Google
Great ice cream shop with lots of unique flavors. I especially love their almond joy, horchata, and strawberry basil. Probably my favorite ice cream shop in the Denver area.

Ruthie Wright

Google
I didn't get the girls name, but she was the best, absolute sweet, and nice, way better than Little Man's ice cream, and I am definitely going back 5 stars!!!

Google
Strawberry single for me tonight and I’ve already eaten some - yep it really and truly tastes as good as it looks, if not better! I love this store because the owner is always extremely friendly, it’s clean and has a varying selection of ice cream. If you don’t have time, you can take home a pint. I’ve sat here several times with my kid over recent years, and played games while we ate. All that said, the prices are very reasonable which is why there is a steady stream of customers entering during open hours. An affordable treat for everyone. I always think of it as Littleton’s hub 😁 It feels great to receive great service on top of such yumminess. So nice to support a small business owner too, of course! As you can see from the pictures there is a good array of products to choose from.

Google
Really great experience this week. Amazingly friendly service from Molly (give that lady a raise). Ice cream was great, atmosphere was friendly. And even better, it's 2-3 dollars cheaper than the Little Man Ice cream place down the street. Thanks!

Google
Absolutely love Inside Scoop! They're super creative with their flavors and have the best service. We love to get pints to go to take home and I always try and do flavors which I can pair- even if there isn't a flavor prepacked, the staff is happy to get a pint ready to go for you. Theyre a staple of the downtown Littleton neighborhood ❤️

Google
Really delicious ice cream and very reasonably priced. Staff, well, they're teens and up. Doing their best over a hot Summer to make some money and hang .

Google
We live across the street and come here often! Great ice cream and great vibe!

I was visiting my parents in Centennial and wanted to get them our to the house so we took a field trip to Inside Scoop Creamery to get some a refreshing ice cream cone. The location was easy to find, and we were able to get a parking spot right on the street in front of the shop. This reminds me of the old fashioned ice cream shop that I remember as a kid. There was a wide array of flavors on the menu board, but my favorite thing to do is to walk down the coolers looking at the ice cream that is just calling out my name. The winner this time with the Minnesota Toffee Crunch (I hope I remember that name right). I am not sure the connection to Minnesota other than it was cold, but is sure did taste good. The scoop was generous and you could get it in a variety of different cones or in a cup. We sat down in the air conditioned shop and ate our ice cream on this hot day so that it did not melt to fast. I will look forward to my future trips back to Colorado so that I can try some of the other flavors.

Yelp
Inside Scoop has a great location, just half a block North on Prince St. from downtown Littleton, which makes it a perfect detour when traipsing around downtown on a hot day. We were just there this week, and it was so nice to push in from the street, and enjoy the pleasant air conditioning. They have a good number of flavor choices, and the ones I've tried were all delicious! The young folks working there were competent and friendly. Parking is plentiful when downtown isn't busy, but even on busy afternoons, I've always found a spot nearby.

Yelp
If you're going for ice cream in downtown littleton, I personally like these flavors more than the complex flavors of Little Man. They use a ton of toppings in their flavors and it's delicious! Also always have really sweet kids working there.
google avatar

Yelp
Great ice cream spot with plenty of seating, a decent amount of flavor options- I went with the honey lavender ice cream which was delicious! The staff scoops with smiles and kindness. Cute vintage posters too! Easy to find but parking can be tricky on the street if it is busy. I love supporting local shops like this one.

Julia R.

Yelp
So much better than Little Man in downtown Littleton! Icecream has great quality & the prices are reasonable & the staff are very friendly. My new favorite Icecream spot!
google avatar

Sara R.

Yelp
Very friendly service!! Absolutely delicious ice cream! Clean, approachable ambiance- good location off Main Street. Love the homemade creamy vibe! Would definitely return. Good prices too.

Yelp
I got coffee chocolate chip ice cream and there was no chocolate chips in it!!!! I am very outraged. If you say there's chocolate chips in it there should be, I'm very disappointed.
google avatar

Yelp
The two non-dairy options were okay, the mango sorbet flavor was good but a bit icy. The dairy ice cream was creamier for sure. My siblings enjoyed the orange dreamsicle and the honey lavender a lot. The service was quick and friendly. There's a few tables outdoor and inside.

