Very smooth, potable beers. Love the low ABV style and their small batching really comes through. On top of having Glide Pizza serving slices and whole pies, this place is an awesome pit stop. Great service, great food.

With all the craft beer breweries closing for various reasons, I’m so happy to have 3 year old Inner Voice Brewery. It is a nice spot in the heart of downtown Decatur. Their beers are primarily on the New England side but each month they add a twist with crazy hops (especially the hop names). I absolutely love their triple IPAs!!!! Not sure who are the owners, but this is one of metro Atlanta’s best kept secrets. I did ask one of the “bartenders/owners (he won’t confirm or deny)” will they sell for the right price? He smiled and said naw but we all know everyone has a price. Oh, I would be remiss without mentioning the Gilde Pizza 🍕 spot inside. It was truly a brilliant idea, beer and pizza for chilling friends or happy family night. If you’re considering a pre-dinner drink, I highly recommend Inner Voice, great vibe, good beer, pizza and a clean kid friendly facility.

Such a fun space with plenty of seating inside and out. They also offer delicious pizza in collaboration with Glide Pizza, with a kitchen on site. If you want some dessert to top off your night, they also sell ice cream made by local fave Butter & Cream. Stand out pour is definitely the Strawberry Cheesecake Jammie! It really did taste like cheesecake and it blew my mind. We also tried Super Deluxe, Pizza Beer, and Quality Time and enjoyed each of them. The craft pours rotate, so I’ll definitely back to try more!

This is my first time visiting Inner Voice despite living in Atlanta for over two years. This is a great brewery! It has more of a hipster vibe, so if that’s not for you this may not be your scene. While here I had the ‘Pizza Beer’, ‘Nelson Nelson Nelson Nelson’ (twice), ‘Satisfied Mind’, and the Apple Pie Seltzer..all were top notch! The best being the quadruple Nelson, which is a triple IPA. I also had a slice of pepperoni pizza from Glide, which is attached, and it was great. If you like ranch I’d recommend getting the ranch as a side as it really elevated the pizza. Overall, it has a mellow vibe with high quality beers, you won’t be disappointed.

Walked in on a Friday afternoon, and it was super busy. I stopped in the restroom first, and that route took me near some brew tanks. I entered the restroom, and it was very clean. Headed back out to the bar and stood in a short, fast-moving line. While waiting, I grabbed and reviewed their beer menu. They had a pretty good selection, and I had my eye on their Hazy IPA called Green Thumb. I ordered the Hazy and asked for a taster of the Coffee Xtra Velvet Irish Stout. The stout was too thin-bodied for me, but I loved the Green Thumb. I made my way outside and found an open chair that overlooked the street. Perfect seat for me. The crowd was very friendly, and I started chatting it up with a couple who live in the area. Inner Voice has their own in-house pizzeria, and the couple was raving about their offerings. I ended up ordering 1 Pepperoni slice with their famous ranch dipping sauce. The pizza was a little greasy, but the crust and overall taste made up for it. Overall, a very enjoyable impromptu visit, and I will definitely be returning. 4.5 rating.

If you are into amazing Hazy IPA’s/DIPA’s.... Look no further! Absolutely outstanding beer! This was my first time here, but I will return to try others. They also have a Glide Pizza within the brewery and had I not just ate, would have definitely got a slice, because it smelled amazing. Great little brewery with cool staff. We were able to bring our small dog in also. Can’t wait to come back

Walking in the door, our senses were assaulted by the smell of pizza. It reallt had our mouths watering, but we had just come from a family gathering and had chicken to grill when we got home. Next time. We wanted to take the opportunity to stop in since we don't get to Decatur very often. Sunday was a good time because it wasn't too overly crowded and street parking was free . I went for the key lime sour (Key Lime Pie Jammie), which was quite tasty. I would have had a 2nd, but it needed something with a little less gravity so I had Pizza Beer, which of course made me want pizza more. My husband went for a couple of his IPAs (Green Thumb & Memory Farm). It was a fun place with a retro vibe with lots of seating including outside.

