"Therapy changed dramatically since it opened in June 2015, but look for dishes to share for lunch, dinner, and late night. Dishes include chicken and red velvet waffle sliders, pan-roasted chicken, lobster grilled cheese, and more." - Janna Karel

Google
I feel so very fortunate to have encountered Insight Therapy. My therapist, Celeste Ainsley, is understanding, patient and really listens with an open mind and heart. Celeste gives profound feedback that is thought provoking that helps me to understand the depth of my experiences and emotions. After a lifetime of struggling with trauma i am finally on a positive path towards self awareness and increased self confidence. I would highly recommend Celeste. She has made such a positive impact in my life and I am forever grateful! Thank you so very much!

Luisa Martinez Cruz has truly helped save my marriage. She taught my spouse and me how to communicate better, listen with understanding, and respect each other’s perspectives. Her compassion, insight, and guidance gave us the tools we needed to rebuild our relationship and grow stronger as a couple. I feel so blessed and lucky to have had the honor of being counseled by her. She is amazing at what she does, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

I had a wonderful and life changing experience with Insight. The representative paired me with the perfect therapist for my needs. My therapist, Simone, helped me with generational issues that I feel can help me through my future endeavors. I am grateful for my sessions and the work it took to get to this point. If you are tired of being tired, I highly recommend giving this place a chance with an open heart and mind.

Google
My experience with this company has been quite unprofessional and disappointing. I was informed before my appointment that my therapist was no longer available in a very short message lacking empathy or understanding. Even though I was pointed towards another therapist I have lost trust in this establishment. I have been seeing this therapist for months and will now have to start over again and lose the progress I’ve made? This is extremely upsetting and frankly improper. Would not recommend a place that would conduct business like this, let alone a place that is supposed to offer therapy.

Google
This company sucks. I reached out to get therapy for my son over a year ago. I explained that I did not want to use tele health remote visits especially for his first time seeing someone. I wanted an in person therapist only. They scheduled him once and then right before the appointment it was cancelled. Then for the next year I would get periodic text messages saying they had another opening but only for telehealth. Every single time I explained I did not want telehealth yet they continued to offer it. You would think they might be smart enough to add some notes to the account so they don't keep asking. The most recent text said they had an opening. Once again only for telehealth. I explained again I did not want telehealth. Now they are telling me they don't offer in person visits and only offer telehealth appointments. Yet no one ever mentioned it until now. This company can go pound sand.

Google
Same experience as others. Four minutes after appointment time, I received a text with a link to a virtual appointment...after driving across town to some low-rent office building. I was standing outside a locked office suite with their name on it. The virtual appointment wasn't even with the person I expected to see nor did she have the expertise I specifically sought.

Google
Intake lady texted and called and non stop to get my info and make the appointment. She confirmed my appointment two seperate times, still i never received a link. when i called in the day I was scheduled they told me my appointment was in two weeks. Don't waste your time and energy with these people if you are needing treatment. Disorganized and careless 👎👎

I have been on and off therapy for a little while but I finally started doing it consistently and Ms. Nancy has been a wonderful therapist. It is nice knowing that even if I am going through stuff I have her there to guide me through it. The only issue I had was when I was trying to get a hold of the main office to change my insurance and I was not getting a response for a while but in the end it got resolved and I'm back with them again now.

Yelp
Both of my granddaughters have had their first sessions and so far I am very impressed with Miss Vanessa. She has already givens us tools to help the girls.

Yelp
it's been great. I live in a small town a little over an hour away so my appointments are all remote via Zoom. And my therapist himself has been great.

