Boss, I am a Korean couple who visited on October 1, 2025. This is my first time traveling to Quebec, Canada. To enjoy Quebec, I can't speak English, of course, but I visited here near the hotel. It was difficult to communicate, but the boss responded kindly with a smile, knew exactly what we wanted, and ordered us the beer and pizza we wanted. When we made eye contact, the boss showed a bright smile and we could enjoy the time happily. Thanks to you, I had a good impression of Canada in unfamiliar Quebec, Canada. I hope you always stay healthy and thrive

The bartender this evening is managing easily 100 bodies, booze and food all by himself. It's like a magic show - so impressive! We're all here from a conference and truly in awe at the service. Bravo! 5 stars! Full house!

Google
I was thrilled to find a microbrewery down the street from where I was staying on my first trip to Quebec City. The service was EXCELLENT! I’d give 10 stars if I could. I was treated with warmth and royalty. Both servers I encountered were super friendly and went above and beyond, even though it was a busy night and they were short staffed.

Great selection of fresh beers. Interesting variety to choose from or just try the flight of 5 x 4oz. The food selection is not large but pretty tasty. Had the 3 hot dog share plate and it was good enough for two to share.

This place is really nice but was understaffed. Around 5:00pm, There was only one waiter attending the floor, in a partially full bar and several many occupied tables. A second gentleman was seen around helping her around in the bar. Our waitress never dropped a smile regardless of the pressure she was going through. She was overwhelmed, yet, kept her cool and did her best. Naturally, our food order took a while and came out wrong. I can only infer the kitchen was understaffed and/or overwhelmed. Multiple groups came in, sat, and left because service was scarce. So did we, we realized it was not possible to get any drinks in time. Would try it again, but there are many other places ready to attend visitors better, and my time is limited in Quebec…

We came after our conference event and there was only one bartender on and the bar filled. He did amazing making sure drinks were coming. Drinks were great and he accommodated nachos and pizza which he had to make.

Google
Great beer and food! As good as we remembered from 6yrs ago. Always get a flight, generous pours for a good price, and a ton of fun new selections everytime. The sandwiches were good though pricey. The Wagyu mostly tasted like good beef, not a massive game changer and the regular pulled sandwich was just as good. Important to note: it comes with actual chips, not fries!

I arrived at the pub with 2 friends, quickly followed by a mad dash into the washroom to freshen up... The washroom is downstairs, it's very well kept, well lit, and remarkably quiet... I may have taken a little longer than usual I do admit. As I leave for the terrace and chatty friends waiting outside, as soon as I looked up at the doorway to the bar, the host of the INOX establishment who greeted me for the first time ever minutes before, "HA! There you are! I knew there were 3 of you!". Great service, great staff, great visit! See you again Jacques!

Yelp
Top notch beers, nice menu and friendly bartender. We had a few of their rears which were very good and they also had some guest beers one of which I had. But we had to laugh at the schererville hot dogs that we ordered. It might look a little vulgar when it comes out on the platter but they taste really good, and you get three different selections of hot dog. So if you're a hot dog fan then this place is for you. If you're craft beer band in this place is also for you.

Yelp
wanted to eat on grande allee in Quebec City , close to the hotel. i heard good things about this brasserie so wanted try it. small dark place . sat at the bar. lots of regular in the place. i learned that in an hour they would have a karaoke night. i ordered a 4 cheese pizza and a white beer that they brew themselves . the beer was great but the pizza was okay. Service was not very good if you are not a regular Server does not listen. Ordered chips with my beer and the came at the same time as my meal. took forever for him to clear my place and see if i wanted a second beer. he was busy chatting with regulars.

Yelp
Excellent staff, location, and drink selection. Seated right away during a peak time and wait staff was prompt.

Yelp
Until this place, I haven't been impressed with the local brews. Tried their Double IPA and was blown away! Good flavor, super hoppy, nice dry finish. Excellent beer. Also tried their Weisen which was a little fermenty, but still decent with hints of berry. Decor was awesome with cool lighting above the seating area. Large TV's which were actually playing American football. Didn't get a chance to try the food, but of course the bartenders were vouching for it.

