The menu features ten ramen dishes, five bibimbap bowls, dim sum, bao buns, and small plates. The restaurant was founded by chefs Johnny H.K., Bill Jiang, and David Jiang, who have extensive experience in notable restaurants. The 2,000-square-foot space includes an open kitchen, communal tables, and graffiti art. Guests can order via a digital menu or a traditional menu." - Olee Fowler

The food was amazing and Kevin's recommendations were on point. It is a very cool place to take visitors especially if they like ramen. The noodles are made there fresh. I would recommend to everyone that they try this place. Since visiting the first time we have been back every weekend since.

Great noodles. I had the mushroom ramen and it was honestly really delicious. I didn’t know what to expect as it’s my first time having ramen. It hit my stomach very well and it was a great portion. I would recommend this on anyone’s restaurant to go to next. Definitely will be a returning customer and already suggested this place to friends!

There is finally a Ramen place near my house. The noodles are fresh because there is a guy making them by hand for every order. The ambiance is great, very relaxing and kid friendly. One cool thing is you get to order from the phone. You scan a QC code that’s directly on your table and you pay with your phone. There are also waitresses and waiters to help take your order if you aren’t comfortable with doing it on the phone. The ramen broth is pretty rich and authentic. Just the right seasoning. Its a cool place to grab a bite and hang out.

I loved the online ordering method, it was super quick and easy and our food came in super fast. The ramen itself was pretty good, although I wish it had more ingredients that I could’ve added in for free. Each ingredient was +$1 so I thought that was a little much. But overall, it was a nice experience and very pleasant place.

In Ramen is a modern age establishment serving centuries old Ramen noodles. Make no mistake, this place is very modern. Tiled floor with an industrial flare ceiling. Theres no menus. You order using your smart phones. Come with your QR readers at the ready. The walls, adorned with Japanese larger than life art somehow provides balance. The kitchen, taking up about 25% of the square footage, is encased in plexiglass baring all to see. Gives you something to do while waiting for your food, which is very tasty, although on the salty side. So for me, a once in a while visit. The serve staff is quite attentive and explained things to me, a first timer. All single use utensils, bowls, plates, and what not. Most employees wear gloves. But not all. Over all very clean establishment with good CDC practices, except for the no gloves employee. Parking is what it is in this area, adjacent to Sunset Shops, & on the outskirt of Coral Gables. You pay to park. But you can pay using your smart phones. Clean single person use bathroom about sums it up. Oh and Wynwood La Rubia Blonde on draft. You get a free egg with your beer. Excellent day.

I went here for lunch. The seaweed is good and I like seaweed as a vegetable. The bowl is good. It needed some spices for my tastes, but still good. The oolong tea is always good. The cooking was good. I liked the ordering experience. There’s a website where you select what you want and enter your credit card…. Contactless ordering. I do recommend

I have passed by this restaurant for a year but never went in. My daughter and I finally decided to give them a chance. I had the Short Rib Ramen and she had the Jing Jiang Ramen that doesn't have a broth. Both of us loved our choices. I can't wait to return to try other things on the menu.

Yes this place can be pricey if you get appetizers, main course, drink, and dessert. However it is well worth it because of how delicious the ramen is here, not to mention the portions will fill you up. I suggest the beef rib ramen bowl and the fried chicken appetizers (delicious!). Ordering is very easy, as you do it on your phone and the waitress takes care of you. I guess the only thing I could see anyone complaining about is not giving your order directly to the waitress and the fact that you pay and tip BEFORE you even get your food. That's understandable, but so far, great experience for my girlfriend and I. Best ramen place in US-1 Sunset Place area. Check it out!
