"Inchin’s is a small chain with just over two dozen locations in the United States and Canada, with its Morrisville location being one of two in North Carolina (the other is in Charlotte). Whereas some other area Indian restaurants have an Indo-Chinese section, Inchin’s entire menu is Indo-Chinese. There are Nepalese momos, chicken manchow soup, Chinese-style bhel, kung pao paneer, sambal lamb, and more. A kid’s menu will keep the little ones happy while the adults dig into a mouth-numbing plate of triple Szechuan noodles." - Matt Lardie

I recently had dinner with my family at Inchin’s Bamboo Garden, and the experience was truly enjoyable. We dined in and ordered Garlic Naan, Chicken Lababdar, and Street Style Chicken Chowmein. The Garlic Naan was fresh and aromatic—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and full of flavor. The Chicken Lababdar had a rich and creamy texture with a slight sweetness that was pleasant. However, as someone who enjoys spicy food, I felt it could have used a bit more heat to really balance the flavors. Still, it was well-cooked and delicious. The Street Style Chicken Chowmein was the highlight for me—perfectly tossed noodles with a smoky, street-style flavor, tender pieces of chicken, and just the right amount of seasoning. It tasted authentic and was packed with flavor. Overall, it was a satisfying dinner with great food and a comfortable ambiance. I’d definitely come back—maybe next time I’ll ask for an extra spicy twist!

Google
Very bad experience, we found a live cockroach in our food. When showed this to the staff, they removed that particular item from our bill and charged us for the rest. But who knows if the bug might have been on all dishes. Will never go back to this place. They have bugs on their tables and food. This happened few weeks ago, seems like there is another review regarding bug issue, we had similar experience.

Food was nowhere near authentic Indo-Chinese, two stars are for the ambience..

This place was pretty good in terms of variety of menu options and taste. We had various dishes for lunch that were really good. I enjoyed the lamb sambal and chicken 65 biryani. Overall, will come back again when in the area!

Took a detour and decided to try this place out based on a friend’s suggestion and boy o boy, were blown away by the food. Great tasting fried rice and noodles, manchurians and the other items ordered. Wasn’t crowded at all, service was quick, ambience was nice, staff courteous and friendly. Higher recommended!

Hadn’t eaten here in 15 yrs since moved out of area. The food was still good. Portion size great. Our waitress was young and inexperienced. Didn’t know many details off the menu or familiarity with types of wine.

Ichin’s Bamboo Garden is truly a hidden gem! Upon entering, my family was greeted by an inviting and authentic atmosphere with cute decor. The staff seated us right away and were welcoming and polite the entire time. We ordered the Orange Chicken, Biryani Rice, and Lo Mein, all of which came very quickly. The Orange Chicken was perfect, crunchy on the outside with a real taste of citrus. Overall, lovely restaurant, would definitely recommend. 🫶

The service and atmosphere was great. The design and aesthetics of the place were gentle. The food was served fast and was fresh and hot. The soups were a bit spicy but we were warned about them for my kids in advance. The entrees and appetizers were yummy and rich. They had conveniently catered to my daughter’s gluten-free demands and my vegetarian ones with numerous options. Overall, it was a great restaurant, and will definitely visit again if in the area.

Yelp
This is a frequent dinner spot for the family. It isn't your conventional Chinese, it is Indian Chinese. So just think of your usual Chinese spots with extra sauces, seasoning and vegetables/herbs. We got a table rather quick for a weekend and large group (13). However the food took some time! The server was very nice and kept us updated, but the food did take about 50 minutes. We started off with hot pot momos, something new on the menu. It's a dumpling in a hotpot style soup. Dumpling itself was good, but the soup was heavy on the soy sauce and there were a lot of Szechwan peppercorns, it was hard to not eat too many of them. Our mains included Mongolian beef- our favorite! Crispy tender beef, with a sweet coating! Garlic pepper chicken- good flavors, soft chicken Cantonese noodles- not too spicy and sort of a neutral flavor. Burnt garlic fried rice- another favorite of ours! Amazing garlic flavor and some red pepper flakes. Hot pot chicken- the chicken was cooked nicely and the sauce it was in was well seasoned. However there are A LOT of Szechwan peppercorns and does give a numbing effect on the tongue. It was hard to separate them from the chicken/sauce. I think this dish would be better if they just reduced the amount of peppercorns they put in. All entrees were served with steamed rice. Everything was served in nice platter/bowls and there were Asian inspired decor around the restaurant.

