Incredible Burger

The burger was great. Double patty is a must. The service was friendly and courteous. If you are looking for food at the mall, definitely worth the stop. Would recommend.

Me and my family really enjoyed the burgers. The burgers were piping hot, fresh, and delicious. The employees were super nice and helpful! The only downside of a burger place in the foodcourt are that a lot of the time, all of the seats are taken. But if you want to takeout or come here during the week, I would really recommend! One of the best burgers I ever had!

Incredible! Burger was pretty good. Was it incredible? Really close. There were just two things missing and make it almost a perfect burger. The signs show a brioche bun with the burgers, but what you get is your regular toasted bun that turns slimy when wet and soaking up the juices from the burger and the special size. The pickles are your typical crinkled cut Jarred pickles that you grab from any grocery store, and they just don't do the burger Justice. What you need is a good, quality homemade pickle, or something like a refrigerated pickle. Make those two changes, and you would have a really incredible birthday. Everything else was spot on. Of course, this is inside the Willowbrook Mall, so seeding options are typical mall seeding and it's as clean as the mall makes it. But if you happen to be looking for a decent Burger while at Willowbrook Mall, this is your best option!

Do not waste your time here this place has terrible service and terrible food. The guy upfront taking orders was making it too complicated to order and on top of that he added things we didn't order and tried to play it off that we had agreed to it prior. The burger was really salty, the patty had no flavor, the bun was breaking apart and the fries were really salty. If the owner sees this you can talk to the cook himself he knows how much he's putting up with because he's the only one that tried to help better the experience.

The Signature Incredible is absolutely delicious! Their secret sauce knocks it out of the park! The fries are perfectly seasoned, fresh and hot! Definitely will be making a trip out here again JUST FOR THE BURGER which is made with 100% Halal beef!

A few weeks ago we saw their sign near Macy's Men "Incredible Burgers, Now Open", but had limited time so we didn't stop by the food court. Fast forward to our first visit. The hubs and I were walking around the food court heading straight for Incredible Burgers. Temptation calling out to us to try their samples but I was determined to not go to my usual spot and make it to their counter. As we're approaching, the young man at the register is already calling out, "Come, come, try a sample" To my surprise Incredible Burgers was serving bite size burger samples!!! This was a very smart move on their part! Kudos Incredible Burgers! We took a piece and damn, the flavors HIT every taste bud that needed to be reached. We took another sample for good measure and yup, we were convinced. We both ordered "The Signature Incredible", hold the lettuce on mine and no veggies on his. We ordered combos, fries, cheese fries, and drinks. We didn't wait long for our food and once we got it, we wasted no time getting to work. This burger is seasoned perfectly and juicy. The bread was nicely toasted. The caramelized onions were rich, sweet and almost buttery. The incredible sauce tasted like an upgraded version of the animal sauce. The grilled jalapenos added a little touch of heat. I mean I couldn't put the burger down! The fries are well seasoned, maybe a little too much for me, but that didn't stop me from devouring them. The hubs added bacon to his and I could hear him say "oh my goodness" after his first bite, second bite and third bite. His cheese fries played their role. Definitely cheesy. I think you could get away with sharing an order of fries as the portion is generous unless you're a fry monster, then definitely get your own. Happy tummy, happy customer. From the incredible customer service to the food, Incredible Burgers is doing something right. Check them out next time you're in the food court. You won't be disappointed.

Came to mall for a haircut and realized I missed lunch and was starving. Saw this was a new place and decided to try it. Got the signature burger combo and upgraded my fries to cheese fries. The burger was very flavorful. I usually don't like signature sauces at places, but this one was very good. Something, either the sauce or the spices, had a little kick to it so if you're sensitive to spicy things, you might want to ask them to leave it off. The meat is halal and very good quality. The bun was nice and fresh and soft. This is the quality burger you'd get in a decent sit down place. Didn't expect it from a mall burger. The fries were cooked perfectly. The cheese sauce is pre-made so be aware if that's not your thing. The guy didn't skimp on it though and even showed me my fries before bagging them and asked if I wanted more. I didn't, what he put in there was plenty. My only complaint is they have Pepsi products, but they do have root beer and Dr. Pepper so I was okay. Overall a great lunch. Some might say it's a little pricey, $20 for a burger, fries, and drink with tax and tip, but I'd pay that at most restaurants and the quality is definitely there.