What a gem!! Pizza and a great brewery in one building! The place was quite busy but service and the experience were spot on. Beers were quite solid. We will definitely be back!

BOOZY SLUSHIES + GLIDE PIZZA = LOVE LOVE LOVE | give me a boozy slushee and a slice of Pepp City with pizza ranch and Tiff is a happy girl. We first checked out Inner Voice Brewing on Glide Pizza's opening day - so it was a time where we needed to try all the slices (as if we had never tried them before lol) and it was a doozy. If you've never tried Glide Pizza, definitely recommend Pepp City! I love all the different and fun flavors of slushee that I've tried over the years, although my favorite is still my first slushee, the sweet tea and lemonade mixed together. Recently the flavors have gotten a bit too crazy for me, like the Baja Blast... too much lol. Bring back the classics!! I occasionally order beers as well, but when I'm sitting outside with my pup (only the outdoor seating is dog friendly) I need to be sipping on something ice cold. I appreciate that they also offer pup cups - they do get a bit too frozen and hard for my pup to dig into but it does amuse my dog while I'm trying to eat my pizza without much distraction. Overall, Inner Voice - you have changed the game by collab'ing with Glide and I'm HERE. FOR. IT!

Beer is fantastic! Great job brewers. Your beer shines. Beertenders, not so much. I was visiting from the west coast. I've been to a lot of breweries...The beertenders stood in the corner and talked among themselves even though they were busy. I asked questions but they seemed uninterested and overwhelmed. To give this review weight, I manage a beer taproom on the west coast. If this was my staff, I would focus on hospitality and guests satisfaction. Because the beer is too good to let the beertenders ruin the experience...

This place is fantastic! The beer selection is top-notch, and definitely worth the price. They also serve pizza, which is delicious--while it might not be a specialty pizza, it's still really satisfying. There's plenty of seating, and the outdoor space is great for enjoying the atmosphere. It's a perfect spot for a weekend hangout with friends or family. Plus, the place is both kid- and pet-friendly, making it even more inviting for everyone. The staff was very friendly as well. Great service.

IPA's and pizza by the slice are a great choice on any day. Inner voice is easily cranking out some of the BEST IPA's in Atlanta. Service is quick and friendly. The place is bright and very clean, parking can be a bit challenging on busier days. I love grabbing a good beer, slice and listening to the music selection. One of the few places I've heard playing some alternative independent music like 'amyl & the sniffers'. Keep up the awesome work, your team is killing it!!

This place is so good that I almost want to keep it a secret. I've been on the hunt for the best pizza in Atlanta and THIS is a contender. Perfect New York style pizza has finally made its way to the south. Pro tip: get the ranch. Glide even sells it by the bottle because it's *that* good. Not only is the pizza great, but so is the beer. Glide x Inner Voice is the mashup we've all been waiting for. The Pizza Beer and the Cherry Pie Jammie are both phenomenal. This is my go-to summer spot for great ambiance, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, amazing food, and craft beer that actually tastes good.

We had a great visit to Inner Voice/Glide. We went in on a Friday night, so it was very busy. We got a table right away but there was a bit of a wait for our pizza (completely worth it once we got our pie--it was SO delicious). I like that they offer slices and whole pizzas, so no matter how many people are in your group or how hungry you are, you can get the right amount. My beer was terrific, too, and the bartender was nice enough to let me try a sample before I ordered a full pour. I got a Power Nap and one of my friends tried the Pizza Beer; both were very good and accompanied the pizza nicely. Noise levels here can be a bit loud when it's busy, but we had an awesome time.

We had a nice stop at Inner Voice. Was pleasantly surprised by a lot of their offerings. They make a number of different styles, with their pale ales and imperial pale ales being tasty. Next time I want to try some of their barrel-aged offerings. Have heard good things, but the cans are pricey!

