"Located on the second floor of the Shangri-La on Sheikh Zayed Road, this modern spot is peaceful during the day and lively at night. The menu is split in two: the first encompasses traditional Indian dishes, while the second re-interprets the same classics in a creative, contemporary way without comprising on core taste. Tapas-style plates are meant for sharing, offering colourful, appealing presentation and well defined, harmonious flavours. End your meal with the kithul jaggery wattalappam that delicately combines coconut, nutmeg, passion fruit and lime." - Michelin Inspector

Highly recommended! ❤️ I had the pleasure of attending relaunch of Indikaya’s Indian menu and they truly redefine Indian fine dining in the most elegant way. The food was absolutely amazing and thoughtfully crafted. Few remarkables, Hathodi Chaat – a playful twist on Indian street food, theatrically served and bursting with tangy, sweet, and spicy flavors. Kurmaani ki Aloo Tikki was perfectly crisp with a rich, comforting core. I loved Bhuni Makai ka Shorba – a roasted corn soup with turmeric popcorns – warm, creamy, and surprisingly soulful. The Matka Kebab brought bold smokiness to the table. For mains, the Dal-da Gosht was rich and rustic, and Prawns on the Rocks arrived with a sizzling flair, perfectly paired with Hari Mirch and Mint Pulao – absolutely delicious! We ended on a sweet high with two standout desserts: Chocolate Shawarma – dramatic, indulgent, and fun to eat Tilla Misu – their Indian spin on tiramisu; delicate, creamy, and unforgettable. The ambiance was stylish yet peaceful, perfect for birthdays, dates, or a cozy dinner with friends. I also loved the chic bar area, which added to the charm of the evening. Special shoutout to the friendly and attentive staff who made the whole experience even more memorable. Exceeded all my expectations. Can’t wait to be back! 🙌

A beautiful restaurant and an amazing dining experience. Massive thank you to Mukesh who was both welcoming, informative and provided unbelievably good service. You are a true asset to the team. For starters, we had the avocado and lotus root- both were amazing. For mains we had the daal, paneer, and garlic nice. All the main dishes were flavourful and beautifully made. A memorable lunch, we will definitely be back!

Every bite tells a story — and at Indikaya, that story is rich, bold, and unforgettable. From the moment I stepped inside, I could feel the warmth of Indian heritage blended with a modern, elegant twist. Each dish isn’t just food, it’s a chapter… full of flavor, color, and soul. You can literally taste the creativity in every spice, every detail. It’s not just about eating — it’s about experiencing. If you’re someone who appreciates storytelling through food, this place is a must. I can’t wait to share more from this beautiful culinary journey. Service is exceptional and big thanks to the whole team and especially Chef Hemant Oberoi.

Super outstanding & most aesthetic place to be in Dubai for finedine experience. Food is top notch and staff is very cooperative. Aakansha the PR is very humble and polite to communicate. Overall 11/10 experience and must recommended for everyone in Dubai.

This is a highly recommended Indian Fusion Fine dine restaurant. The entire team is doing a fabulous job of taking care of customers like family. Especially, Ms. Akansha was superb in going above and beyond to accommodate our request. We went for my wife's birthday celebration and they made it extra special. No other fine dine comes near to the experience they provide. The food was now of the best we had in a long time and we go to many fine dine places. Highlight was the chocolate Shawarma. A very family friendly place too with valet parking.

What an amazing dining experience. The food was flavorful but not too spicy. Just the right balance between spicy and fresh. The food was exquisite, and the masterful use of spices elevated each dish to another level! Great mocktails selection and a large variety of dishes. I especially like the dessert selection. Loved it and highly recommended. The staff were friendly and helpful. The ambience was great.

2 visits in a week for a party of 4 and 5 whilst in Dubai on business. Service from our waiter Kapal (not sure of spelling) was brilliant, and one of the reasons we came back. Managed to supplement our choices with menu choices which complemented and made the meal enjoyable. Food was beautifully presented, and tasted amazing, would recommend the mutton biryani and lamb bhuna gohst. Would recommend.