Yelp
I'm actually surprised to see a 3 star rating on yelp for this place because my family and I had a wonderful dinner here. Inchin's is a restaurant that serves chinese & indian food and is actually a chain around the U.S with many other locations. I love that they have an assortment of their own brand sauces at the table with flavors like sweet chilli, momo sauce, green chilli, and some others. The restaurant is also really cute inside and the servers/host were friendly. The menu is so long so it took us quite some time to even figure out what entree and cuisine we wanted. We had no clue the portions would be so big. Appetizers we got: salt pepper shrimp, lamb dumplings, steamed chicken dumplings, veggie dumplings, and a butter masala dipping sauce for the dumplings which cost an extra $2. For main entrees: mongolian beef, thai yellow curry with chicken, butter chicken, paneer makhani, burnt garlic chili fried rice, and 3 sides of garlic naan. Our table was full. Everyone loved the dishes they got and had no complaints about anything. I don't know if I would get the dumplings again just because it was 3 for $10 which is a rip off. Also wouldn't get the salt pepper shrimp because it was $16 for 6 small shrimps and a plate of chopped onions. The naan bread was one small piece of naan cut in half for 3.50. Other than that, everything came in huge portions, was shareable, and delicious. Our total came out to be about $190 with the tip they already included in the bill. This is a good place for a large party of people who can't decide what they want to eat.

Tina T.

Yelp
It's a pretty cozy place to dine in on a rainy night. The menu is quite huge since they provide a lot of entree options and also small plates as well. I got the Mongolian chicken and it was quite good. It wasn't overly seasoned, enough to my liking. The fried crunchiness at the bottom pairs well with it. The chicken manchow soup was very spicy, it wasn't expected since my spice tolerance is low. Service was good, they came at appropriate times.

Sara O.

Yelp
Food is always delicious! Dont get the naan, i feel like the naan is made from frozen. Giving 5 stars for everything else because the staff is always nice, food is great, and overall ambiance is nice.

Sony H.

Yelp
The food is amazing here . I tried the hot and sour soup and Thai curry and lunch pricing is great as well . The service is great and the seating is perfect . Nice corner location and probably should try outside when it gets warmer .

Ayesha K.

Yelp
I have tried Inchins around the US. The food at this particular outlet is average. We ordered chicken hot n sour soup (average). Chicken Manchurian and Hakka noodles were good. The shrimp curry was also very good. We also ordered Dal makhni and naan - I would not recommend ordering any non-Chinese food.

Fateria J.

Yelp
I visited today during lunch. I was greeted in a friendly manner and immediately was given a menu for my takeout order. My order was prepared quicky and presented to me in a visually pleasant way.

Vini E.

Yelp
The place can be a hit or a miss depending on whether you order takeout or dine in and what dishes you get. We've done dine in a few times and takeout once. I don't recommend take out at all because the quantity of food given in takeout vs dine in is ridiculous. They pack food into small containers and you pay the same price so highly recommend dine so you aren't cheated on quantity. Now comes the review of the meals! Veg schzewan dumplings: wasn't a fan but they weren't terrible. I've had better dumplings. Ku chow chicken: very spicy but really good. Something different! Triple schzewan chicken: this was a mix of rice and noodles. Did not enjoy the dish at all. It was tangy and the fried noodles at the top werent crisp, overall taste wasn't good. Veg fried rice: really nice! We've ordered chilli chicken in the past and it was really good. Overall, for the experience go dine in. Really depends what you get.

Yelp
Good info Asian food. It feels good to find a Indian restaurant with decent ambiance, good food and service..

Neha S.

Yelp
It's a place for lovers of Indo-chinese so much that even my family visiting from India love it. They have recently changed the menu to cater to a wider audience however Indo-chinese is the main deal. Burnt garlic fried is their signature dish more me. For appetizers we stick to paneer chilli or paneer 65. The dumplings have disappointed me in the past. Their soup menu offers variety with manchow being a favorite. During the last visit I had to specifically request the fried noodles with it; in the past they were complementary. My only concern at times is the amount of oil that goes into some dishes and the wish they could work on their version of triple Schezwan to make it more authentic.