Inner Voice Brewing is definitely a different vibe than other breweries in the city and I'm not complaining! I'm really obsessed with the vibes here, but we really came for Glide this time around. I ordered 2 slices at the window and the service here was really so sweet? I got the 3000 and the spicy pepperoni with a side of ranch. I'm not a ranch with pizza eater but everyone MUST get Glide ranch. I devoured these slices and boy they were good. Literally no bad things to say about this pizza and probably one of my favorite pizza places in the city! Definitely will be back to grab slices and a few beers next time!

Great spot for dinner and drinks! I had the veggie pizza, an IPA beer, and a mini chocolate chip icecream sandwich. I was with a large group for silent book club and sat at a bench table outside. There was a large fan that occasionally blew some wind my way. This was much appreciated! I rode my bike but could not find a bike rack near the brewery.

Inner Voice Brewing is an amazing newer brewery in Decatur. It has quickly become one of our favorites in Atlanta. It was nominated recently for best new brewery! Their IPAs and sours are always delicious. They also have some tasty frozen drinks! They have a Glide Pizza location inside, which is sold by the slice and is so yummy! Definitely come hungry. Everyone is always friendly is working there, and it's always pretty packed. I love their overall vibe and how colorful and fun it is inside. They also have a ton of seating inside. I only wish their patio was a little bit bigger because it is dog friendly, but it's a pretty tight space. They have free parking across the street on the weekend, but I'm not positive about during the week. Would be good to ask them!

Came in while staying in Decatur, GA on my way to Florida. Recommended to me from some locals as one of the three best in town: Halfway Crooks, Inner Voice, and Little Cottage. Strongly agree with 2 out of 3 (not necessarily the best, due to my limited experience, but strong breweries for beer geeks). The place has a very modern feel. Parking can be dicey in that area, necessitating a walk, but only a few blocks from local hotels. Some tables in front, some down the side by the bar, and more in the other room, which is shared with a pizza place (Glide pizza, covered in another review). The beer is very good. I would put their wheelhouse as hazy IPAs, but the lagers were also nice. Getting a bit sick of hazies, myself, but I can still appreciate when someone does one really well. Beertenders were very helpful on selection and I allowed them to choose my first couple. Unfortunately, no flights or small pours (typical of Atlanta, I believe - or at least my experience), so had to pick and choose. DId get a couple of samples, as well, but My only criticism is the place is a bit more busy feeling than most microbreweries. Nota complaint as much as "it is what it is".

With its vibey interior and eclectic drink menu, Inner Voice is already a near perfect brewery conveniently located just off Decatur Square. Throw in some of the best pizza in town, and you have a party. We visited for lunch on a recent Saturday and finally decided to try their pizza in addition to our usual brews, and weren't dissapointed. After starting off with a couple of huge lagers, we settled on a couple of white slices from Glide, which is conveniently located inside Inner Voice. Deliciously thin, it was beyond outstanding, especially paired with their fresh and delicious arugula salad. A great spot for people watching, it was a perfect way to spend a weekend afternoon. Fair warning- on another visit, we sampled a Texas Margarita draft seltzer that quite literally changed our lives, and have been craving ever since. If you see it, you must try it. A new Decatur staple.

This was such a fun spot! I came here on the weekend and the vibes are perfect for a casual meet up with friends or family. There's plenty of seating inside and outside and free parking across the street. I had a sour beer and a slice of the meat pizza, The 3000, which smelled and tasted so good.

Great little space. I am visiting for work and decided to try and find a good microbrewery to have a couple after work beverages. After searching the area I found Inner Voice which gets great reviews on Untapped. They seem to be brewing a lot of hazy IPA's which are my favorite. So I grabbed an Uber and headed over. It's a nice space and well decorated, very clean and the folks working there are very friendly. I looked over the menu and tried three of their hazy IPA's and enjoyed each and every one. They also have a place where Glide Pizza has a window serving up slices. I really enjoyed my visit and hope to stop back once more before heading home from this work trip. I definitely recommend this place.

