I ordered the “El Hefe” hefeweißen and and “Fyre Fest” festbier. Atmosphere was amazing. Unfortunately, they did not taste like Deutschland biers. Es ist schlecht. The El Hefe was too hoppy, but the amount of malt and carbonation was right. Alcohol content was around normal for the Hefe. The Fyre Fest has way too much malt and the amount of carbonation was too much. Alcohol content was around normal for the festbier. Recommendation: Research what actual Hefeweißen and and Festbiers taste like and craft new ones because these are absolutely not what German beers taste like. Very disappointed.

One of our favorite places! They have a wide variety of beers and some seltzers. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and parking isn't too bad. They have food trucks and welcome dogs. Definitely recommend it if in the area.

So e very good traditional beers. Good service. Thursday pizza truck has excellent pizza. Quiet during weekdays but very noisy on weekends. Lots odmf outside seating and covered seating if rainy.

The service was great as the staff were extremely friendly. The beer was good. I started with a reader of the Belgian stout which I thought was delicious, but I'm a Belgian and stout fan so best of both worlds. But rather than an almost 10% beer at 11 am I went with the Belgian blonde which just lacked a bit of Belgian complexity in flavor that I love. Maybe they fermented at too low of temp or didn't use the right yeast but something was a little off. Then I had their red ale which was just your average red ale. So, service is great!! Beer was good based on my limited experience. Would like to try some of their other beers and likely will be given their weekly Sunday yoga!

We were driving through in our RV and stopped because this place was a Harvest Host. We loved, loved, loved it. The beer was great and the food truck on the property was yummy. We sat outside and the vibe was very chill and welcoming. Staff was super nice and it was nice to visit a couple minutes.

They have the best beer in the county. Blood orange Carpe Diem is a staple in our family. The sheer variety of beers on tap ensures that everyone we bring here can enjoy something, even kombucha. So many seating options to choose from, and an outdoor fire pit when it's chilly. Cheers!

My ABSOLUTE favorite local brewery!!! The owner and employees are THE friendliest people you will EVER meet. Great atmosphere!! Many different places to sit and enjoy your beverage. HUGE bonus is they ARE PET FRIENDLY... Meaning they allow our awesome pet and rescue snakes!! They actually enjoy the variety of something different. We are not made to feel like freaks or out casts and are never turned away. They're all ALWAYS super welcoming. They have food trucks and live music also!!! Any day of the week I highly recommend this brewery to everyone 😁