Yelp
I have nothing good to say about my experience with Insight Therapy Solutions nor the therapist I was matched up with. While the therapy was sub-par, it pales in comparison to the billing department that continues to send me bills for an online session that I was not provided a link to, so I was unable to attend. Over a year ago I spoke with someone from the company, explained the issue, and I was told that she would bring this up with billing. I was assured that I don't owe anything. Yet I still continue to get bills and phone calls and now Insight Therapy Solutions denies that this issue was ever resolved. This has been going on for over a year. I emphatically do not recommend Insight Therapy Solutions to anyone. I was going through a very challenging time in my life when I reached out to them and I feel the care, or lack of care, I received did more harm than good. Please consider other options. It was very challenging to find an in-person therapist, but asking around for a referral landed me with an amazing therapist now who has been absolutely life-changing for me. Don't settle, you deserve better. If you do use this company, do yourself a favor and keep EVERYTHING in writing to protect yourself from their predatory practices. Buyer beware.

Yelp
Pushing through the anxiety, I decided to try therapy for the first time. I cherish my Saturdays (a day to rest and try to piece myself back after my usually hectic work weeks) but I knew it would be beneficial so I woke up early for my 9:00 appt and got ready. I had my husband help me set up an area and the computer to sit and he left as I nervously awaited the appt to begin. It was a website called dox something which I had never used before but instructions were pretty self explanatory. I "checked" my audio and video which were great (and even chose a background before we began). The session finally "started" and showed it was buffering and then gave a "something went wrong" message (as it showed still buffering) and kicked me out. I "checked in" with my name again and went back into the virtual waiting room. This process repeated three times. I started to get nervous, wondering what was happening when I receive a text from Christina Lopez (the provider I am to be seeing) thinking she was attempting to help figure out what was going wrong or explain issues on her end- something that would address the website struggle. Instead she acknowledged I had logged in three times and said "because I refused to engage and clearly did not want to be there" she was marking me a no show and charging me. If I didn't want to engage why would I log in three separate times? That makes no sense. I texted back upset, saying I did not understand as all I could see was a black screen and an "something went wrong" message. I asked what I should be seeing, if there should be some kind of pop up, etc. I explained the mic and camera were working fine. I sent four texts asking for help. She also immediately went "away" in the waiting room. I sat there confused- instead of trying to help, offer solutions to the technical problems, ask me to try another device, anything HELPFUL, she got nasty and rude and chose to ignore me and make me feel bad. I emailed her at that point asking her to please respond to me and that her behavior was unprofessional and then I receive a text saying "call the office for questions." I felt so anxious about starting therapy I didn't even sleep the night before. I set myself up in the coziest way possible to try to make myself feel as comfortable as I could in my appt and then I get treated like that? I started to shake from the shock of it all. I called the office which is sadly closed and left a message with the answering service and now will have to wait until Monday but the $30 fee already came out for my copay. I screen shot her texts to send to the office as proof of her behavior and she texted back "I can see you took a screen shot after I logged off". Okay? So are you acknowledging your poor behavior? What exactly is that supposed to mean? You couldn't text to help me but you could text to try to threaten me? I was mistreated by someone I was getting ready to be my most vulnerable self with and open up to. I'm sitting here still crying not understanding what I did to deserve this. If you're thinking of trying therapy stay away from her. My husband sees another lady, who he has had great results with, but Christina Lopez might actually make your mental health worse which last time I checked isn't the point of coming here. If anything I now have added stress about the $100 she is charging for her lies and nastiness since I did everything I was supposed to. I don't even know what more to say except I'm incredibly hurt and disgusted. You are in the wrong profession and should think about doing something else for a living- being a therapist is not your calling.