Yelp
After an 80-degree day spent outside watching my nephew dominate field day, we were all in need of something to cool us off! We stepped into Inside Scoop and were pleasantly greeted by the young staff behind the counter, provided unlimited samples of whatever we wanted to try and ultimately decided on 3 cups of ice cream - vanilla (a nephew favorite), maple butter pecan and peach sherbet, all of which were delicious and the perfect way to end a hot day! Inside Scoop never misses :)

Yelp
Super cute little ice cream shop. The staff are wonderful and super friendly. They have some fun unique special flavors too. Definitely worth a try

Yelp
My kids loved getting a sweet treat from here. The girls who served us were kind and helpful. They put together our order quickly and with a smile. I highly recommend trying them out.

Yelp
I've been coming here for years and absolutely love their ice cream. We recently took our toddler here for a sweet treat while doing some other fun activities in Littleton. He ordered chocolate ice cream, which is his favorite. My husband and I got pistachio. We have tried many of their flavors over the years, including more exotic ones like strawberry basil. The service is always great. We often try a few flavors before deciding. They make their own cones so I recommend doing one of those instead of a cup (if you have the space for it - go hungry). They also do milkshakes and malts which we have had in the past. Inside has plenty of seating. There's funny/good quotes framed all over the wall and board games for those who plan to stay. I highly recommend stopping in if you're in downtown Littleton.

Yelp
I'm an ice cream fanatic and love to check out ice cream shops all over to find the best. This one is my favorite. I drive 20 minutes just to have it every few months and if I'm ever in the area on an errand I always try to stop even when it's freezing outside (I came once during a snow storm haha!). The Minnesota salted toffee with a homemade waffle cone is always my choice!

Terry H.

Yelp
This used to be the best, but the quality and flavor were lacking on our recent visit - may have just as well been in Cold Stone
google avatar

Megan S.

Yelp
Totally solid, delicious, old school ice cream parlor. A treasure in a slightly chain heavy downtown Littleton. I dream about the salted caramel ice cream.

Yelp
This is a little gem in downtown Littleton. On a Friday afternoon the place had a constant line of people wanting their homemade ice cream. I got the almond joy and peanut butter cup, both so rich and creamy. Immediately my son said he would be stopping here after he gets off the train from college! The lady serving us was very kind and asked if we wanted samples before we had to ask, I love that. The 2 scoops in a bowl is only $5.25, it's massive! Their chocolate dipped cone was my favorite, well worth the $1.25! I loved the big booth we sat in, really comfy and lots of room.
google avatar

Maura R.

Yelp
Ice cream was super good and the girls at the counter were very nice. Maple walnut and snickers were great. If there's not seating available inside, they have seating outside and to the right.
google avatar

Glen C.

Yelp
This locally owned ice cream shop is outstanding and well worth a visit when you're in downtown Littleton. They offer a wide selection of flavors and everything we've tried is excellent. Their ice cream is truly premium.

Jim S.

Yelp
Always great ice cream and great service. Granted it is the middle of winter but here on a Saturday night and only ones here. Littleton don't let this place go in favor of the competition that moved into the area. This place is so much better. Support them!!!

Yelp
Delicious, friendly, and fun! Our first visit was delightful. We will definitely return. We went at a less busy time on a weekday. (On weekends we've seen lines out the door) There are games on the premises, incl. corn hole. There are a few tables inside and benches outside. The overall favorite with our group was the coffee chocolate chip, although one claimed the honey lavender was better. Prices were comparable to similar ice cream shops, better than some. We will definitely be back!

J. G.

Yelp
Great customer service and awesome ice cream. Nice and quiet atmosphere also. The prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly.

Yelp
I had some street tacos for lunch and was looking for a sweet creamy treat for dessert. I'd passed this place a few times when in downtown Littleton and put it on my list of places to try. Today was the day. Before I went I read through the reviews because I had a taste for a hot fudge sundae. I was disappointed when I read them because I was hearing about amazing, creamy, homemade ice cream but no one was talking about sundaes! I went anyway hoping Inside Scoop would have some. They did! I ordered two flavors of ice cream with hot fudge. They were generous with the ice cream, fudge, whipped cream and topped it off with two cherries. Every bite was heavenly, and there were many bites. The sundae was in a good-sized container, but I rose to the occasion and finished it! There is so much more to this place than just homemade ice cream. They make their own waffle cones! They have ice cream flavors I've never seen before like Mounds and Almond Joy. They have sandwiches, shakes, floats, sodas, and lots of toppings. Back in Illinois, we used to have a local ice cream place where they made their own ice cream. It was very good and Inside Scoop is every bit as good as that was. It's nice to know I can move to Colorado and not have to give up the comforts of my old hometown.

