Industrious

Industrious is by far the best co-working space I've experienced. The space is clean, modern, and the amenities are generous. But the staff--Lauren, Matt and Laurel--are the main reason why this place is so special. They really care about providing the most hospitable environment for their members, and they deliver on that commitment every day.

Industrious in the North Loop is a great place to work. I've worked at two other coworking spaces in Minneapolis and this has been the best. The staff are excellent. They are very helpful and make sure you have everything you need to get your work done. The space is clean and well maintained. If you want to get out of your home office Industrious is the place to go.

Industrious is 5-star facility and the staff and service was truly an incredible experience! Lauren M. ensured every detail was covered and she went out of her way to accommodate our team’s needs. We will use Industrious again and we HIGHLY recommend to anyone seeking a limited-time huddle space or an all-day conference room. SO impressed with this company!!

I've been working from this Industrious location for the better part of the past 2 years. I can't speak highly enough of the staff, the vibe or the facility. The T3 building has nice amenities (rooftop deck, gym, etc) and is very convenient to Ramp C. The Industrious space itself is a beautiful and generally quiet place to work. Compared to WeWork locations that I've worked from, there is a much higher proportion of folks that are officed permanently there rather than hot desking occasionally, which really creates a bit more of a community feel rather than a hotel vibe.

Industrious north loop is such a great environment, always clean and the hospitality is amazing. I went to go meet with someone and immediately got asked by the e staff if I found was I was looking for, if I wanted something to eat or drink while I waited, and was greeted with nothing but smiles! Lauren Miller and all the other staff are so sweet! Highly recommend getting a tour!

Industrious North Loop is A-mazing! I am an entreprenuer with a team of employees and I consider them strategic partners! My team loves the open cafe, snacks, breakfast, the gym, and our favored happy hour. For me, as an owner, it reduces my stress to not have to think about all of these other services. The staff is stellar, professional, and makes all of feel so special. I truly care about the team here and how well they care for us. Janitorial staff is so pleasant, professional and sensitive to our needs if we are on a teams call, etc. It is nice to walk into an office environment and see pleasant smiles. Our team also loves the synergy here with so many people "back at the office" and working. We are energized by the environment. If you need a new home, or your current one is not meeting your organizational needs, I highly recommend Industrious - North Loop. I have been at We Work, which I know is not an option anymore but Industrious is the Cadillac version of co-working space. You will NOT be disappointed! For my tenure at Owl, this is home.

The facilities are fantastic, and I would highly recommend this space for small companies and individuals that are looking for a co-working space that provides a great option to working from home. I love the North Loop location, with plenty of options for getting outside during breaks. In addition, the service is great with breakfast provided with Thursday happy hour to meet other co-workers.

Industrious is a great space for professionals of all backgrounds! Located in the heart of the North Loop, the space is impeccably designed, with modern furnishings and ample open, phone and private spaces to work and meet. Lauren and Megan (management) are incredible! They are both intentional about fostering a creative and productive environment. The networking and social events that they organize intentionally create community among the members. Really appreciate their dedication to a dynamic and inclusive coworking space. Check it out! It's a great place to work, ideate and meet folks. There's paid street parking and garages in the neighborhood and lots of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance.