Rabia A.

Yelp
So I used to come here when it first opened a long time ago. I haven't been back in years. Finally decided to go back and the food is really really good. Very delicious and tasty. The only down fall is the food came out a little cold. If it was hot, than it would have been so much better. The waitress did offer to remake it or heat it up but we we were already half way done eating cause we were hungry. So they did comp the soup for us. The food is technically a 5 but giving it a 4 because it came out cold

Soma S.

Yelp
Horrible service by the server. So much attitude, it felt almost like she is doing a favor by giving us food... horrible service.. won't recommend this place to anyone. I asked several times to speak with the manager but was told the manager is not available Server name was scratched out from the receipt

Padma A.

Yelp
Pretty decent carryout food.....my cousin ordered a whole lot of items from Chowmien to chili chicken, some fried paneer dish , lots of appetizers and soups and variety rice entrees. It didn't seem as greasy as the location in Illinois.

Kumar J.

Yelp
I visited Inchin's with my friends when we were in Raleigh for a weekend. We arrived at around 7pm on a Thursday evening and were seated immediately. We ordered Manchow soup, steamed and fried momos, Street side chow mein, Triple Szechwan noodles and Chicken 65. The food was really good. We specifically liked the noodles, they looked very plain but we're delicious. The service was good too. We good the food not too long after we ordered. Overall, it was a really good experience and I would definitely come back. Ever.

Yelp
I went to Bamboo Garden today for a team lunch. We've gone here on multiple occasions for birthday's, promotions, team lunches, etc. The restaurant has very good food and ample space for large parties. Plenty of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options for all to enjoy. As much as I love the food, I have to be honest about service and cleanliness being hit or miss. I've included food, service, and cleanliness in my rating of 3 stars. Today our server was very attentive and helpful. On the other hand, my glass had a lip print on it and my appetizer plate had some food residue. It seems there may be an issue with the method of cleaning dishes at this place. I will likely be back because I really like the food, but wanted to share my experience with others interested in trying this place out.

Saiteja G.

Yelp
This place has turned out to be disappointing overall. I have been here multiple times before and I only see them making it worse between each of my visits. I had to wait for around 30 minutes to get seated and a very bad ambience for an elite restaurant of this sort. The waitress got us seated and was in a rush to get us out of there maybe. She didn't even ask if we would want to drink something and directly asked us to order food. The food was turned in less than 5 minutes. The paneer didn't seem fresh as it was very hard and chewy. The green curry was too raw and is noticeable. The fried rice and the noodles were okay. Overall, the food and ambience was a disaster. I just love the Indo - Chinese Cuisine and that is what makes me come back here.

Brittany L.

Yelp
Taste review: Yellow Curry with Chicken= pretty good, but missing something Mongolian Beef= leather Lo neon type Noodles= shoe strings Spicy Chicken= just chicken nothing great Wings: gooey thick skin yet dry meat (no thanks) Price is way too confident for the food to taste how it does

Janki P.

Yelp
2.5 - I ordered the chili garlic noodles, and I did not enjoy them. I dreaded eating my leftovers. Very oily and there wasn't much flavor apart from the garlic. I'll have to try some of their other dishes before giving up on this place.

Anand R.

Yelp
Horrible, terrible food. No flavor. Waste of money. Do not go here. We order a lamb dish and it was smelling bad. Chicken was bad , fried had no taste. It taste like .. can't spell

LJ A.

Yelp
First and last time here. We ordered takeout and had to dump most of it. Naan appeared to be store bought and was dry and already getting hard when we got it home. Also seemed to be plain naan and not butter naan that we ordered. Momos, just do yourself a favor and go to one of the Nepalese restaurants in the area. "Crispy Chicken Chili Honey" sounds good but nothing crispy about it. The slices of chicken were drowning in a ton of sauce. The photos in their menu were appealing but not close to what we received. The white rice was extremely mushy. Not sure how an Asian restaurant can mess that up! This place needs some quality control. We were very disappointed and sad to have wasted $50.00 (included tip for takeout).

Grant B.

Yelp
The food and atmosphere The Chili Garlic Chicken with vegetables was excellent! Their hot sauce is very good

Neha K.

