We visited after peak lunch hours on Black Friday. There was still a wait to order and the front room was packed to overflowing. Fortunately, their second dining room in the space immediately next door had plenty of space. We had our 2 ex-racing greyhounds with us, so having space for them to lie down on the floor without getting stepped on was awesome. Yes, dogs are allowed inside if they are quiet and well-behaved. The food was worth the wait. I had the BBQ brisket sandwich, and my sister had the curry cauliflower. Both had huge servings. You won’t go away hungry, especially since it was so tasty. The service was friendly and efficient.

Google
Me and my partner went here because it was so popular in the area. Beef tongue pastrami reuben was okay and that BBQ brisket sandwich was bad. The meet was so dry and the buns were.. just not good. I was so excited but after having the first bites of each dishes, I got disappointed 🫠 but the vibe was good.

Went back to back evenings ( both before closing) because we wanted to fill the cravings from the night before. A mix of eclectic wall/ shelf displays and a variety of musical styles fill the atmosphere of IE. The 2 large pizza ovens take up the rear end of the restaurant and one is adorned with a classic retro mural of “The Warriors”, a 1979’s low budget gang flick that I remember very well( see photo). The menu is filled with enough to satisfy. varied choices of Pizza, sandwiches, salads, and revolving specialty items. My wife and I ordered the Short Rib Shepards pie ( comfort food at its best) , Caesar Salad ( enough for 2), Potato and sausage and fennel pizzas ( very tasty) , and the White Shrimp over crusty bread with chili garlic ( this one is spicy so my wife ended up eating my shepherds pie; I loved it though). I saw a lot of negative reviews from years ago about service but everyone at this place was super friendly very professional and happy to see you there. They also have a good variety of craft beer and wine. Stop by when in Buellton/ Solvang. I’ll finish with a quote from that “Warriors” movie: “Can You Dig it!” <——-if you know , then you know.

Google
WHAT an atmosphere! You can 'feel the soul' of this place before you even get thru the doors (or smell the yummy nuances of fresh spices/food or hear the happy chatter going on). The menu is creative, well balanced and reasonably priced. I wasn't up for a heavy meal but there were quite a few things I'd have loved to try, otherwise. I had a wonderful pizza; Prosciutto, Taleggino Cheese and fresh Arugala and my friend had the BEST BBQ brisket sammy I've ever tasted. My pizza was light but the flavors literally jumped out at you. The art on the walls is eclectic, funky and as you look around, you just keep finding more! I chatted with a friendly guy (food prepping at the time) and he talked about "what a special place" it was to work how they bought locally and put their food/ingredient quality first. You can tell! I wish it wasn't so far from home but next time I travel this way, THIS is where I'm going😁💯and you should too.

Google
I only get to stop by this place occasionally when I'm visiting the area, but when I'm there I'm in foodie heaven! I think the menu rotates, as it is written on what appears to be butcher's paper, but it always seems to be a great balance of healthy options and fatty goodness.

Google
Good food for cheap. The wait was 30-45 mins for a sandwich. A lot of people bring their dogs inside.

Kyle Thompson

Google
We had wanted to eat here for a long time, so when our travels brought us back to Buellton we stopped in for lunch. The food was good, the service was too...the atmosphere was a little lacking and you have to share eating tables with other diners. Not really what we had expected, but the sandwiches were good. A+ on the bread. Cubano needed more pickle and less cheese...the lettuce greens on the side were tasty. We'll be back but with lower expectations.

Rommel Jake Lazo

Google
This restaurant was recommended to us by the owner of Kessler-Haak Vineyard when we had a wine tasting there. We had the Cubano sandwich and the Pan Bagnat sandwich. Both sandwiches were great but we also ordered one of the special that day. It's was the morel mushrooms, fennel sausage, roasted pasilla peppers and Taleggio cheese pizza. That pizza was AMAZING. We'll be back here again for sure...

Yelp
My sister and I had a late lunch on Black Friday. Despite being after peak lunchtime, there was a line to order and the front dining area was packed. We placed our order and took our drinks next door to the "Grand Room" dining area to wait for our food. We had my 2 large greyhounds with us, and they were welcomed inside as long as they were quiet and well-behaved (pretty much a definition of the breed ). It was much quieter in the Grand Room than the main room, and my hounds settled down quickly at my feet. The food was excellent. I couldn't believe the huge portions, too. I had the BBQ Brisket sandwich, and my sister had the cauliflower curry. The servers were all fantastic. I will visit again!