Yelp
Very tasty and fluffy. Perhaps small portion for double scoop. Down to earth ambiance.

Heather S.

Yelp
Always friendly, quick service. Have only visited a few times but it's a good spot to stop if you're in the Littleton area and looking for actual ice cream.

Yelp
I would give up my current profession to be an ice cream food critic any day of the week and my dream was fulfilled this weekend as I took the family to get a couple scoops from a small ice cream parlour just off of Main Street Littleton. Tried a bunch of their ice cream ranging from the chocolates to the fruity and everything was excellent. Really like the texture of their ice cream as it takes on this almost chewy like stringy consistency that you'll only get with small batch spun ice creams.

Patricia B.

Yelp
Great ice cream choices. Pumpkin pie ice cream was delicious! And seating options inside and out.
google avatar

Yelp
The cutest little ice cream shop off the Main Street in Littleton. I love all of the quotes and fun pictures in the wall. The lady working was so lovely and friendly. I love that they make the ice cream in house. The ice cream is really good, super creamy and smooth with amazing flavors. Everyone should give it a try!
google avatar

Lila R.

Yelp
The ice-cream is amazing to recommend a flavor either the Eggnog Oreo or Lemon Crunch.

Yelp
This is a great little ice creamery tucked away a block from Main Street in old town Littleton. Had the Ginger Snap and Brownie Rubble while waiting to meet family for a trip through the Reinke Bros. Haunted Mansion across the street, and were pleasantly surprised. I'm not usually a huge ice cream aficionado, but the quaint atmosphere and friendly service gave us ample reason to come back here in the future. Wonderful place!
google avatar

Yelp
This place in downtown Littleton makes their own ice cream on site! It's some of the best ice cream I've ever eaten! Loved it! Clean shop with lots of choices and sell pints already made to go! $7 a pint, not bad for great, homemade ice cream! Highly recommend! Darla P

Yelp
We returned for more of their delicious homemade ice cream and everything was superb just as before!

Yelp
I really love the ice cream. Staff is always wonderful to experience and the ambience is comforting!

Yelp
Awesome people and the very best ice cream! We go there for a treat often and heartily recommend it.

Yelp
THIS IS THE BEST ICE CREAM STORE EVER!! It's unapologetically old-fashioned, yet boasts hyper-instagrammable ~innovative~ flavor profiles. Every time I have gone here, I have gotten something perfect to satisfy the deep ice cream craving I didn't know I had. I've so far been here twice. The first time, I was soooooo excited to try their lavender honey. If it sounds weird, let it be said that this is a classic ice cream flavor combo that I first had in LA at hole-in-the-wall ice cream shops tucked away in arts districts or fashionable shopping areas, and I fell in love. I sampled the lavender honey flavor here, determined to have it, BUT something else caught my eye. A flash of pink, a tempting hint of luxury. The kitschy drawings on the handwritten menu advertising... strawberry basil? I had to try it. The strawberry basil ice cream flavor is at the same time, creamy and decadent, and fresh. Fresh!! As fresh as a summer breeze. I don't understand how they packed this ice cream with all the freshness of air (with REAL strawberries and REAL pieces of basil) with all the richness of proper ice cream. This ice cream is the option that all sorbets want to be. This trip to Inside Scoop was in August 2019 and here I am still watering at the mouth thinking about it 7 months later. Lavender honey? I don't know her. Move over for strawberry basil! Let me tell you about another ice cream adventure I had in this store. Picture the season: it was October of 2019, when the air is oscillating between fall and summer. It was still warm out, but the yearning for some pumpkin spice hits. Enter Inside Scoop with the perfect middle ground option -- Oreos Pumpkin Spice. Visually, it was Halloweeny, with its bold orange color and splotches of very dark black. But flavorwise. Flavorwise! It was the perfect balance of pumpkin spice and chocolate. I usually sit in the camp that pumpkin spice and chocolate should never touch, because they are flavors that overpower each other too much! But these two danced on my tongue and it was as heavenly as feeling the fall leaves crunch underfoot or cozying up with a warm chenille blanket. I look forward to more ice cream adventures! :") Oh. Also, it's worth it to mention that all the flavors are made in-house and sometimes they sell out of the good ones in a single day, so try to come early!!

Yelp
It's hard to find good help but somehow, Inside Scoop has figured it out. Love this crew and the delicious ice cream they make. Great service, great product.
google avatar

Shin M.