Yelp
I've been a patient for Insight Therapy since June 2023, when my first online consultation started. I had to initially double-check my health insurance's details on getting mental health services, and it's been a smooth process since I started treatment. Their online form to create the initial phone consultation was smooth, and I got automatic reminders via email prior to. The only hiccups from the consultation was that the representative actually called me about 30 minutes prior to my actual appointment, and (by no fault of hers) she did end up having to change my practitioner because they weren't covered by my insurance network. Prior to meeting my practitioner, I was also informed in writing that 6 meetings in a short time frame (mine was like one every other week until completed) were strongly recommended for myself and the practitioner to see if we were a good fit for one another. Other minor hiccups I've had to deal with since treatment started (been resolved for the most part) is communicating with billing. There was a time when I needed a receipt, and no one had responded to my inquiries until several phone calls and a few emails later. Anyway... Slow start, but I've had good progress with my practitioner. I'm honestly unsure if she'd like to remain anonymous, so I won't provide her name just in case. I will say a few more things: She's been extremely helpful in helping me create and respect boundaries, and she was especially supportive after the December 6th tragedy. Even now when I've felt and thought I regressed/faltered, she's been encouraging. She even welcomed the idea of me seeking out additional support outside of our sessions, which I was relieved about. Aside from our sessions, she's great about giving me resources to look and work through on my personal time, such as The Better Boundaries Workbook. Can't speak for others, but I have been mentally and emotionally better since my treatment with my practitioner at this establishment.

Yelp
Love my experience with the group. My therapist is great and so has the communication from the team. Highly recommend

Yelp
I've been going here for about a month now and I'm very new to therapy and I was excited to see that they offered therapy in the comfort of my home with tele-therapy and worked with my busy schedule! The intake process was very easy as well and provided guidance through text messaging and answered all my questions throughly. If you're looking for an incredible therapist, that will help you work through your past trauma and work with you to figure out what coping skills are best for you, please consider contacting Garet Benavides. They have been instrumental in my progress as an individual and healing my mental health. Thank you Garet!! -Maria

Yelp

Yelp
I have been seeing Victoria Shvets for about 2-3 months now & I have been learning & growing so much. I have seen other therapists previously, which weren't bad, but after seeing Victoria I've learned that my previous therapists have been more like venting buddies rather than someone to hold me accountable & help me work through real issues. Thank you Insight, for having a wonderful & accessible telehealth platform with professional and careful therapists.

Amera A.

Yelp
Too many readings & questionnaires. Not enough talk therapy. Therapist took over 2 months to chart my entire childhood then when we were done did not even discuss it or talk about childhood trauma. immediately started a strange 200 questionnaire about hallucinations & child voices. Strangest therapy I ever had. If you want or talk therapy find another counseling place. If you want readings & questionnaires then this is your place.

Yelp
I've had nothing but the best experience with Insight Therapy and I've been with them for a couple of years now. I absolutely love my therapist, Tiffany J. She's a perfect fit for me. Insight is organized, professional, and very helpful and supportive to their clients.

Amber B.

Yelp
No issues with getting started, very much appreciated the text option during the intake process. My matched therapist sent a text with the link to join the session, no issues with flexibility in scheduling. I connected with my therapist pretty quickly. I was optimistic going in, and she made my experience really nice, and was great at building my trust quickly. I look forward to our weekly sessions.

Yelp
Exceptional customer service! Front desk staff is helpful and friendly! Simple and easy to book an appointment. Highly recommend! I initially found them on Google. I called in to schedule an appointment and they were able to book me out within a week.

Yelp
The whole process has been fast and easy. I decided to sign up for therapy and they immediately called me and paired me with a therapist named Elizabeth. The therapist has been amazing . I'm seeing improvement with my mental health already and I'm on my 4th session. Loving it!

Kendra H.

Yelp
I started therapy with Joshua Summers and it has been very conducive for my mental health, daily life and recovery. I needed someone very straightforward, logical and encouraging and he has met all of the above.