Yelp
We have consistently eaten wonderful Asian Indian (indo-Chinese) cuisine here. Over 8 meals with the consistent flavors, quality and service. Even their takeout is pretty phenomenal if you ask them how to reheat the food. Veg Manchurian is a "coin manchurian" here and is to point! The best, yummiest of all is the Manchow soup. This is not for the weak hearted- being on the flavor and heat and zing! Hakka noodles always warms the family and kids, American chopsuey is pretty okay- it might not be the best overall but sure might be the best in North Carolina. Will always return on cold days, craving days and anything indoChinese days

Santosh S.

Yelp
We did not like the food had tried it couple of times they also had pretty bad service.

Azfar H.

Yelp
In all my trips to Inchin's Bamboo Garden, not once has it been a quick and efficient dine. The food is always great, but not too worth the wait. This is an eco friendly place with paper straws and packets for a bonus. Overall, great food but poor service. Don't count on smiles for any special requests

Susie S.

Yelp
I think the last time I ate at Bamboo Garden was 10 years ago. I have to say, I regret not going back sooner. Ordered a loooot of dishes tonight and mostly all were great. Food: Loved the chili paneer and paneer lat mei. Both had a kick and were flavored well. They're known for their veggie coins and that was also very good. Hakka noodles were good. Not super flavorful but a good balancing side. The guys loved the Kung Pao chicken. The lamb fell flat and the crispy fish was overly fishy. Stick to veggie dishes and the indo-Chinese menu and you won't be disappointed. Make sure to give your spice level preference otherwise it's going to be hot! It was perfect for takeout. Packaged really well and would heat back up well, for most things. We'll definitely be adding a lot of dishes to our take out lineup.

Fadma M.

Yelp
The food was just ok for me. We had the Ghobi Manchurian for appetizer and the fried corn which both were tasty. The entrée was just ok. I had the garlic noodles with beef. The meat was very dry and there was barely any sauce. It did not had much of a garlicy taste. I might give it another try if I am in the area. The atmosphere was nice and the service was ok.

Sowmya S.

Yelp
Customer service was not good. Attitude by the server was not good. This happened the first time else food was very good

Cory L.

Yelp
This was probably one of the worst, expensive Chinese restaurants we have been to. The service was pleasant, but for a fancier restaurant, I did find it odd that they forgot to remove our soup bowls before our entrees and didn't fill up our waters near the end. The restaurant itself was pretty but that may be the only thing going for it. Our homemade dumplings were nasty and the sauce was full of garlic that made it hard to swallow. The chicken was the bland and not so fresh kind; I would have preferred frozen dumplings at home to this, that would have cost me 1/50 of the price and tasted 50x better. Don't be fooled by the "homemade" gimmick! I would have preferred pure chive dumplings if they have problems keeping it fresh. The soup was ok, but the serving size was small, so nothing to be proud of for $5. The Szechuan beef was decent and the plate was huge, but it was just authentic enough where you know there's better elsewhere and not modern enough where you think, oh cool concept. Also, did I mention pricey?

John L.

Yelp
I love this place! The food has such variety you can always find something to tempt you. While I wish they were a little more clear with the menu for example you can get the gobi (cauliflower) Manchuria either dry or wet but no where is this mentioned on the menu. Other than though it's a great fusion place when you want to try something new and slightly closer to traditional than your normal Chinese restaurant.

Neil S.

Yelp
The quality of the food does not reflect the price of the food. Ordered the chow mein and the chili chicken (one of their popular dishes supposedly) and it just tasted bland but filled with crazy spice. Everything on their menu is spicy and it seems a little excessive. The only redeeming dish was the paneer tacos but $12 for 3 tacos is steep. As much as I would like to come back, I don't think I will be.

Christina M.

Yelp
Surprised me for a chain. I used to live about 5 mins from this place and just fell upon it today. The vibe is nice and they are always doing a ton of to go orders. This is like Chinese and Indian food combined. For starters I had the hot and sour soup. It was great, not to spicy! We also had the chili fries. Which is like deep fried with chili sauce, yum to say the least! For a main dish we had the burned garlic rice with gobi Manchurian with the sauce on it. Both were very good. I would not recommend with sauce and I thought it was lightly sauce but no it came in a tub full of sauce! Overall very good service!

Thema D.