Yelp
Kind of a dingy interior Ghiradelli chocolate: meh not rich enough Kit Kat: even more flavorless than the chocolate above Dirty chai: taste straight up like coffee flavored ice cream, not my preference Horchata: not bad, not amazing. Caramel sea salt: now this one was creamy and pretty good 1.5 out of 5 flavors were good...

Yelp
I stopped by midweek on a very warm day, jonesing for a delicious cold treat and my, did Inside Scoop deliver! There were a few other patrons enjoying treats when I walked in, so I had time to browse the options before staff walked over to help. A very kind and funny gal scooped up my flavors and cashed me out, politely putting me at ease when I attempted to erroneously use my ID to pay instead of my credit card. Given the climate, I didn't want to eat on site (also had my dog waiting for me) so I took a few bites on my way to my car and WHAT A DELICIOUS, FLAVORFUL JOY!! The strawberry was wonderfully blended (no frozen icy fruit chunks here!!) and the Lemon Crunch was also spectacular! Not sure what was crunchy or supposed to be crunchy in the lemon one, but it managed to be deliciously refreshing and creamy, not puckeringly tart like many lemon flavors tend to lean. I highly recommend giving this place a try-great staff with a great product.
google avatar

Rachael M.

Yelp
The website said they had dairy free options, but they had no dairy free/vegan/plant-based ice cream. They did have 3 sorbets, but no ice cream. Please supply dairy free/vegan/plant-based flavors so everyone can enjoy ice cream here!
google avatar

Judy E.

Yelp
Yum!! Went yesterday evening and had a split scoop in a waffle cone of the horchata and the sea salted roasted pistachio Not too sweet and absolutely delicious!
google avatar

Kristin S.

Yelp
So yummy and delicious. It's national ice cream day . So said why not try this local little ice cream shop !! I was shocked it was some of the best ice cream hands down I'll be back in the future . I got the Minnesota salted Toffee flavor !!! Great customer service.

Yelp
A must stop while in downtown Littleton. Great variety of ice cream and cookies. Hours posted on TA are not correct. The summer hours started on 5/17/19 Sun-Thrs: 11-9pm Fri-Sat: 11-10pm Today they had 23 delicious flavors, I'm certain you will find a flavor that pleases your taste buds. Very friendly staff. Stop by and enjoy home made ice cream!

Natalie B.

Yelp
Yummy ice cream! Great place in Littleton. They have large servings and super fun ice cream flavors

Joseph B.

Yelp
Such a great family run / owned local ice cream place! Great service, good prices, fun and traditional flavors! Try the lemon crunch!
google avatar

Jason S.

Yelp
What a fantastic find. This is a great ice cream spot that really appears to have something for everyone. Not only do they serve up creamy and delicious ice cream, but they also offer shakes, malts and ice cream sandwiches and even paninis or soups for lunch. The location offers ample seating, a comfortable decor and may even inspire you a bit thanks to the series of quotes adorning the walls. Moreover, the employee with whom I interacted was exceptionally friendly and very well informed about the menu offerings. The prices are exceptionally reasonable (about $10 for the three of us) as well and the servings are more than generous for the money. Overall, this was a great "treat" and the experience is one I'll certainly look forward to repeating.

Yelp
We're visiting from Pittsburgh and stopped in. Katie was our server and she was so positive, helpful and professional that I thought she was the owner. She and owner helped us to find trails to visit. Very helpful! Oh, and the cherry sorbet was fresh and delicious, and chocolate chip milkshake was yummy! Great place!

Devon A.

Yelp
Unique, high quality flavors and friendly service! My favorite is the Horchata and the Chai
google avatar

Kristin ..

Yelp
Delicious ice cream and friendly staff as always, even at 8pm when no one is around on a Thursday evening!
google avatar

Lindsey K.

Yelp
Inside Scoop is a cute independent shop that makes their ice cream on site. This is not thirty-one flavors type of chain. They have an excellent selection of rotating and seasonal flavors, along with the classics. You can even make ice cream sandwiches, complete with toppings around the edges. They have cake, sugar, regular and chocolate dipped waffle cones, along with 3 cup sizes. Some of our favorites are: Horchata Espresso Chip Lemon crunch Chai They have plenty of seating and some benches outside. The staff members are friendly and always willing to let you sample a flavor or two before making a commitment.

Yelp
Honestly, this ice cream is the best. Their cookies and cream is so creamy and delightful! Great location in Downtown Littleton to grab a scoop and walk around. Some indoor and outdoor seating as well.
