Indigo St. Petersburg - Tchaikovskogo Hotel

I had a good stay in this hotel. They gave me a room on the internal court, which are not the best since it is impossible to open the window and a bit of fresh air. Of course mechanical ventilation is perfectly working in the room, but it is not the same. Room in general are big and beautiful, especially bathroom. The breakfast was good in the choice, I can't said incredible, just good. Main problem is the quantity of people compared to the available seats. One day I woke up late and it was hard to find a free place.... I didn't use the spa, so I can't comment about it. Restaurant bar on the last floor has incredible views.

A lovely hotel with great pricing. The staff are very helpful and the location is perfect to explore the place. Special mention to Anastasia who went the extra mile to ensure that we had a wonderful stay.

‏A good hotel, but an expensive perfume was stolen from inside my suitcase. The hotel manager was informed, and there was stalling for two days. I did not get a response, and they could not find a solution for it.

Respectful staff, they gave me a complementary dessert for our honeymoon! No hidden costs whatsoever and most importantly comfy bed. Loved everything. Breakfast was repeated for the whole 3 days stay

I’ve been a customer for years, and even though I love the hotel, it doesn’t deserve a five stars rating anymore. Staff would forget our room service orders, or requests for extra blankets. They were very helpful with my requests for flowers and organized with me the delivery to surprise my wife. That was excellent. Being a five star hotel, asking us to pay before we have breakfast because it wasn’t included in our reservation, is not something you’d expect, and I found it a bit insulting. I’m used to another treatment from other 4 or 5 star hotels we visit, and usually we pay for anything extra on our checkout. This was a cheap attitude not expected from a so called five star hotel. The staff members are very helpful and friendly, so my guess is that there’s some lack of internal organization or poor policies that don’t match with what you’d expect from this kind of hotel. I’ll be returning because this is where I met my wife and it has an emotional connection with me, but our experience in Indigo is not what it used to be. I will be happy to change my rating once they go back to what it should be.

Our stay was amazing. The hotel interior is beautiful. Very comy beds and the rooms are really sound proof we never heard anyone outside. The room cleaning service is beyond expectations never experienced such nice cleaning service. All staff were welcoming and trying to help. I was travelling with kids and they have placed nice desert with postcards for the kids in the rooms upon arrival. The breakfast has nice selection of food and fish juices. Coffee and Tea Corner with lots of options. Finally we enjoyed the free bicycles rental for the hotel guests.

The service here is fantastic, every member of staff I had the pleasure of meeting were very polite. Especially the young lady at the front desk Anastasia she was as very professional and helpful. The rooms are in brilliant condition and provide an exceptional nights sleep. Anyone planning on visiting Saint Petersburg I would definitely recommend for them to stay at this hotel. I look forward to returning in the near future.
