A truly disappointing experience. The place did not live up to the hype. Their dosa was sour and the coffee too sweet. The Bombay toast is essentially a french toast but an eggy one at it! My friend got a ginger tea which gave him a sore throat. I'd suggest you avoid the place completely!

One for the most reputed and affordable restaurants in the White Town area of Pondicherry. Indian Coffee ☕ House needs no introduction, because it's present in almost every city/town of India. This Pondicherry branch is popular for its Bombay Toast. I tried out a plate of Bombay Toast, a plate of Idly Sambar, a plate of Masala Dosa, one Curd Vada, a cup each of Green Tea, Coffee & Milk Tea, during my entire stay in Pondicherry. Firstly, the Bombay Toast tasted good but it was nothing extraordinary. It was more like fried bread and it costs a whopping ₹100. So, it's definitely not a value for money dish. However, the rest of the dishes that I tried out offered complete satisfaction in terms of taste, quantity and value. Highly recommended.💙

Please do not visit this place. Staffs are rude and service is very poor. Me and my wife went at 11 am by seeing the reviews. The location is highly crowded and very hard to get any parking place. After reaching we were asked to sit at a corner. But till next 15 minutes, nobody cared to come for taking the order. All shows as if they are extremely busy. We called the staff 3 times requesting to take our order but they just responded that will come shortly. Eventually this so hyped and high ranked place was only serving Chapati, puri bhaji, dosas and uttapam. There was no idli or vada on the menu. Finally we had to leave the place with no food as nobody came for taking the order. This place is unnecessarily hyped and filled with false reviews. We then went to Surguru restaurants and had amazing experience with very good food with everything available as per menu.

Coffee is horrible. Chapathi is also not good. Wanted to order Chola puri Chenna masala it was over at 8:30. Waiter was not having patience to listen our order . He brought extra ghee dosa which we hav not ordered

Always been a fan of Indian coffee house cutlet. They has only one piece. It tasted nothing like their classic cutlet. Keerai Vada was cold and not good too. Coffee was also average too. The server boy was attentive which was a big surprise.