You can find Inner Voice Brewing at 308 W Ponce De Leon Ave, Ste H, Decatur, GA 30030 - this is the South side of East Ponce behind Cafe Lily facing Ponce Place. Parking is out front - fortunately most of the businesses seem to be closed in the evenings so it wasn't hard to find something. There's quite a bit of hype for this brewery and I'm happy to report that it's real - the beer is excellent, the place comfortable and worth visiting and the staff service exceptional. These guys came well experienced (I recognized some from Roswell's Variant Brewing) and understand beer and beer nerds. On my first visit (I had already sampled some crowlers of the beer at various shares) I decided to sit at the bar - there's a retro feel to the place with stacks of various glassware behind reminiscent of a 50's soda shop. There's a wall of windows facing the street with a few tables on the sidewalk if you don't feel comfortable inside due to Covid - the day I went most of the businesses were closed so not much people watching - it did make me focus more on the beer. I tried the following: * Blueberry JAMMIE Pie Fruited Sour 4.1/5 - Delicious, thick bodied fruited sour with great blueberry in a tart body, finishing sweet with cinnamon and vanilla. * P.O.G. JAMMIE fruited sour 4.2/5 - Sweet tropical fruit notes in a tart body, thinner than it looks, fairly bright finish with a touch of bitter across the tongue. * Mango Lassi JAMMIE 4.3/5 - Quite tasty, definitely hits the mango lassi vibe, creamy tart coconut body and notes with sweet mango on the finish. * Broken Sun Imperial Stout 4.5/5 - Delicious thick bodied pastry stout with sweet notes of chocolate and vanilla, nutty hazelnut and coconut body finishing full, strong, roasty and sweet. Service was very good as you would expect, with very knowledgeable staff always willing to make a suggestion based on your personal tastes. Overall an awesome experience and I'm looking forward to returning.

What a delightful place!! I loved the homey vibes at this brewery, where the music was perfection (if you like Wavves and Baio and stuff). They have several different varieties of beer to choose from, as well as a seltzer. I enjoyed the pale ale. The best part is the Glide Pizza that's connected to it, which served some of the best pizza I've had in Atlanta. I can't wait to go back.

Inner voice was a new Decatur brewery we were really excited to try. Before opening they advertised pizza and beer and even the sign in downtown says it's pizza and a brewery but they are not yet serving any food after being open for almost nine months or so the bartender told us. The mimosa slush I had was pretty good and defiantly hit the spot on a hot summer day. The beer we tried was nice as well. The location is spacious with both indoor and outdoor seating but hard to find it's kind of tucked back behind most of the hustle and bustle of downtown.

Atlanta's greatest new brewery in my opinion stouts were freaking amazing. We bought crowlers and bottles to take home. Cool ambiance very nice orange lighting in bathroom. Parking kinda sucked until my local friend showed us where to park across the street in lot.

This place doesn't give the warm fuzzy friendly feeling so if you're looking for that look elsewhere. However if you want solid tasting beer this is it! The bar is a great size with a good amount of seating. The pizza was good, just overpriced and too plain of a menu for me. We were looking for appetizers and this place only had pizza. Parking can be found in the plaza or (if it's on the weekend) in the adjacent lot across the street.

Super cute brewery! Interesting beer. The pizza inside is overpriced for how good it is. It's not bad! Just doesn't match the price. Otherwise really lovely place! Lots of seating, some outdoor space too.

This place is so cool. The decor is vibrant, fun and immediately puts you in a good mood. However, the best thing about this new brewery is the beer. I tried five different beers and all of them were fantastic! From a flavorful Kolsch (light German beer) to their hazy Double IPA, they were all delicious. Something for everyone. The owners are experienced brewers, and they're looking to add to Decatur's strong brewery destination within Atlanta. Can't wait to get back here as soon as possible!

If you want to have some of the best beers in an amazing ambiance, look no further than IVB. This place is truly something special. My husband and I are from the land of craft beer in Southern California, but we had to check out this spot on our most recent visit to ATL, and the brews at inner voice are some of the best we've ever had. They're creative, unique, and even the special touch of how each beer - depending on type - is served in a different glass, makes for such a special experience. If you're in or around Atlanta, make a trip to inner voice for a 15/10 experience!! Cannot recommend enough!!