Yelp
Here for Carnival. Found this place on Yelp and ratings were pretty good. I'm left asking, how? If you are looking for a bite to eat, KEEP WALKING, unless you want pretty crappy food that takes over 50 minutes to arrive. They place had half the tables empty when we walked in, btw, and we ordered nachos and a hot dog.

Yelp
As it happens, L'Inox was the very first place I visited in Quebec. Beer is always a priority when I travel. L'Inox was exactly what I sought. Now, they aren't rocking the beer world with their beers, it was mostly standard but good stuff. The atmosphere was um...festive. But a fine point of entry into the Quebec brew scene and clearly much loved by locals. They could work on the menu, as food is key to a good brewpub methinks, but if high quality beer is all you seek, look no further.

Yelp
Stopped here for a after dinner beer in a little drizzle and was blown away by the sour framboise they had on tap. Very flavorful without the fake sweetness of some framboise. It was excellent and if it hasn't been for the rain, would have had a few more pints of it. Would deifnitely stop back in.

Yelp
My second time here in like 4 years and I had a great time. Beer was great. Tried the nachos and they were great - a little overpriced - but great. Real cheese (I added a picture) and what seems like whipped sour cream or what sour cream would be like with a lot of milk fat content. A couple beside us ordered the hot dogs which seemed like more of a joke to watch someone attempt to eat than a meal. We can a great time watching too. I love the atmosphere here. I would go back weekly if I lived closer.

Yelp
Good beer, but do not go for the food. We went around 4 pm on a week day. The food was just ok. The beer is really the good stuff here. Unfortunately, when we visited, the place was only being staffed by 1 person. This caused some delays in getting orders or waiting to place an order. The staff was very good, nice, and attentive, but really busy. They really should keep the place better staffed. For food, I ordered the diablo pizza and my wife ordered a hot dog. We expected much better tasting food, even from a bar. We recommend this place if you are looking for some good beers.

Yelp
Delicious food, lovely ambience and great beer! Service was really good too. Highly recommend

Yelp
Delicious beers for any palette. The menu is small, but still has very tasty options. We had the smoked meat sandwich and the European hot dog. They were both very enjoyable. But honestly, the staff makes this place amazing. Friendly and helpful, even for American tourists, they made our Sunday lunch memorable. A must stop for any micro brew fans.

Yelp
I had been to Inox many years ago and I was looking forward to a return visit. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed. Not with their beers though... Drinking a microbrew where it is made is always a thing of beauty, and their beers hit the spot. No, just disappointed with the place itself. It's looking a little tired. Their bar food is also lacking. Nachos with a side of that bright orange cheese from a container on the bar? Really? That's all you can come up with to accompany the wonderful beers? Yes, they do have those interesting "european" hot dogs where they insert a frank into a hollowed out baguette. Didn't try it. I'm sure it's decent, but I expect more from a place like this. Oh well, the beer is great though!

Yelp
Mediocre beer and mediocre (or worse) food spells only a mediocre experience. The IPA wasn't even one, and the "roche" was boring, a settlement of malt and some hops, somewhere.... An very surprised that Fodor's rated this so highly. Was mostly empty composted to its neighbors. Skip it!!

Yelp
Great atmosphere, loved the artwork which the owner explained was done by a local artist and available for purchase, something I always enjoy. The beers made onsite were very good. We tried a raspberry beer, Tres Melons, and several others. The staff was friendly and the owner Roby was very nice. We did not try anything from the menu but the options looked like standard pub food. Overall we would recommend!

Yelp
I'll get my complaint out of the way first - it's expensive. BUT this is Grand Allee, everything is expensive! So the positives: Big beer & spirit selection; Awesome staff, really friendly and they'll coin toss with you for rounds!; Nice bar inside, love the decor (though I didn't go upstairs); Patio outside but it was a bit cold, would be a nice place to sit in summer. I'll return!

