"Inside a reimagined 100-year-old house down a small Bangkok alley, INDDEE offers modern, Indian-inspired gastronomy with a focus on regional diversity. The intimate 50-seat space, with its soaring arches and captivating lighting, sets the stage for a unique dining experience. The menu, each dish marked by its destination and main ingredient, takes diners on a culinary journey through India — with the team sharing the rich stories behind every creation. The use of a charcoal grill adds depth to the flavors, with standout dishes like hand-pulled chicken khurchan." - The MICHELIN Guide

Skilful and detailed creations like hand-pulled chicken khurchan shine, and the seafood, influenced by the chef's Japanese background, is a highlight. Exceptional modern Indian fine dining, offering a highly creative set menu with an emphasis on vivid presentation, immersive storytelling, and remarkable service. The tasting menu artfully traverses regional Indian flavors while incorporating premium, often rare ingredients and dishes that update Indian classics. Each course is delivered as both a visual and narrative experience, with dishes reflecting India’s geography, history, and culinary spirit.

Inddee walked us through India’s regional flavors with a 10-course tasting menu plus several small bites, each presented with genuine warmth and a touch of storytelling 😋 The service was a lovely balance: attentive when needed, yet giving us enough space to relax and enjoy our time together 🙂‍↕️ As for the food, the flavors were incredibly layered and nuanced. Many dishes made us pause just to take in how everything came together. The crab course, especially, was a real showstopper 😆 it genuinely made us go “wow" ❤️ The plus is there was a small bit of Japanese vibe here and there as the head chef used to work in a Japanese restaurant 🇯🇵 Oh! I really love their yogurt, especially yogurt falooda 🤯 The best yogurt in my life ~~ 🤍 We both did drink pairings as well. I went for the non-alcoholic pairing, while my husband chose a mixed pairing with both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. It was great to see that kind of flexibility offered to guests. He ended up going home tipsy, in the best way. 😂 Even though it was a tasting menu, it was very filling. At some point it felt like the dishes would never stop coming 🥹, but we were still enjoying ourselves because each plate brought something different and exciting 🥰 Overall, Inddee delivered an experience that was thoughtful, flavorful, and genuinely memorable. A wonderful night out for us ☺️

The food itself was good, but the seating arrangement and service were far below what you would expect for the price and the reputation of a Michelin 2-star restaurant. Despite booking well in advance and seeing multiple empty tables available, we were assigned seats directly behind the chef’s counter — uncomfortably close to the chairs of the counter. The situation became even worse because a group of four extremely loud English-speaking guests caused the entire room to echo, making it difficult to even hear the waiter. I would say it reduced the enjoyment of the meal by at least 50%. When we asked to change seats, the female manager at the counter responded in a passive and unhelpful manner. She didn’t offer even a formal apology or any real attempt to assist, which was particularly disappointing. Having visited many Michelin restaurants in Bangkok, I would say her attitude was among the worst. Although the waiter and the male manager later tried to improve the situation, the overall experience fell far short of what should be expected from a $500 dining experience.

Great experience. I got the 10 course menu and every dish was so well balanced, nothing was too overpowering or unpleasant. The journey was carefully thought through to give you both an immersive lesson of Indian history and cultural contact involving all of your senses. The staff makes you feel very welcomed and they guide you on your taste travel. Couldn’t recommend it enough

My first Michelin star modern Indian cuisines at Bangkok . An honor that I gladly accepted to be seated at the chef table for the night . Chef Sachin was at the table personally explaining the journey of his 9 course dinner . For me there are quite a few highlight for me one have to be his version of chawamushi which to date might be one of the best although I don’t like the smokiness of the caviar . But his additional sauces on that dish makes the difference . The other dish that I love have to his carabinero , the vinegar that came with it was outstanding. Finally , the main course lamb done in 3 ways was also good . I strongly recommend to upgrade the main to the lamb . The lamb was perfectly cooked and the flavor are full of surprises. I will definitely return for his next menu .
