Indian Rasoi

Amazing Indian restaurant (actually my favorite in Geneva thus far) ! Located in the old Carouge, its staff is super welcoming and friendly, very attentive too. The food is amazing, everything we tried was succulent, with the Gambas Jhalfrezi above the rest. If you love Indian food, it's definitely a place you should go to !

Great ambiance. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. They have great attention to detail. Food was insanely delicious. Highly recommend the vegetarian samosas as an entrée. We ordered butter chicken and black lentil dahl- the tastes married together with an uncanny harmony. Just the right amount of everything. IMO the best Indian restaurant in Geneva.

We keep going back to the Indian Rasoi, and there’s a reason for it: absolutely exceptional cuisine, to be matched only by the warm and competent service and lovely atmosphere. The best Indian food in Geneva and surroundings, hands down. And one of the best we’ve even had anywhere, during an international life, including in South Asia.

Wholesome, flavourful, and authentic Indian in Geneva. I had the malai salmon and the lamb chops, and dal chawal. If you're craving it, go here!

Indian Rasoi is hands down one of the best Indian restaurants in Geneva. Their Paneer Lababdar is mind blowing. A special shoutout to Kuldeep- the owner. He somehow manages the whole place like a pro, and still finds time to come around, chat with everyone, crack a smile, and make sure you’re having a great meal The vibe, the food, the hospitality… 10/10.

Delicious dinner ! Highly recommend the black lentil dahl and the butter chicken ! Cheese nan was deadly. Impeccable service. We will be back ! :-)

10/10 experience. Food was amazing, great portion sizes, staff were super friendly and hospitable, atmosphere was great. I had the lamb chops, chicken tikka masala and butter naan. I couldn’t recommend more!

Great Indian food, impressive with the service and the food was outstanding! The restaurant is beautiful, there is a garden which is very elegant .

We stopped in here on our first night in Geneva. We arrived right at 6:30 when they opened and luckily we could get in without a reservation. You may want to make one if you want to get a place. We had appetizer of samosas, dinner of chicken Tikka masala and chana saag - both not on the menu. It was very fresh and spiciness was perfect to our taste with slightly different flavors than we are used to, and it was superb. The food is listed as modern Indian food and the word "Rasoi" means cuisine in Hindi. The staff was very pleasant and spoke English perfectly. They were very attentive and made sure all our needs were taken care of without being intrusive. The red wines we selected were from the Geneva area. They were excellent as well. I highly recommend this place. Be aware prices in Geneva for restaurants are high compared to the US. Our bill was $115 for one appetizer, two entrees, two glasses of wine. Worth it though!

Food was passable. Overpriced. Ambience was nice. The service was not so good - we had to wait and a long while to get served. Over all the starters were OK. The Meen Moilee is avoidable. 3 stars max.
