! we did not agree to tip him $5 so he stole from all of us and tipped himself. i would've tipped myself but the fact that he done it to me and my friends himself is crazy. his name is jimmy, and btw we're minors !! and he charged me an extra $5 for shrimp but it was okay because i asked but i only received 3 pieces of shrimp and it wasn't even seasoned. my total came out to 33 and some change but i didnt pay it no mind because we was trying to leave because we were in the restaurant for so long.

Alyssa G.

Yelp
DELICIOUS! A coworker and I ordered lunch from here through Uber Eats today. Even reheated after delivery it did not disappoint. I ordered the mushroom ramen. The broth came in a separate container from the rest of the ingredients which was greatly appreciated as it keeps everything nice and fresh, instead of making it all soggy. There were also directions for reheating which I thought was an excellent touch. The flavor of the mushrooms was really strong and savory, you can tell it's great quality. Though it was a fairly simple bowl, just noodles, corn, and mushrooms; but the variety of 4 mushrooms made it worthwhile. This was actually some of the best ramen I have ever had and I would 100% order from here again.

Julliana H.

Yelp
Jasmine and JoJo were so sweet and made great recommendations. Food was very good, and they have a good amount of vegetarian options

Lacey W.

Yelp
Food is always amazing and fresh, Jimmy was a great server and we love coming here. The fried gyoza and bao buns are so good!!

Mikey W.

Yelp
Wasn't expecting much when I came here but happened to be staying in a hotel nearby and ramen sounded exactly right for the mood I was in after a long flight. Showed up and even though they were pretty busy, we were seated quickly and had some impressively large spicy margaritas presented to us in short time. I ordered the spicy chicken ramen and my friend had the gyoza veggie ramen and we slurped em down happily. The service here is quick and friendly and the food is pretty tasty. Not exactly traditional, but I liked everything I had. Would definitely come back.

Matias A.

Yelp
I love Stephen. He was everywhere doing everything all at once with great organization. His service was amazing and he was never lacking. The food was also amazing and everything was delicious.

Kika G.

Yelp
Food was ok and arrived to the table around 15 minutes after ordering. It was pretty cool seeing the ramen made in house.

Brian B.

Yelp
A quick check of Yelp showed that In Ramen was the most highly rated of all the fast casual food spots in Dania Pointe. Yelp never lets me down so it was a quick and easy decision to eat here. I ordered the short rib ramen, and the meat was melt in your mouth soft. Really excellent, but the broth lacked the flavor that I was hoping for. When I eat Ramen I am hoping for something that smacks you in the mouth, not just a light broth. The meat was so tender and flavorful that I would still give In Ramen 4 stars for the food. Working against them for my restaurant preference is that it was a little pricier than I expected with ramen dishes ranging from $18 - $28. Also, it just seems like keeping the front of the house clean is not a priority. Not terrible, but definitely not great. From having worked in restaurants there is not a far leap to assume what that means for the back of the house. These two things dropped them another star, and probably keeps me from returning.

Yelp
Decided to stop by and try this new ramen place. The brisket with beef broth was very unique and so delicious. My partner had the duck ramen and the duck was excellent. Since they are at up with a QR code menu and order payment, don't forget to add anything you want. After receiving my brisket ramen, I wish I wanted an extra egg. But it wasn't worth the hassle or ordering it in the phone and adding my card again.