Yelp
I arrived and was seated almost immediately by a host. She provided me with a menu & water and said a server would be with me shortly. I checked out the menu, figured out what I was going to order and waited. And waited. And waited. I started looking around. It was 5 tables of people (including me) and 2 servers. They walked by me multiple times, didn't speak, didn't say I'll be with you in a moment... nothing. By this time 15 mins has gone by. I see 1 of the servers cleaning off a table. It was at this point that I decided to just go. I spoke with the host before I left and told her I was leaving. The first thing out of her mouth was "Did no one come to your table?" I didn't give a reason why I was leaving but the fact that question was the 1st question asked lets me know that sub-par service is a regular thing there.

Prasad V.

Yelp
We have been regulars here but the experience seems to be getting worse over time. The good was alright. We ordered the crispy chili baby corn, cauliflower Manchuria. Hakka noodles and the tulip appetizer. The entree dishes didn't quite hit the mark. The appetizers were good. The service was good. Again overall the experience was ok. Maybe it's just that we always expect great food And the last few times the food disappointed.

Tania R.

Yelp
For all those craving the classic taste of "indo-Chinese" - this place is it! We had some chili chicken, cauliflower Manchurian and schezuan rice. Loved it! We topped it off with their fried ice cream - delicious with a big serving! No regrets though :) Will definitely be going back there.

Ashamsa M.

Yelp
Some REALLY good Indo-Chinese food! The interiors looked great but they have outdoor seating too, something I try to maximize on during summer. The service was good and friendly. As for the food. I tried the burnt garlic rice which I would have preferred a more burnt garlic flavor but nonetheless very good. The paneer manchurian (I asked for gravy) was delicious! The paneer 65 fried rice was the best of the lot. The fried paneer was so flavorful. Yum yum. I even tried the chilli garlic noodles and it was delicious. I definitely want to go back to try other stuff on their menu. The quantity is good in case you wanted to split between two people.

Nishant A.

Yelp
If you are in RTP area and your taste buds are craving for Indo-Chinese food, look nowhere else. This is one of the best Indo-Chinese food places you'll find in the area. Again, remember this is not Chinese but Indo-Chinese so any Indian can relate to the taste and it's spicy. I'm a vegetarian so no meat review here but everything I tried was very delicious. Hot and Sour soup - 3.5/5 Virgin Mango Mohito - 4/5 Crispy chili baby corn - 5/5 Chili Garlic Noodles - 5/5 Schezuan Vegetable coins - 5/5 Service - 3/5 The only problem is that service is bit slow but the delicious food makes up for it. This became a go to place for me whenever I crave that Indo-Chinese taste.

Milin M.

Yelp
Flavorless , tasteless food !! Just a bunch of reheated veggies dumped in a mix of soya sauce and chilli sauce ! I am never coming back !

Sreyoshi B.

Yelp
The food is nice. We ordered the pan fried momos and the lunch platter (with schezuan chicken and fried rice). I thought the proportions were a little off. Since there was too much gravy for the quantity of rice. We also had dessert which was fried noodles and vanilla ice cream and it was tasty. The service is a little slow though. And although they had a 5% off coupon on Yelp check in, I doubt it worked, since they only gave us $1 off a $65 bill. I would recommend it for those who like indochinese food, Coz the food was very tasty. But recommend that the service be improved upon.

Reggie S.

Yelp
Pretty good food, rather crowded on a Saturday eve. Who knew this place existed!?! It's nestled back in the corner of the shopping center. I got the Singapore noodles, I expected a strong curry flavor as I asked for spicy. I was disappointed. The curry was mild and the spice was a level 2. Not sure what I'd have to do to get the spice level right, might try elsewhere prior to going back

Sumasri M.

Yelp
Just loved the food..I ordered virgin pinacolado, vegetable tulips(Divine),burnt garlic chicken fried rice, vegetable coins and finally the fried ice cream..everything is very well cooked and served. A bit expensive but worth going! I Strongly recommend this.

Kedarnath M.

Yelp
I have been there on 06/18/2019 for dinner , I hate giving 1 star actually i should be giving zero rating. Worst food , takes ages to get our order , lathergic service & unprofessional/Rude Manager (lady) . When I brought my dissatisfaction with manager she was least bothered to address my concerns and she was more interested on gratuity . Plz avoid this restaurant .... .

