"Boasting an unusually beautiful setting within the Salcheto Organic Winery amid the rolling hills around Montepulciano, this 13C farmhouse has been converted into a wine estate that also includes a restaurant. Simple, home-style cooking with a focus on local traditions takes pride of place here, with dishes made from ingredients either produced on the estate itself or sourced from small-scale local producers. Beautiful restaurant with delicious food and really kind service. Small plates style with a limited menu so order 1-2 dishes per person to share and you will try almost the whole menu! My non-vegan friends enjoyed it as much as I did. Highly recommend!! In photos: tortino, orzo primavera, bruschette miste, and the cheese plate.

We were recommended this place by another amazing vegan restaurant in Rome and it did not disappoint! Do not miss Indigino if you're looking for a memorable vegan meal in Rome. The cheese plate was so delicious, amazing flavours and textures. You could tell they really put so much thought and love into their food. Lovely atmosphere, everything we ordered was delicious. A really, really, beautiful and delicious meal. We'll be back for sure!

We went for dinner on a weeknight, and the food was delicious. The staff were attentive and welcoming, the portions were generous, and everything tasted home-made and high quality. Usually, I'm not a fan of vegan cheeses (especially coconut-based ones), but their cheese tasting was flavoursome and nut-based (I think). They're in my top 3 fully-vegan places in Rome to eat!

I’m in love with indigeno! The restaurant itself feels very cozy and they have a nice selection of natural wines. The food is simply spectacular, I’ve been there once and it’s already my favorite vegan place in rome. I really love how diverse their menu is and how they are able to mix simplicity and conplexity. 10/10
