Dining at Inoshin Omakase, the sister restaurant to the 1 Michelin-starred Kosaka in NYC, was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, we felt the warmth of the intimate setting and the attention to detail in every element of the evening.
Each dish was a delight, showcasing the chefs’ mastery and creativity. The yellowtail topped with caviar was a luxurious bite that immediately stood out, and the uni was so fresh and creamy, it practically melted in my mouth. The dessert—an incredible melon imported directly from Japan—was the sweetest, most fragrant melon I’ve ever tasted and the perfect way to finish the meal.
What made the experience even more special was the exceptional service. Jessie and Andrew went above and beyond, explaining each dish and making sure we felt cared for. Their kindness and attentiveness truly elevated the experience. We couldn’t stop saying “wow” throughout the evening—it was that perfect.
This wasn’t just a meal; it was a true omakase experience, the kind that celebrates the authenticity of Japanese cuisine. For anyone looking for a genuine, high-quality omakase in Miami, Inoshin is an absolute must. It’s clear they’ve carried over the legacy of Kosaka with elegance and excellence.
