One of the best bodywork experiences I’ve ever had! I can’t stop telling everyone about how amazing my session was with Rachel. Her session was both physically and emotionally very therapeutic. I left feeling so light and rejuvenated. Rachel is very knowledgeable and communicated what she was doing every step of the way. If you need some drainage in your life, she’s the person to go too! Her setup is so sick, you immediately feel at peace. She also has a really cute dog which is always a bonus.

I’ve had five bodywork sessions with Rachel, and I feel like a new person after each one. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the lymphatic system and truly knows how to tailor each session to what my body needs on that given day. Beyond her wealth of knowledge, Rachel is warm, friendly, and makes the whole experience so comfortable. Her prices are very fair, and I appreciate how much she supports me in taking care of my health and overall wellbeing. I can’t recommend her enough!!

Rachel is amazing! I had my first session to further educate myself on my lymphatic system health and how i could support my wellness journey. Rachel has a very extensive intake which makes me feel confident and also gave me the opportunity to share my health concerns on a whole. Justing that initial session she was willing to share her knowledge and even instructed me on how to care for my own lymphatic needs at home. My most recent session i was in more need of care and relaxation and Rachel was able to check in with me in the process and make it very relaxing.