Yelp
Vegetarian review: The pizza was pretty good. Not superbly memorable, but good. Cauliflower was ok. Definitely cheesy, but flavor was ok. You get loads, though. Ambiance was cool. Very... uh, industrial. Sorry- it was obvious. Service was good, parking easy.
google avatar

Yelp
When a place is just good. Like really good. And you hate following along with everyone else and admitting something is just amazing. Yep, that's industrial eats. This was true even on a Tuesday at lunch where the line wasn't as bad and there was even room for seating. Not one food item has ever been bad for me. It is because of the INGREDIENTS. The high quality and freshness makes all the flavors pop and each dish stand out. My favorites today were the Mushroom Pizza and Panzanella salad. The salad had probably six different type of heirloom tomatoes just in one dish. Oh, and the prices are reasonable and parking is easy in lot in front. This is an obvious choice for lunch or dinner.

Yelp
Stopped by again on my way to Santa Barbara and tried the chicken pesto pizza, which was excellent! The crust was amazing, and the flavors were well-balanced. However, the pork noodles were another story--they were incredibly salty and basically inedible. Although she mentioned there was salt at the bottom, the entire dish was overly salty, except for the pork itself, which was cooked perfectly. I hope they can adjust the seasoning because, as it stands, it's not a good option for anyone watching their salt intake, especially those with blood pressure issues.

Yelp
Love this place! Came here on a whim after seeing rave reviews not just on yelp but on the internet. Some of the freshest ingredients all around! I loved the uni, oyster and avocado as you could taste the freshness and the brininess of the oyster. I loved the tiger shrimp as well and it paired so well the bread and garlic butter flavor. Tried my friends' dishes and I loved the skirt steak pizza as the beef flavor really shined through. Solid and kind service and will be back if I'm in the area! Ambience is more casual with wood furniture and tables. Will be back for sure if I'm in the area!

Yelp
The Food overrated. It Was recommended and highly reviewed. Service ok considering the setting Ambiance: sports bar, noisy crowed. Share tables

Yelp
Industrial Eats has such a menu unlike anywhere else - oysters, sandwiches, flatbreads, salads and more! You place your order at the counter and they bring your food to your seat. Depending on the time of day, it could be packed or you might get lucky and not have to wait long. I've been a couple times and have found seating pretty easily. They have local beer and wine available. I've loved all of the food we move tried here except for the flatbreads which always seemed to be burned, and with so many other amazing things on the menu there's plenty of much tastier options. The oysters and caesar salad are always our faves. We love the White Shrimp Garlic Toast too! Definitely a must if you're in the area. Great for lunch or dinner, take-out if you're on the way to a winery!

Yelp
Very mid. We were visiting for a wine tasting weekend and were recommended this place for a bite to eat from one of the local winery servers and it wasn't anything special. Definitely wish we stopped at a fast food place instead for a burger fr lol. The fries are just frozen fries heated up and the bbq brisket was not good and definitely heated up as well. The brisket is all chunks of fat, so gross! Cafeteria food vibes for sure. We were just desperate for some food before our next winery so ate it all but it was painful lol McDonald's woulda been better and that's saying a lotttttt. They use packets for ranch and we asked the server for a water and she pointed us to the self Serve water bar behind us. The place it self is super cute but the food ain't it! Esp for the price. Regretzzzzz.

Yelp
This is one of those places that belongs on the map! The food here was so surprisingly amazing. We ate here on a whim and I'm so glad we did. You have to try this place if you're ever in the Beullton/Solvang/Lopmoc area. The employees were so down to earth. They had amazing recommendations and they played the best music! Be warned it's warm inside the restaurant but it's worth sitting through bc the food is so good. The food was fresh and tasted so damn good.

Yelp
1pm Sat lunch. Had the Petite with mash potatoes, spinach/mushroom stir and the Cuban sandwich. So, so, delicious with the perfect amount of natural and savory ingredients. Great lunch choice today. Hope to return soon.