Samantha W.

Yelp
So I was going back & forth between giving this place 4 or 5 stars. I was tempted to give 4 because trying to get a seat here is just so hard.. but it's not because they are packed full, it's because they are always understaffed. The waiters are always pretty friendly so I didn't deduct a star as I know how hard it is to serve when you're understaffed. We came on a Friday night and this place gets an insane amount of to-go orders and dine-in customers but only 2 girls were working the entire restaurant (to-go, hosting, and serving). Once you get seated, things calm down a lot. We sat and someone immediately came to take drink & appetizer orders. We ordered the chicken manchow soup and crispy chili baby corn. This is a MUST! The fried baby corn with spicy sauce is soo good and the soup is so fresh. For dinner we ordered the garlic noodles w/chicken and spicy garlic chicken. All these dishes came out super quick and super fresh. The food is really good here if you can get past the initial wait for a table. We come here often and will continue to come here. Just hope for the sake of the workers that they find more help.

Onvara A.

Yelp
This was my first Indo-Chinese restaurant experience, so I was really excited. You do get a ton of food for the lunch specials, which are an entree, rice (choice of white, veggie fried rice, or chicken fried rice), salad, and soup - but the salad and soup options are fixed on certain days. I got the paneer in szechwan sauce, kimchi salad, and manchow soup. The flavors were all decent, but the service was pretty slow for a large group. I think we were there for 2 hours. Overall, I would say it's a good option for food but didn't blow me away.

DrDamini S.

Yelp
I went here with my spouse a few months back and we absolutely loved the food! It was yumm. We took our friends with us the next time we went and they liked it too. Last week I and my spouse went again with a friend but this time the menu was changed. We didn't like the way food tasted as we had been here many times and enjoyed thoroughly in the past. We were surprised at the quantity of chicken wings that were served to us as it was too less.Got a little disappointed

Rachel B.

Yelp
Not a fan. Average tasting food and way too overpriced for the portions you get. You're better off going to another Chinese food restaurant in the area.

suby n.

Yelp
Inchin Bamboo is a great indo-chinese restaurant. Food and service is great. We love their Chicken Fried Rice a lot, reminds me back home. My kids love their Chilli Chicken and Druken Noodles.

Wenyu G.

Yelp
Came here with a big group (8+) and was not impressed with this place. When our group sat down we were not given any menu or greeted by the Staff. After sitting there for 5 minutes, I had to get up and ask the Staff for the menus. There was also a pitcher of water on the table and was not filled during our meal. Now the food. I had the chili garlic noodles. It was decent not great. The presentation of the food was terrible. The bowl looked dirty and noodles were hanging outside of the bowl, instant lost my appetite. The price was relatively expensive for decent/subpar asian fusion. Don't think I would want to come back based on poor customer service and value of the food.

Aayushi P.

Yelp
This restaurant is open during Covid. We sat outside since the weather was so nice; however, the restaurant does close now at 10pm, not 10:45p like their website says. The food here never disappoints. Every vegetarian can tell you how much they love this place. It's so tasty, unique, and flavorful. I am so happy we have an indo-Chinese place here. It reminds me of India

Anthony G.

Yelp
The waitress we had was very odd and felt almost as if she was a hostage. I ordered some chicken spring rolls and they were good and spicy unlike regular spring rolls. The Volcano shrimp was good but tasted way salty but not too spicy. I hate not having chicken breast and having white meat chicken. That turns me off so I avoided any chicken dishes but my friend got one and the pieces of white mysterious chicken looked odd. The paneer seemed stale but the burnt garlic fried rice was very good. After dinner I was bloated and my mouth was a Himalayan llama mouth-the sodium content was beyond my expectations. I would say this reminded me of Pei Wei because it wasn't that made-from-scratch Asian food that one rarely has. I may return to try the tings but I found out that it was a chain and I don't trust chains.

Sahil W.

Yelp
Not only the food quality has gone down, but the service continues to be absolutely abysmal. In times when each one of us is doing our part to help support local businesses, it's a shame to see this place take our perceived "loyalty" for granted. Twice now our take out order has not been right and the third time now was given to someone else. Instead of helping correct the situation, their solution was to wait for the other customer being back that order and for me to take it. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!.