Yelp
It's just not good. The beer is mediocre and the food is terrible. Avoid if possible.

Yelp
My partner and I have traveled to Quebec for Carnaval for the past 2 years and we've always started or ended the night here. This place offers a great selection of their own microbrews. Their stout is phenomenal. They also offer european hotdogs which are delicious. Hotdog stuffed inside of a baguette with mustard, mayo, and/or ketchup. SO GOOD. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff are really great. I would HIGHLY recommend stopping here.

Yelp
Great beers. Crunchy hot dog in a baguettes it's hot mustard. Great people viewing. Service is slowish but the vibe is chill. The rousse beer is awesome. Will go back to try more beer selections.

Yelp
We went here for New Year's Eve and the drinks and service was great. Not a huge selection but it was perfect for what we were looking for.

Yelp
L'Inox is a handsomely appointed brewpub with a two-tiered terrace out front on the Grande Allé Est, pretty much right across the street from Le 3 Brasseurs. The decor combines polished wood and stainless steel with exposed brick for a sharp/semi-industrial look, and there are two floors. All of the beers I've had have been very good although the food is lacking. It's basically nachos and hot dogs, but their hotdog in a baguette is interesting though, and I'd never seen that before except for at Benelux in Montréal. There are 4 or 5 regular beers and 1 or 2 seasonals. The seasonals will of course be the interesting beers, but I felt their blanche, rousse, and dunkel were tasty and well-brewed as well. It's expensive, but it's on the Grande Allée just up the hill from the very touristy old town where everything is expensive anyway. I feel their beers are worth the cost, and you're paying for the experience as well, but the food is a waste and doesn't seem to fit at all with the kind of posh, hip vibe they've got going on. So, if you like polished, hip places where you'll find a lot of people in designer clothing this might just be for you. I personally prefer more run down, ripped-jeans and sneakers kinds of places like Bateau de Nuit, Le Projet, and La Barberie, but I've still enjoyed myself, and I'd recommend it just to try the beers.

Yelp
Brewery-pub with a fun vibe and friendly staff. Ok beer selection although the beer list was not accurate and seemed like each time we ordered there was a negotiation because the beer they decided on was the one thing they didn't currently have. The only food we had was the nachos the group split, which were ok but nothing special. I'd try it again, as it was a fun and pleasant hang out.

Yelp
The beers are outstanding and service was friendly and genuine. Wish there was more selection of food though.

Yelp
We traveled to L'Inox as an american traveling duo hoping to experiencing an excellent craftbrew experience. They only had 3 beers on draft and did not cater to a wide variety of tastes. One of us could not find a beer to enjoy. It was very.. how should I say... "preppy". We did not feel very welcome as foreigners. I ended up ordering a small beer just to get out of there. The beer I ordered was good though. Bartender was moderately nice and spoke english, although I did not feel as if she cared too deeply about our experience. All in all, more club/ bar like than brewpub, do not expect a brewpub experience, you will not get it. -WS

Yelp
OMG I loved this place! Came here after dinner (...after a HORRIBLE service experience at L'astral), for an after dinner drink, to try some beer and just hang out. We had intended on trying a few other bars on the Grande-Allee, but they were full of...umm, how can I say this.... scantily clad young ladies (definitely have another few choice words in mind however). Anyways, so we stopped by here because there was not a line out the door full of pink mini-skirts. This place definitely more our style. Claassy bar area, beer made on the premises, cute, friendly bartenders and clientele. Everyone was SO friendly to us. And they let me try a little taste of all their beers, and I settled for 10 oz of Viking- a beligian beer (like a belgian tripel) with nice sweet notes, and a few whole cranberries as garnish. Delicious. Also had a white ale, a red ale, and a few others. All very good, solid, flavorful beers. I would come back here again and again; I had SUCH a great time! And they were nice about us not knowing much French- but were appreciative with I tried! Can't wait to come back!