Yelp
Love love loved my smoked duck salad that I had here. One of the best salads I've had in my life. The ingredients were so fresh and the price was reasonable. $18 for a salad that includes smoked duck, figs, apples, marinated red bell peppers?! Yes please. My husband got the fennel sausage pizza. I loved their crust because I love things that are extra crunchy and this was exactly that. We will definitely be back the next time we are passing through Buellton. It was packed the Saturday after Thanksgiving and for good reason.
google avatar

Lisa W.

Yelp
Super cute plenty of parking. We stopped here for lunch and a beer shared a pizza and a salad. Both are amazing.
google avatar

Yelp
Friendly service. Casual vibe. Order at the counter and find a table. Drinks in the fridge, beer, cider and wine by the glass also available. Reading the reviews - Everyone raved about the Rueben, so I ordered the Reuben and it was good but the bread was a little over toasted and little greasy overall. The frisée on the side of everything was less than appealing to me and my group, but the four star review is really for the short rib Shepards pie - definitely one of the best I've had ever. We all agreed my sister's order was the best, even on an 85 degree spring day.

Yelp
This is such a funky find and a change up from many of the other restaurants in town. We went with the non-pizza options and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality and portions of food that we got. Their bread is also fantastic and the chef gave us a loaf of sourdough to go!
google avatar

Matt J.

Yelp
The food is REALLY good here. My wife had pizza which was fantastic. I ordered the cod, which came with avocado and vegetables (some type of green and mushrooms) in a savory dashi broth which was to die. We ordered the food to go, but the place inside was very spacious. The staff was friendly. I would come back if I'm ever in the area.
google avatar

Yelp
This place is simply magical. I've been coming here for years and everything here is not only the sum of is it's parts but a union of flavors that you just can't get anywhere else. The guys at the fire oven have their game perfected as every thing that goes in is simple but when it emerges as a pizza or a sandwich is truly incredible. Don't skip the pastrami tongue sandwich. It's incredibly flavorful and unique. The oysters taste like they where just picked from the ocean and thier salads are being expectations.

Yelp
I almost don't want to write this because I don't want to expose more folks to the unbelievable GREATNESS that is Industrial Eats! I drove about 30 miles for their Caesar salad. It is garlicky and delicious. I also beyond highly recommend the white shrimp. Why I love IE: I solo dine a LOT and the dining room here is family style so sitting with strangers is to be expected. You are never alone! Even though you wait in line to order, the servers continually check on you throughout your entire experience. Industrial Eats is an experience and I will continue to recommend them over every other restaurant in Santa Barbara County!

Yelp
A HIDDEN GEM tucked in a repurposed warehouse decorated with artwork and hanging neon signs in Buellton, CA. If a friend had not recommended me, I would have zoomed past this Central Coast neighborhood to my destination. Menus are hand-written on a butcher paper. Make sure to get here before the busy hours. Luckily, we found a table upon arrival, but after five minutes, a mass was waiting outside to be seated. Service was a little slow but expected since it was a packed house. Make sure to check out their unique bathroom signs. It made me giggle for creativity. What we ordered: WHITE SHRIMP (white shrimp, pancetta, chile, garlic, toast) - I wish the toast were larger. Instead, it was two bruschetta toast with a jumbo shrimps on top. For the price, it wasn't enough. REUBEN (beef tongue pastrami) - My favorite entree. I am all about exploring the wild side of food, and making a Reuben sandwich using cow's tongue (or lengua in Spanish) is no exception. This taste was spot on, like a typical Reuben pastrami sandwich. The only variation is the meat used to cure the meat. WHITE PIZZA (sheep's ricotta, provolone, mozz, parm) - Quite cheesy, using four different types of cheese. I love cheese, and using variations to make cheese pizza is the best way to eat. SAUSAGE PIZZA (fennel sausage, tomato, mozz, basil) - Kinda like a margherita pizza with sausage on top. I liked it and appreciated that they made all their pizzas in the clay oven pizza oven. Overall, Industrial Eats is solid four stars, and if anyone in the area is passing by, it is quite worth stopping by for the Reuben.
google avatar

Joey R.