Fun atmosphere!! I tried the house hazy ipa that was on point. The seltzer was also delicious. This is for sure an up and coming spot.

amazing, wonderful, delicious, vibes it's all here at innervoice. they have beers for everyone: IPA guy? they've got you covered with their pillowy goodness. light beers only? try any of their kolsch and pilsners and you will NOT be disappointed glide pizza is OFFICIALLY here and it was worth the wait! they serve giant mega slices with a decent bit of options to choose from. i'm not sure why you'd be on the fence about coming here but if you are just DO IT

This is my favorite brewery in Atlanta! Their beer is outstanding, and I haven't tried one I didn't like. The vibe is awesome and the employees are really helpful! Now that glide is serving pizza, I will be spending even more time here!

Excellent beers and such a cool environment. They frequently have restaurant pop-ups, which are fun, but we are excited for Glide Pizza to eventually set up inside as well. They're frequently putting out new beers, and I have enjoyed everything that I've tried!

Great new brewery just opened 1 month ago. Had 4 beers all good. Love the logo. Food sounded good but didn't eat here tonight

Wasted time and money here. Bad location, boring interior. They do not understand beer - all five IPA's taste like you spilled milk into grapefruit juice. No normal IPA, no stout. Much better places closer to downtown.

Innervoice has the best beards, best service, best beer, best merch, and best smiles. This is by far the best brewery in Atlanta. The only people who wouldn't like this place are people named Karen who's favorite weekend activity is to go to this bad ass brewery and write a bad review on yelp like a bitch.

Nice selection of tasty beers.. however the two dudes serving couldn't have been more sullen. Both bearded, ball cap bros had attitude when I asked for small taste prior to ordering. Bottom line, just be happy and friendly.. C'mon it's just craft beer.

Went to a soft opening for Decatur's newest brewery today (9/11). Happened to run into one of the owner/brewers (Rhett) who gave me a heads up. Many folks will remember the space as the former Big Tex. The layout is similar, but nicely refreshed. In addition, I appreciate the additional outdoor seating. While there I spoke with both of the owner/brewers (Rhett & Josh). They both have experience with other breweries and seem very excited to manage their own venture. No food was available today, but I'm told that Glide pizza will be working the kitchen soon. Today, I sampled 5 of the 8 offerings (see menu photo). My fave of the 1st two (seltzer and kolsch) was the seltzer- super refreshing. Next, 2 IPAs (memory farm, lazy bones). Both were good, but I preferred the memory farm. My last beer was the Egotrip stout. This has a sweet finish and packs a 13% ABV! I was pleased to be present for the opening festivities today, and enjoyed the beer. Look out for my man, Bo, behind the bar. Grand opening will be Fri 9/17. See y'all there!

I went here on Saturday afternoon to catch up with some friends. I only ended up getting their seltzer slushy since I'm not much a of a beer person. The slushy was really good and perfect for the warm spring weather. My friends and I were hanging out on the patio and they all ordered different beers and really liked the selection.

Best beers in Atlanta, no joke. IPAs and sours are on point. Finally have a consistent beer spot in Atlanta.. And awesome space.

First time here and I sat outside with my dog. I had the Texas Margherita Fizzzle and the Jammie which were both refreshing. As a rule, I don't care for sours, but the Jammie is low on the pucker power, not overly sweet, and balanced nicely with blackberry and black currant. I was disappointed their Electricity is King beer was not available. Just gives me another reason to go back.

I love the beers at Inner Voice. The interior design has a modern/retro vibe with a nice appreciation of colors. Outdoor seating always seems to fill up first despite the lack of shade on the west facing patio. Definitely my favorite Decatur brewery.

Great beer, great vibes, and great staff. All you can ask for. Stouts, IPA, and sours all stand out. Love the pop ups and looking forward to Glide Pizza taking over soon. Other breweries will have my on tap and a bigger space but this one is hands down my favorite. Thanks Inner Voice.
