Jun 2025 Update: Added latest food truck menu.
May 2025 Update: Their food truck is back and so are new items on the menu! Tried the Bhelpuri, Stuffed Mirchi Bhaji, Samosa Chaat and Jaggery Jalebi. The Jalebi was served fresh off the heat, it was delectable, warm and totally hit the spot, balancing the heat from the Mirchi Bhaji. The Mirchi Bhajis were battered green chillies served with onions and chat masala. The spicier version had proper Indian levels of heat, the kind that makes you cry and occasionally breath like a dragon, but you keep yearning for more because its delicious. They can also make a milder version by getting rid of the pith and the seeds in the chilli. Go for the spicier version only if you are feeling brave and are up for a challenge. The Bhelpuri was very well balanced, the sweet, sour and crunch were on point. The samosa chaat was delicious and very filling as well. I intend to go back and try the other items like Mysore Bonda, Araku Coffee from the Araku Valley, other vegetable Bhajis and lots and lots of warm, fresh, heavenly Jalebis.
First Review from around 2021/22: Medium sized shop. Good selection for its size. I have always found essential grocery items like Rice, Frozen Rotis and Parathas, Dosa batter, spices, paneer, vegetables (fresh and frozen), seasonal fruits, biscuits, fresh and packaged snacks (can recommend the fresh samosas, veg puffs and spicy peanuts), few kinds of sweets, beverages like Thums Up, Frooti and fruit flavored drinks (Mango, Lychee, Guava). I was pleasantly surprised to see potted plants on my most recent visit.
Very friendly and helpful owners. A year back, the first time we came here, the owners were kind enough to drop us off at our apartment since we didn't have a car. On occasion, i have even picked up groceries from their restaurant Swagat (Hillsboro) whenever i needed. They delivered everything that i needed, at no extra cost. My experience has been quite positive so far.
Please note that since this is not a very large store one may not find certain items like hand sanitizers, soaps and cleaners. But they do keep a lot of familiar brands like India Gate, Maggi, Parle-G, Haldirams, Frooti etc. Best to treat it as a neighborhood grocery store. Very kind, friendly and helpful owners who have literally dropped off supplies at my place during the pandemic.