Yelp
The beef Reuben is phenomenal, perfect pastrami made of beef tongue. Soft, tender and flavor, perfect bread selection. I was pleasantly surprised and the fresh baked cookies and brownies were a nice treat. Good beer and wine selection... what else can I say?

Yelp
unbelievable! that's all I can say! I have been on an ongoing search for a good Caesar salad for at least 25 years!! no joke! I FINALLY found the BEST Caesar salad I have ever had at Industrial!! I cannot stop thinking of it! the dressing (which is the key) was soo delicious that I keep dreaming of it! perfect amount of garlic & vinegar. a truly delicate balance to achieve! croutons perfectly seasoned & super Crunchy. OMG, thought I had died & gone to salad heaven! it was absolutely amazing! I would have their Caesar every day if I lived closer. my daughter also got the pork Banh Mi sandwhich that was sky-high with beautifully fresh ingredients. she said it was delicious! no need to stop anywhere else. this is the detour in Buellton you need to take! thank you for having such delicious food for us starving travelers! Will be back soon & often!

Juan M.

Yelp
Food was absolutely amazing! Thankful they have Banhi Mi here. And every now and then I have mouth watering daydreams about having that Skirt Steak pizza again. Martin making the food, knows exactly what he's cooking up back there 10/10
google avatar

Keva O.

Yelp
Really like the vibe of this place and the menu. We tried the shishito peppers with tahini and the short rib shepherds pie which was a little too salty but still great. The pizza was the only disappointment because we felt was over cooked and too crunchy. We would definitely come back here when we are back in the area.

Natascha R.

Yelp
We live in Buellton and Industrial Eats is one of our regular hang outs! The food choices are incredible ! Being European they definitely hit the mark on the French dishes ! We also highly recommend the smoked duck salad! Service works ! And so does the music!
google avatar

Liam D.

Yelp
The food is impeccable and almost always changing. The community and ambience was just impeccable! The service was fast and very reliable! Hope to go back!
google avatar

Jen H.

Yelp
Really chill place with good food. For a small place, they have a good selections of food- sandwiches, pizza, seafood, and some Asian options. We opted for sandwiches and pizza to go with the beer and cider. Brisket sandwich- really tender meat and very well seasoned. The coleslaw was a perfect pairing. Margherita Pizza- the dough was good and toppings average Reuben sandwich- they had a little twist that the meat was lengua which was really soft and tasty but I wish it had more sauerkraut Cuban- loved this sandwich! Service was quick and very friendly. Every item was around $15-20. On your way to Solvang and looking for a better price dining option, give this spot a try!
google avatar

Magdalena F.

Yelp
Went here and they had a large selection ton of foods and specials and stuff like that. They had a big menu that you have to take advantage of. Caesar salad is pretty goated and probably what we else your tryna get. The people were chill and nonchalant in a good way. Anel sure to bring cash and look good in this factory/hangout vibe.
google avatar

Julia R.

Yelp
Have never had a bad meal here. Very casual spot that has gotten more popular in the past few years but the quality is still excellent with fresh ingredients and friendly staff. Good wine and beer selection. I will always order the meatballs and the shrimp, all of the pizzas are fantastic and new/seasonal items added frequently. If you are in buellton it is definitely worth a stop by!
google avatar

Lisa T.

Yelp
We always come here when we go to Solvang and have yet to get anything we haven't liked! My shrimp dish was delicious and the shrimp were tender and huge! As always the pizza was excellent with great tasting crust! This is a great place to stop and grab a bite when you are in the area! Look for the specials at the front too!

Joe Y.

Yelp
Delicious, and service was quick. Great vibe...really chill and great to get a bite to eat. The salads look great so will try that next time

