The Most Exciting D.C. Restaurant Openings to Look Forward to This Fall | Eater DC

"The upscale steakhouse born in Northern Virginia expands to D.C. inside the former Nama Ko space on 14th Street NW; while the Vienna original offers a la carte seafood like steamed mussels and salmon sashimi, those desiring a full experience can opt for prix fixe lunch and dinner options." - Tierney Plumb

Lovely new Korean steakhouse spot on 14th street. We went with the prix fixe menu, which came with multiple cuts of meat, great sides, and dessert. My favorite was the seafood soup! Everything was flavorful and well-prepared. And the service was truly remarkable. Can’t wait to go back!

Delicious food with impressive service. The interior is very clean and still has a comforting feeling. Lighting is warm, but still with a modern feel. Food can be summarized as a bit more complex high quality Korean bbq. The pre fix menu was mostly wagyu beef, getting progressively fattier and more tender. Other mains included, with choices from a variety of takes on classic Korean dishes. Finale for meat is kalbi which is a great sweet finish. They offer a good array of korean side dishes, as well as an excellent ponzu soy salad to start you out. Very delicious and compliments the meats well. Highly recommend. We have been to most spots in the area and this is one we will add to our list. Mario and the rest of the staff were very pleasant.

Yelp
Really legit. The best Korean food in the District. We've been to the Tyson's location, so we had a high bar, but this location is just as great and SO much more convenient for us. We did the lunch pre fixe and everything was just SO tasty! We chose the jjampong and the doenjang jiggae as our savory meals. Both were so good and so flavorful! I was surprised how large the jjampong was. Also the kimchi was really legit here too. The meat was all so tender and cooked perfectly (we request medium rare). We also added the ssam side for lettuce leaves to wrap the meat in. Finished with fruit and an iced americano! Can't ask for more. I was totally full and really happy about having a new great Korean restaurant in the area. I would come here just for the jjampong if I didn't want to go for the whole bbq meats thing.

Yelp
I came here for a solo meal and got jjampong (small size) and corn cheese. It was really delicious and I am so excited that DC has a great jjampong place now!! The server was attentive and kind and side dishes were all delicious too.
