All services—from entry to security checks, immigration, baggage handling, and overall passenger assistance—were smooth and efficient. The staff was professional, polite, and helpful at every point. Signage is clear, facilities are top-class, and the entire terminal feels spacious and comfortable. Clean washrooms, good seating areas, and a wide range of food and shopping options make the experience even better. Overall, IGI T3 is a world-class airport that truly reflects international standards. One of the best airport experiences I’ve had. Highly impressed and highly recommended.

Everything—from security flow to boarding areas—generally reflects international standards, making it a solid gateway to the country. That said, one thing travelers must be mindful of is inter-terminal movement. The airport is huge, and walking between terminals can genuinely take 10–15 minutes, sometimes more depending on crowd and distance. If you have a tight connecting flight, this is where you need to be sharp. Keep an eye on your gate information, move quickly, and don’t assume transfers will be effortless just because it’s the same airport. For first-time visitors, the size can feel overwhelming, but frequent travelers will appreciate how structured and systematic it is. I have experience terminal one of Indira Gandhi International Airport at New Delhi. It is huge and amazing. They have got lots of Security gate to enter inside the building.. lots of board boarding counters of two different airlines. They have got use number of security gates and thus congestion is not really seen.. one needs a strong legs to straw across the terminal. The place offers a good mix of a tree’s cafes and shopping stores.. it has got spa also and Shoppers Stop hypermarket. Escalators, Travels and Elevators are seen.. lots of sitting areas and toilets across the space. However, one cannot get an inexpensive cup of tea or coffee. Overall, an excellent experience.

The facilities are clean and well maintained, including the restrooms, which also have free drinking water available. I also appreciated the well-maintained smoking zone, which is thoughtfully provided for travelers. Overall, Terminal 3 offers a smooth, comfortable, and traveler-friendly experience.
