L'Inox is a handsomely appointed brewpub with a two-tiered terrace out front on the Grande Allé Est, pretty much right across the street from Le 3 Brasseurs. The decor combines polished wood and stainless steel with exposed brick for a sharp/semi-industrial look, and there are two floors.
All of the beers I've had have been very good although the food is lacking. It's basically nachos and hot dogs, but their hotdog in a baguette is interesting though, and I'd never seen that before except for at Benelux in Montréal.
There are 4 or 5 regular beers and 1 or 2 seasonals. The seasonals will of course be the interesting beers, but I felt their blanche, rousse, and dunkel were tasty and well-brewed as well.
It's expensive, but it's on the Grande Allée just up the hill from the very touristy old town where everything is expensive anyway. I feel their beers are worth the cost, and you're paying for the experience as well, but the food is a waste and doesn't seem to fit at all with the kind of posh, hip vibe they've got going on.
So, if you like polished, hip places where you'll find a lot of people in designer clothing this might just be for you. I personally prefer more run down, ripped-jeans and sneakers kinds of places like Bateau de Nuit, Le Projet, and La Barberie, but I've still enjoyed myself, and I'd recommend it just to try the beers.
