11 Places to Explore in Aruba | Eater

"Those looking for some fine dining will be pleased with Noord’s Infini, which offers a 12-course tasting over three hours that doubles as fine art. At Infini, meaning “infinite possibility,” Chef Urvin Croes’ presentation is matched by decadent flavor profiles that focus on local, seasonal ingredients. The menu changes but recent dishes at this chef’s table include octopus complemented by blackberries, squid ink, corn, and sweet potato, and scallops with mushrooms, potato, and red cabbage." - Marie Elena Martinez

The entire staff was incredible. Jaime was the consumate host. I did the 8 course Celebration Menu with wine pairing. Every dish was incredible, including food I don't typically like. I am not normally a fan of duck but it was probably my favorite dish. The staff make you feel truly special. The presentation is stunning and each course was divine. Absolutely recommend.

Infini was such a special and unique dining experience. The chef’s table setup makes it feel really intimate, and each course was both delicious and beautifully presented. What impressed us most was how thoughtful the chefs were in accommodating our dietary preferences. They clearly put a lot of effort into adjusting dishes without ever sacrificing on flavor or presentation, which made the meal feel even more personalized and memorable. The staff as a whole were warm and welcoming, and it really added to the experience. Their passion for food and hospitality shines through in every detail. Overall, it was a memorable evening that we truly enjoyed, and I’d definitely recommend Infini to anyone looking for a great dining experience in Aruba.

This was a true culinary roadtrip to flavor heaven. As someone who grew up eating fresh traditional Aruban cuisine, it was amazing to see what Infini did to elevate and transform these flavors into Michelin star worthy master pieces. From start to finish, we wined and dined in a way I thought could not be possible on Aruba. A MUST for any foodie as Infini would have at least 1 Michelin star if they had a presence on the island. I recommend to take the wine pairing as it really takes things to another level.

Our first night in Aruba kicked off with an incredible 8-course chef’s table dinner at Infini by Chef Urvin Croes. Even though Chef Urvin wasn’t there, his amazing team took care of us from start to finish. Huge thanks to Alvaro, our sommelier, & to Brian, Nicole, & Jesus in the kitchen. It was such a beautiful experience watching them collaborate & create edible works of art right in front of us. From caviar to prawns, seabass, duck, lamb, & so many dishes showcasing Aruba’s local ingredients — every course was unforgettable. A must-try experience for any foodie visiting Aruba. Thank you, Chef & team! 🤍

This was our second visit to Aruba and our second time to Infini. Chef Urvin was there so it was a treat to watch him and his team carefully prepare each dish. The dishes were much different than a year or so ago, which was welcomed. However, the last time we went it was still incredible. Basically, his dishes are all on point from year to year. All the seats surround the kitchen in a U-shape. We did the wine pairing and our host Jaime, was friendly and answered all our questions; very professional yet you could laugh with him as well as the whole team; it wasn't stuffy, more relaxed and good vibes. 1 of the 4 of us is a vegetarian and there was another in another group as well. Each time Chef Urvin delivered our dish there was a story and a different story for the vegetarians. All the dishes and pairings were a hit. As far as I now, Infini is the only tasting that accommodates vegetarians tasting, (unless I missed one). She loved each dish. After we concluded our dinner, Chef Arvin and Jaime asked the vegetarians how did we do? They were very interested in her feedback. Perhaps, they don't get many vegetarians, (I dunno). Either way, her feedback was nothing less than 100%. I'm glad they offer a vegetarian tasting. Price point isn't bad, you are in Aruba so go for it. Definitely get the pairing, they worked well with each dish. I believe the whole team is involved in the pairing as well. Two thumbs up again for Infini and the team. Ron and Nickie Nashville TN USA

One of a kind dining experience in Aruba! All 12 courses were unique and excellently prepared and presented. Service was incredible and made for an amazing wedding anniversary dinner to remember. The wine pairing was awesome and well worth it!! The chefs explained each course and made for a really intimate experience.

Food was amazing, preparation excellent, staff was very professional. I did have an issue as I wanted to share a half-pairings instead of doing two separate half pairings but the staff worked it out for us. Definitely would recommend stopping here on your Aruba visit. See photos below!

The establishment is absolutely GORGEOUS. Staff unbelievably attentive and kind. Food INCREDIBLE! Not only is this a fantastic dinner but an unforgettable experience. I can’t have gluten, rice, beef or white potatoes and they were able to prepare me the same meals as everyone with applicable modifications. I felt so included and able to dine safely with all my allergies & intolerances. It didn’t not take away from the experience at all, I feel so lucky to have dined here. Cannot recommend it more!