Yelp
I wish I could give this place zero stars. I went through a deeply traumatic experience before finding a new therapist, Carrie, in August 2023. Because of the compounded medical abuse I'd experienced, I kept things superficial to see if I could trust her with my trauma. However, I began noticing that my sessions were more like venting to friends than a therapist helping me unpack deeper layers of trauma. I could go on talking for 30 to 45 minutes without interruption and Carrie wouldn't stop me or encourage me to slow down in order to process what had been bothering me. There was not one time where she said,"This seems to be a running theme, let's flesh it out some" or "I can see this makes your upset or sad. I would like to delve into why you feel this way." She would allow me to vent and then schedule me for another appointment. That was it. This went on for months on end. Until January 2024. My lifestyle had changed drastically in the time I was with her, which caused me to miss two appointments (December and January), however, I made sure to apologize and reschedule. Even though I did my best to rectify my tardiness, I still overall felt that therapy with Carrie wasn't cutting it and the time I went without seeing didn't feel any different than if I had been seeing her. My psychiatrist encouraged me to either talk with her about better treatment plans or to look for another therapist. And by March I did. I emailed Carrie and she told me they had discharged me because they hadn't heard from me. Mind you, in this period of time, no one from Insight Therapy Solutions had reached out to me. No email, call, text, or letter. They just dropped me without reason and pressed on. Carrie told me that most agencies abandon clients if they don't hear from them. Then, the supervisor told me the agency is allowed to drop clients without informing them and that it's up to the clients to maintain direct contact with them. In other words, it's not up to them to ensure that you are okay, but even if you can't reach out or contact them, you're at fault. Imagine if you had unstable living or had to be hospitalized and you couldn't tell your therapist and you later found out that they dropped you. And then to be told you're at fault, uncommitted, and that you're not taking your treatment seriously. When I further talked with Carrie, I noticed a new signature that said she was an Intern. Also, that she doesn't have experience or specialization with EMDR, CBT, or Parts Therapy, modalities that worked for me with past therapists. This is why I felt I was getting nowhere with Carrie; the agency likely added me to her caseload to get more hours in instead of assigning me a seasoned therapist. All she could offer was talk therapy. And I'm not saying that's a problem, but that's not a realistic or sustainable treatment option for me. One of my diagnoses is cPTSD and I had disclosed this in my medical history. In the same way you can't treat seizure disorders by talking to the person, because it requires deeper medical intervention, the same goes for cPTSD. Carrie did state that she's on my side on whether I would like to continue therapy or be referred out. I didn't trust her judgement based on the amoral values of Insight Therapy. She could know greater and more qualified therapists, but considering she told me I wasn't committed enough (I've been in therapy since 2019) and that I was more culpable than herself or the agency, I requested my medical records because she also wasted my time. She didn't respond to my email requesting my medical records (illegal) and I had to call the front desk to get someone to email me the forms to release them. I don't recommend Carrie or Insight Therapy Solutions. They don't provide solutions to your therapy problems.

Yelp
genuinely confused about the 3 star rating here - i've had a five star experience with every interaction/session. christine flowers is the most empathetic therapist i've ever had who also provides me the toolset i need to rewire my mind. she also gives me the tools i need to understand my true self aka who i am underneath all the trauma. the receptionist is always kind and helpful. 5 stars! so happy i found insight therapy solutions :)

Jamilah B.

Yelp
My experience has been pretty good so far. I like my therapist, it's all still pretty new will give the last star after a few months.

Yelp
It's been a great experience. I was nervous about the idea of seeing a therapist. From the very first call to set an appointment, she listened to what I was looking for in a therapist and matched me with a great person! I requested a Female who would be able to see my son& I separately and as a family unit. My next request was to have someone with the same Christian values. I've attended several sessions since and will be setting an appointment for my son. Thank you!

Yelp
I am surprised the ratings of this organization are so low. I am currently in therapy and I love my therapist and my husband who has made fantastic progress with his therapist. After my initial call, I was paired up for an initial intake very quickly and got into see a therapist immediately (which is unheard of in Las Vegas) This organization has saved my marriage! If I could give a higher rating I would! I am so grateful for Insight Therapy Solutions. Thank you!

Yelp
I had 2 appts with Michelle, and she seemed like she was just there to do her job like she had to be there, and wasn't listening to me much. I did a lot of talking with not much response. I felt kinda judged as well, and she told me I'd get a call to schedule another appt. I didn't ever get a call and so I moved on. This was last September, and I JUST got some random bill from them but was told my insurance fully covered my appts. I'm very confused and hopefully will get ahold of someone to find out why I have a bill. Do not see people here, you won't get help and instead will just get a headache

Monica E.

