Having now gone to In.gredients almost every month to try their menu, I am dropping the rating a bit as I do think how much you'll enjoy your experience depends heavily on their offerings. I get that this is a test kitchen, but some of the items I tried were honestly pretty not amazing - the November menu was almost entirely a miss for me (didn't love any of the appetizers, entrees, or finishes), whereas the February menu was pretty solid and the cinnamon creme brulee like the strawberry panna cotta was definitely within the top 10 desserts I've had in my life.
The price has gone up slightly; it's now 25 bucks for the set meal, but given how much inflation has affected restaurants in general, still super solid. You should definitely try to have a reservation, but on a recent visit, I found out they have some bar seating to the right of the restaurant entrance available on a first come first serve basis. I wouldn't recommend doing that if you're going with more than two people, but it's also a very fun experience as you can watch the kitchen work while you eat.
Parking wise, I'd recommend plugging in Building 35 on maps, but if the front lot is full, there is a multi-story parking garage on the other side of the building.
