Indigo Beach Bar and Restaurant

I have been coming to this restaurant for a few years on vacation, and it never disappoints. The food is amazing, the view spectacular! If you're on vacation, relax, enjoy the view, have a cocktail. Love the new parking area!

It’s a busy spot, but totally worth it! The food and drinks were delicious, and the dessert was a perfect finish. Plus, the access to the stunning beach made the experience even better. Great place to enjoy tasty food with an amazing view!

Such a nice spot on St.Maarten! The view is incredible and such a calm beach. The drinks were great and food was good. Specials available. Service was fine. Would recommend for sunset.

We loved eating at this restaurant. The ambiance is beachy casual right on the water of Indigo Bay. Service is very good & attentive. Food was also very good with a variety of options for every type of eater! Nice local hidden gem.

ASK FOR VANESSA First off, it is off the beaten path, meaning very low-key, and it sits on one of the most beautiful beaches on the island I have seen. Upon arrival, we were greeted promptly by our server, Vanessa. She let us sit anywhere and was very accommodating with our infant. Vanessa was very friendly, efficient with service, and overall had excellent service, which helped with the experience. The food was excellent. The shrimp appetizer is an absolute MUST - literally some of the best shrimp I have ever had. The Caribbean mule was delicious, too. As one who rarely drinks alcohol, I very much enjoyed the flavors. This is MUST SEE place in St. Maarten for both the food and beach.

This is a beautiful restaurant! I can imagine coming here during the day and being mesmerized by the view, the beach breeze, and the atmosphere. The food is good. We had the snails and mussels, lobster risotto and tiger shrimp, French toast and creme brulee. The flavor was delicious. However, the risotto was a little undercooked for my taste. The service was good and the drinks were superb. Eat here 😋

This will be a two part review. Daytime and nighttime. During the day the Beach bar is a nice place to be at for drinks and for the white sand beachfront. An entire day could be spent near here lounging and drinking. They make excellent bowls and the drinks are not watered down and are reasonably priced vs other beach bars. At night time for dinner the bar and restaurant shine. The food is exceptional for the price. We had a group of ten that were accommodated. Some of the dishes bordered on dishes I would find back home in fine dining restaurants. I would make recommendations but I am not sure how static the menu is and many of us ordered off the special board. Calamari Sharable was exceptional, as well as the tuna, sea food hot pot, and snapper. All around this was by far my favorite dinning experience on the island. Between the reasonably priced high quality food, the friendly staff, the sound of the waves, and the openness to the breeze. I would rate this as a 10/10 must try for dinner if you are able.

Beware of the fine print on the menu! The “avocado salad” is really only a chopped avocado with a piece of toast. Nothing more noting less. 16$ If you mash it you are half way to a Guacamole. But for a real one you would still need more ingredients than this “salad” offers you. Further only limited vegetarian options.
