Misleading and false advertising. They lure people into scheduling a tour by promising a one-week free trial — but once you're there, they suddenly say NYC locations are “over capacity” and only offer one day. If that’s the case, why not update the ad? Keeping it up is intentionally deceptive. It wastes people’s time and damages trust. Adjust the ad to reflect the truth

I am so happy our organization chose Industrious Manhattan as our home in the city! Krissy, our Community Manager, creates a warm and welcoming environment that is very conducive to productivity. I love coming to work in the morning knowing that there will be coffee, fresh breakfast, and friendly faces. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxed, both a great place to dive deep into work and host meetings. I highly recommend it.

I’ve worked in this space for the better part of a year and I have to say that the staff, space, and social scene has been incredible. Right when you walk in you are greeted with a smile, you take a glance at what snacks are on display today, and you comfortably stride down to your company’s space (which can completely be made into your companies vision). The community managers are always helpful and really work effectively to make members feel welcomed and heard. Also, it doesn’t hurt that the communal spaces are carefully designed and you feel great about bringing guests into the space. 10s across the board!

Industrious is beautiful, professional and the staff is super helpful and friendly. Great place to work and bring clients back to with the homey, yet professional common areas and great conference rooms to hold meetings in. Breakfast, coffee and snacks daily, plus a weekly HH are great perks as well! Even better, you don't hear ping pong balls smashing around all day like you would at other, less serious co-working spaces!

I was a bit skeptical about moving our 11 person NYC office into a co-working space because I'd heard so many horror stories--ticket systems where the staffs' only concern is closing the ticket rather than solving your problem, unprofessional environment where you cannot bring clients, loud neighbors etc. Industrious is anything but that. The staff at Industrious are receptive-taking your ideas and concerns seriously and acting on them immediately. The offices are decently soundproofed and there are many other nooks and crannies to go to if you need to have a private conversation. The environment is extremely professional and we bring clients by the office regularly. As a working parent, I'm extremely impressed with the wellness/pumping room for new mothers and the access to other Industrious spaces which allows me to work closer to home a couple of days per week. Overall, this is a 5 star space and I'm so happy that we made this decision.

Industrious is definitely one of the best co-working spaces i've been to, not just in the U.S. but globally. The services (maintenance, food&beverages, customer service etc) are excellent, but more importantly, I think its the staff that make it a special place. I work at the Union Square location, and the staff at this location are a big part of why we all love coming to work here!

We have in the space for 6 months and it has been a great experience so far! The team leader Krissy has been great and attentive to our every need. Great coffee and pastries each day are an awesome perk. Can't wait for them to finish the second floor build out.

I've been to a lot of coworking spaces in New York, and some of them are pretty haphazard. Industrious has its stuff together. The environment is well curated, the company is good, and the staff keep on top of everything. Great conference rooms!

From the stylish design to the diverse mix of influencers and niche brands who occupy Industrious, my experiences there have been memorable. Krissy and Sarah exude friendliness and professionalism. The after-hours cleaning staff is really friendly. Industrious has managed to foster an environment conducive to productivity and is consistent in its offerings of resources, facilities, support, special events and social mixers making work feel more like a second home.

I had the pleasure of working out of the Industrious Manhattan office for a day while traveling for work. Talk about class and convenience..... wow! First, I'll just go ahead and say that Krissy, the Community Manager, is one of the nicest people I've ever met. She loves her members and her members love her. You can tell that the entire community, while a lot of them work for many different companies, feel like they are a part of a bigger team. The highlights from Industrious (similar to some of the other locations I've seen) were certainly the community, hospitality, and design. The Manhattan location, as expected, is stunning. There was breakfast from a local boutique bakery, locally roasted coffee, fruit water, and afternoon snacks every day. And it was all included! It was so nice to be able to just work out of the space and have access to everything I needed. I felt like I was in a premium hotel. I also was there the day after their launch party so people were sending gifts and cakes - there was a lot to celebrate. The members were super friendly, energetic and really seemed happy to go to work, which is not something you see very often! I ended up talking to two brothers who work between the Manhattan and Brooklyn space and had nothing but wonderful things to say about both. It was overall a lovely experience. Can't wait to go back!

Industrious has been great to work with, we currently rent a small office space. Contracts are flexible and the location is fantastic right on top of union square. We visited some other coworking locations and found them to be extremely chaotic + busy and the spaces a bit cramped. Industrious is not, it never feels packed, the atmosphere is calm, and the decor is professional so I can actually bring clients in.

The Industrious Manhattan has been a pleasure to work at. It has been our office since it opened in May 2017 and we have been extremely delighted. It is a great work environment and the staff is very friendly and supportive. The breakfast and snacks during the day help make the day quite productive.

I've been working at the Manhattan Industrious for many months now and I love it. The space is great - my office is light and spacious and comfortable. There's a pleasant buzz of work being done, but it's quiet enough to actually get work done. The staff is amazing -- professional and warm, creative and incredibly helpful. They foster a sense of community that feels good. The free coffee and snacks are really nice. The location is amazing. I'm so happy we moved here.

We are one for the first offices at Industrious Manhattan and have grown together as they've grown over the past year and a half. Barry, Krissy, and Sarah are amazing! It's a beautiful space and the team the food the decor and the location is​ incredible. I can definitely say that Industrious​ has helped us grow and having our office there was a great decision!

Really well run. Comfortable space with friendly smart staff. The common spaces are really well kept and the workspaces are private enough to get work done but transparent enough to keep away the isolation.

There isn't really placed like this in NYC. When I first visited here, I thought- hey, this is like a wework. It actually isn't. This is a community whom you nest in and find your professional home. Working in a non-profit, you want to show your supporters that you are saving their money but also housed in a respectable place. Industrious do both!
