Indian Rocks Beach

The water here is so clear and the sand is so fine. One of the nicest beaches I’ve been to so far, and it’s kept quite clean too. I like how there’s plenty of shells, but not too much where they start to hurt your bare feet. There are people fishing off the shore and I actually saw a guy catch a pretty big fish.

We stopped at Indian Rocks Beach while on our way To John's Pass. This is a nice little public beach park with beautiful white sand, offering great views of the gulf and shelling. The beach is fairly narrow and the parking a premium but Indian Rocks is a great place to spend an afternoon sunning and swimming.

A wonderful beach on the gulf side of Florida. It's a very clean beach and I think less crowded than some of the other beaches. We did go during off season, but this beach was quieter than the other ones. There are some small restaurants around this beach, which is nice. It's a really cute area. You do have to pay to park, but cheaper than the bigger beaches, like Clearwater.

Beautiful, clean, clear water. Lots of beautiful shells, sand dollars and rocks. Great calm water for smaller children. Free community chairs available. Outdoor showers and restrooms available. The parking lot is full, even during the off season.

My husband and I stopped at the beach on a whim because we happen to be in the area! It was fun!! The beach was really nice and clean. We walked along the beach line with our feet in the water, looking at shells. There was some really unique things made out of sand. I could tell that someone comes and keeps the beach cleaned and the trash cleaned out. There were lots of families there with their kids. Everybody seem to be having fun. If you’re ever in the area, make sure you stop by. The sand is really white and pretty. There are restrooms and a big parking area for you to park and you do have to pay when you park but it’s not expensive at all. They do have water fountains and places to rinse off as you’re exiting the beach.

Indian Rocks Beach in Clearwater, Florida, is one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever visited. It is truly stunning and peaceful. When I went, it wasn’t crowded at all, which made the experience even more enjoyable. These days the water is a bit cool, but it’s still a great spot for anyone who enjoys swimming. Lifeguards are on duty, so you can feel safe and relaxed. The beach has clean restrooms, fresh water facilities, and convenient parking. Overall, it’s a beautiful shoreline and a perfect place to visit with family for a relaxing and enjoyable time. Highly recommended!

Rest on this beach exceeded all expectations! Very clean sand, clear sea water and well-groomed territory. The atmosphere is calm and cozy, you can completely relax and enjoy the sound of the waves. I especially liked that the beach was not crowded with people, so I managed to find my own corner of silence. The place is ideal for both family vacations and romantic walks along the coast. We will definitely come back again! 🌊☀️

Great County Beach ! Parking lot isn't huge but there was a few open spots so we pulled in and lucked out and were able to use a handicap spot at no charge. There's a set of restrooms and an outside shower. They also rent some chairs and such . Beach is only about 100 yards away Away.