What an incredible burger it was! We were walking through the mall and were asked if we wanted to taste a sample of a HALAL burger. This got my family's attention because they are always on the lookout for the next halal spot. Apparently this location has been open for at least two years. Or that's what I was told by the girl giving out the samples. So once I tasted it, I was blown away. The smoky flavor from the beef patty is on another level. I think I might be being too generous but for a halal burger the flavor profile was beyond anything that I have tasted in Houston. The smashburger was cooked to an utmost crisp perfection. The bacon was also SOO GOOD!!! The fries were a perfect crisp on the exterior while the interior was almost like a tater tot soft texture. I would even dare say that it is worth a drive to Willowbrook mall's food court just to get a taste of this burger!

The people running the restaurant were awesome. Very helpful with making choices. The food was amazing and extremely delicious. The ambiance was eh.. but that's because it's in a mall food court.

Went to willowbrook mall food court for lunch because they have a big variety of options and I was working across the street. I walked by the incredible burger and the employee asked if I'd liked a sample. I tried the sample and it was delicious so I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with seasoned fries . This burger is definitely on my top five burgers . The beef pattie was seasoned well and full of flavor and not only that but it was a nice thick burger patty.now let's talk about the delicious soft burger bun that also takes the burger to another level in my opinion. It was a great experience and the staff was amazing and of course the place looks very clean and that's an A+. I'll be back for sure.

I usually don't do this to my people but since this place is likely not BO then I'll do it. First off I have only tried the sample, which seemed ok. For the review. I got there at 11. The brother said he needed 5 mins to set up. Came back at 11:10 he was having a convo with someone looking for a job I suppose, and told me give him a HOT second. 11:15 he says I got you and put a burger on the grill which I mistakenly thought was for me. 11:20 a chick walks past me to get the sample he prepared and proceeded to hand it to a white couple that just got there. Smh... after serving them she asks me if a want a sample which was the burger my guy made and cut into 30 pieces, no bread, and too much sauce. lol After my slither of a "burger" she asked me "Would you like to order" and dude still wasn't at the counter. lol. If they wouldn't have over looked me to serve the white couple I might have not wrote this but goodness gracious I felt insulted and it was by my own people.

They people who work there are friendly and the guys do a great job preparing food. My burger always tastes good!

Located at the food court in Willowbrook Mall this place is literally serving up fresh food. So be patient when waiting because this isn't the greasy mall Chinese food they scoop and serve. You place the order and then they start cooking it. The guy working the register showcased excellent customer service. Very patient and helpful too. What caught my attention was the fact that they severed beef bacon. I ordered their nacho burger, adding bacon, and fries. Fries were cooked too long and were extremely crispy. Crispy fries are good but in this case they were so crispy you couldn't taste the potato. The burger is huge! It's very rare you get a food that looks like the picture, but it happened here. Everything was in tacit. Nothing had fallen out. Took my first bite and fell in love with the bun. Best bun I've ever had. Second thing I fell in love with was the crunch from the cool ranch chips in the burger. Now the bite I was waiting for, the bacon! Unfortunately it wasn't good. Don't think it was cooked all the way. Extremely chewy. If I am in the area, and have already had all the other burger places, I might come back here.

Incredible burger for sure ! The sauce was incredible and the meat was nice and juicy! Definitely would recommend trying a burger from here you won't regret it !!

Went the other day, and man, I can't believe how good it was. Dude at the register was nice. What I think was the manager was nice as well. The burger was fresh, hot, and juicy. They must season the beef well. Onions were great. Probably gonna be my go to for weekend burger