Yelp
Got two recommendations for IEats and checked out their Yelp for ideas. Wow, so many mixed reviews. Some love, many do not. The place had a cool rustic, very open space. Two XL communal high tops seat a dozen. 3 or 4 smaller low boys. We lunched on a Monday, busy but not packed, good energy. We ordered a Banh mi to share. $17. it took a while to get, but looks like pork cutlet is fresh to order. Sammy looked incredible: well charred bread/roll, piled high with veg, good size portion. My first bite was nice, fresh mint popping through the slaw and shredded carrot. The pork was tasting a bit bland. I flipped it over to see if more flavor would register, it did. Some sauce, maybe spiced mayo, Hoisin. It was slightly underdressed for me but not sloppy, refined. Later bites some sauce was coming on strong, improving. Enjoyable to the last Last bite, but not great. Very Good. Saw a pizza in the oven and it looked very small 9-10". Great looking options for toppings though. Service at the counter was friendly, plenty of staff dropping plates, napkins& flatware. Another asking my needs at the condiment station. The beer fridge caught my eye with a Chimay Blue but didn't see much local stuff. Diverse. I did see a couple of Goleta beers from down the road, so there was some representation. There were some political mementos and signs I didn't appreciate. It makes me think twice about supporting a place. I would say pretty good all around, glad we came in. Worth the visit but not sure Id come back.

Yelp
My first time here as I've gotten so many recommendations for this place so I was excited to try it out! Friendly cashier who helped me understand the menu as I was looking for a salad and pizza today. I went with the Caesar salad and the Gorgonzola and bacon special of the day pizza! Overall delicious and very satisfying as the Caesar salad had the crunch I was looking for and the pizza had the zestiness that satisfied my palate! And by recommendation went with the Kaena Grenache! It was so good it was just like fruit juice!!! Perfect compliment to the garlicky and sharp Gorgonzola cheese pizza!! I'll definitely be back for the fennel Salad and looking forward to trying more food from their unique menu and variety of foods! What a super cool spot and cool place. Oh and people are friendly here got lots of smiles and answers to my questions. They are all working hard here...that's no doubt! Great 80s in the background, everyone chatting and cool ambiance and I will definitely be eating here again!
google avatar

Rosie O.

Yelp
I do like this place. Food is mostly always really tasty. We had never had their pizza though and heard great things so decided to try this evening. Maybe we ordered the wrong one because it was nothing special. Over priced for size and amount of toppings. We ordered the fennel sausage mozzarella tomato pizza. Very little cheese and almost non existent tomato, a fair amount of sausage, crust was a little under baked in middle. We'll skip the pizza and stick with their other food.
google avatar

Sean G.

Yelp
The food is one of a kind and legendary, the service is great but it is a family or communal seating which I kind of like. It's a great way to start up some conversations with friendly people enjoying superb food. I'll be back every time I'm in the area.
google avatar

Ricky E.

Yelp
The second time I came out here and again loved it. I ordered the brisket sandwich and Brussels sprouts. I will say the sandwich was not as great as the Cuban but it was still yummy. The Brussels sprouts are different than the typical appetizer you get from other places. It's lighter on the palate, more citrus-like.
google avatar

Keith F.

Yelp
Food is always fresh and tasty. Love that I can bring my dog with me. Every time we go we have a great meal. I'm hooked on the beef tongue Rubin. Love the pizzas. Always different since they use ingredients that are local and in season. Great farm to table experience. It is crowd seating so you also might make a new friend while you're there.

Cindy W.

Yelp
I am so happy to see all these good reviews because we went a couple weeks ago and had a terrible experience. Out of lots of things. A handwritten sign saying cash only. Bread on sandwich crumbled from being stale. The worst was the staff seemed annoyed to be there. The chef yelled at the poor cashier about an order. She was the nicest person there. We have been here so many times so I hope it was just a bad day because we absolutely have loved it every other time.
google avatar

Michael H.

Yelp
you know when you walk into a place and you just know the food is gonna be really really good! That's the feeling I got when I walked in here. Even when I walked in there were someone there that welcomed me even asked if it was my first time in the place. Person that took my order was super super helpful in guiding my decision on what to eat. The ambience is just like the name industrial, but really really cool I cannot wait to go back and try something else and they do have a pizza oven that was cranking out delicious pizza
google avatar

Nandini R.

Yelp
Oh my. My favorite roadtrip spot to stop for a meal. The food is unbelievably fresh. I got a salmon carpaccio, which was a little small for a full meal but the waitress told me that when I ordered so I knew what I was getting myself into! But the taste was better than I could've imagined. Open seating, has almost a brewery vibe to it.
google avatar

Brandon S.

Yelp
Ordered the margherita pizza and didn't have much flavor other than the char of the crust. Caesar salad was fine, but the lettuce could have been cut smaller. Overall, not much food for the price.
google avatar

Daniel P.

