InnerG Juice & Yoga

Took a class with Emil for the first time. The environment was a welcomed difference from yoga classes I've taken before. The music was so much better. The way he taught was very relaxing but challenging. He challenged the class to really push themselves in their yoga practice.

I found this place while waiting for my daughter dress shopping next door and enjoyed the juice. We enjoyed talking with the owner and came back for a yoga class the next day. Make sure you walk around the back to find the main entrance.

Loved stopping by and enjoyed their juice. The staff was extremely thoughtful and helped me select a juice. Will be back!

The juice is SO refreshing. I did a sunrise yoga class at 6am and then got a 6pack of juice for the week. Yoga class felt great and the juice was amazing. A perfect start to your morning. This place has beautiful energy!

I had heard about InnerG and wanted to try it out… I did a 3 Day Cleanse and loved it! I felt great- I think I’ll try a 5 Day next time! I went back to try a class tonight (and get some more juice 😊)! I loved the Sunday evening Restorative Class. I definitely recommend checking this place out- both for the yoga and the juice!

I came from out of town and was staying next door so I came to check them out. Ended up doing a yoga class in such a wonderful space and the juice was delicious. On top of that, the mom and daughter were good vibes, great energy.

I had an amazing class. The instructor was super fun. The music was cool. I felt so comfortable and able. I even went upside down lol. I also tried a juice after and it was super fresh and delicious. I went for a group class but they have availability lots and it's listed on the website. Plenty of parking (free).

I utilized a class pass to visit this beautiful sunlit studio in north Nashville. I really enjoyed the pace, challenge, and moments of restoration in the Saturday Vinyasa flow class with Alyssa. She was gentle, empowering, and offered modifications as needed. I may have misunderstood, but there was no Juice offered for participants; however, it looked like the Juice store was opening up behind the studio as class was letting out. I had to leave soon after the end of class to make it to another event, but would love to return for classes and learn about the attached Juice business.

InnerG Juice & Yoga is a great spot! I came to go to a Small World Yoga Sunday morning pop-up class. The yoga space is on the smaller side, but a really inviting room with a lot of natural light. After yoga, I grabbed an InnerGuard juice which was DELICIOUS! It is a blend of orange, apple, pineapple, and ginger. It was very refreshing. I always appreciate when juice is served in a glass bottle that can either be reused or recycled after! I will definitely be back for more yoga and more juice!

This place is amazing! I enjoyed an excellent power flow yoga class and left with healthy, yummy smoothie and juices. I'll be a regular. Buchanan Arts District is sweet too!
