The 21 Best Bars In Lisbon - Lisbon - The Infatuation

"For the last 30 years, Incognito has given Lisbon locals a place to dance to a soundtrack fueled by indie rock and synthpop. It’s open from Thursday through Saturday and located down a narrow street in São Bento—use the 28 Tram rails on Rua dos Poiais as your guide, and eventually, you’ll spot a crowd waiting outside. Inside, you’ll find an ‘80s vibe and a grand chandelier made from over a dozen disco balls reflecting light throughout the entire space. And no matter where you are inside this three-floor bar, you’ll have a view of the basement dance floor. It gets sweaty inside, so dress accordingly." - rita geraldes

Bloody love this place! Music as others have mentioned..disco/electric/house/indie mashups ..older crowd who know how to get down! If you're looking for old school inclusive dancefloor vibes this is the place! We danced our socks off, made new friends and left with my faith in dance floor humanity restored.

I felt at home on the dance floor - the DJ played a great array of music with disco influence. The crowd was truly all ages which I adore. Starts to pick up around midnight. If you are familiar with Outer Heaven in Austin or Good Room in Brooklyn this is the place for you! I will be back on my next Lisbon trip.

It’s a club. It was fun. As Newyorker, my opinion is that the music was not great.

My favorite club in Lisbon. It’s cozy, nice people looking to have a good time, the music is special, not your typical rave but more on the synthpop, darkwave, indie, disco. You get a drink for your entry fee, good ventilation, and friendly staff.

Told to visit to try to get a dance in. €10 cover gets you a mouthful of beer. Not a great vibe.