Yelp
What a great find in Buellton! We arrived before the place even opened, and there was already a line forming, which is always a good sign. The menu had a wide range of tempting options, and we decided to try the Cubano and the steak pizza. Both were exceptional--packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. The seating is first-come, first-serve, but the inside is clean and cozy, with charming farmhouse vibes that made it feel like a hidden gem. If you're in the area, definitely make the stop--this spot is well worth it!
google avatar

Calvin C.

Yelp
Hip place! It's mostly communal seating (order first and then find a seat). During the evening, it may get a bit busy with large parties. It seems like a spot where a lot of the locals come to (everyone seemed to know each other). Apparently you can bring dogs inside too. Menu had variety and options. For the banh mi, I loved it. It was very flavorful and I enjoyed the fries. They also have a pizza oven, but unfortunately we didn't order it. You can grab a drink from the mini fridge and pay at the line. Parking is shared with other stores around, but it's a huge lot so you shouldn't have issues finding parking.

Yelp
Wow! We had an amazing lunch in this cool spot. Great menu - lots of unique items, it was hard to decide, and looks like they change often. My husband and I split a salad and sandwich, but not your average salad/sandwich. We got the the Caesar Salad, loaded w/ garlic, lemon, parmesan and homemade croutons - it was huge, delicious, and super popular - almost everyone in the restaurant seemed to be ordering it (just $14). Then we had the Shady's Crispy Fish Sammie, topped w/ local lettuce, tomato and a delicious homemade tarter sauce-like remoulade ($20). SO good! Our daughter got the Miso Cod over spinach with almost an entire sliced avocado on top - she loved it ($18), each got a glass o glass of the Keana wine on tap - great bargain at $10/glass. Went back the next night, and got the fennel sausage pizza, cooked in their brick oven, which was amazing! Also tried the mussels and frites. Didn't love the mussels, but the fries were great. So many other items looked great, too, Salmon carpaccio, beet hummus, smoked duck salad, porchetta, cauliflower, Brussel sprouts. We will absolutely be back, and can't wait to try more items!

Yelp
Yes found this place here on yelp and yes worth the stop.. the vibe here brings a lot of verity young to old super chill. You have your local that know what they already want.. Had the pizza omg it was so good ingredients crest light and bubbly Look at the pizza menu some unique pizza there was not disappointed. The only thing is they don't have descriptions on what the items are so you have to ask which is not a problem because everyone here is super friendly....
google avatar

Shirin P.

Yelp
I'm taking two stars off because I watched them make salads and sandwiches with bare hands. The box of gloves was there and the guy making food didn't wear one as he put all ingredients in the sandwich's and salads. So a little gross! That said the food tasted amazing. Everything we ordered was great. Steak pizza was out of this world. We also ordered bacon and Brussels sprouts and meatballs. Both very good. Food was a little pricy but good!

Yelp
Heard lots of good thing about this place and never actually been. We've always passed by it on the way to the wineries. Well, there's a first for everything. It's just off the main road in a little strip with 2 other businesses. Parking is kind of limited in the lot but street parking is available I believe. Restaurant alone is not big so it does get pretty busy. You order at the register and then seat yourself. A it's basically communal seating and it's pet friendly. They do offer beer and wine. Menu wise, a good selection of pizzas, sandwiches, sandwiches and small plates but shareable. Pizza oven on site which is nice. Food comes out when it's done versus all together if you have a big order. Pizza was great as well as the shrimp dish we had. From The looks of everyone plate, everything looked amazing and chatting with the person sitting next to you was great. Overall, good vibe and food. It does get busy and ordering line does get long.

Yelp
Without a doubt, the single best pizza I have ever had. And that's saying something - because I have been everywhere and tried everything - looking specifically for outstanding pizza. Surprise! This legendary place doesn't do just pizza though. Everything on the menu is superb and made with genuine care. I'll be coming here for many years to come

Yelp
I ordered the trust me. I'm going to have trust issue now. I got 3 dishes and all three of them are vegetable dishes. I was overwhelm by the amount of chewing for the 3 dishes. I think I was net negative by the time I finished my meal. I probably need to get therapy now that I have trust issues