Yelp
I checked THREE times with their staff to confirm the therapist they assigned me to was in-network with my insurance. She reassured me each time that they were (see screenshot of staff confirming). After my second appointment, I got a notification from my insurance that my appointments were with an out-of-network provider (also shown in screenshot)... when I talked to the staff AGAIN about it, she apologized and said she'd call me back in a few days with a provider that would be in-network but I never got a call back and that was 8 months ago. Nothing was wrong with the actual therapist, but being screwed over by their office was enough for me to never want to come back.

Yelp
I was speaking with a therapist here for a few months but didn't really feel like I was getting productive or helpful feedback. I requested my medical file and was deeply disheartened by the notes the therapist had written in regards to our sessions. So many were completely off in regards to what I had said or what we had discussed. It's like she wasn't listening at all.

Yelp
I had a consultation that was booked on Friday, they called me 20 minutes late, rescheduled my consultation and they didn't even bother calling. Hilarious really.

Cori G.

Yelp
Doctor Patricia Schuyler was a joke. Set up weekly appointments and would be late to every one. But she made sure she ended on time even if she was late. Then claimed the whole appointment charging my insurance incorrectly and filing for appointments that were cancelled just to get paid. When it was time for her to fill out my paperwork to update my job, she was everything but competent when she initially knew that I would need to update my job on my condition. I went through the paperwork with her that was needed and she still filled out the paperwork incorrectly. When I told her about this issue she said she was fatigue and could no longer help me and that she only works with Divorcees. Meanwhile her credentials say she is for behavioral, anxiety, depression, divorce, etc. It's unfortunate that I have to put this complaint in for her but I would not recommend!

Stacey R.

Yelp
Billing Frustrations: I have made 2 requests in the past week to have a paid invoice in order to submit not only for tax purposes but also for my ex to contribute to half for our son. No one answers the phone nor answers their emails.
google avatar

Lily L.

Yelp
Avoid. Do not waste your time. They cloud comfortable surroundings with internal dysfunction that they are not able to see. I wouldn't recommend that a current client with a psychotherapist who they can work well with. Yet, one would be better off looking for an agency that is managed or owned by an individual schooled in psychotherapy. More often such a person would be less likely to use it as an easy moneymaking tool.
google avatar

Yelp
Do the docs in the back know who is making there appointments. I wish there was better communication with front and back docs. Lady at desk has an attitude problem.

Cadlynne D.

Yelp
Unfortunately off to a very bad start. Getting ahold of the office is extremely hard. I was contacted after sending an inquiry for a therapist there, then when I was contacted I was asked which therapist I sent a message about when they had the information.. I sent a detailed inquiry about my specific needs and they were not even read over. She said the therapist has a cancellation and could get me in the next day (3/17) for an appointment. I said can you please let me know the insurance copay beforehand so I can know wether or not I can afford it. She said she would call back before the appointment and surprise surprise- never did. My appointment was for 9 am today, and when I went to check a few mins prior, the therapist tried to start my meeting at 8 AM. Both the reminders said 9. At 9:30, I called to see if there was a mixup and again- no answer from the office. I really needed the appointment, but this office is highly uncoordinated and does not care about the patients needs. I will unfortunately have to be seeing someone else.

Curt C.

Yelp
I wrote a lengthy email regarding a situation in my family. They did call me believe it or not. But one call was it. No call backs despite my repeated follow ups. Its hard enough to ask for help. They could at least returns calls I would think.

Yelp
This place is the pits..I wish I could give ZERO stars...No professionalism whatsoever. Stay away big time...The so called "counselors" there are low grade cheap therapists ( if you can call them that) who offer bad advice..cancel appointments at the last minute.. Or quit on you for no valid reason...Such was mine and my wife's experience dealing with such a horrible place..specially Cindy Greenslade..in my opinion she was the worst from the get go..She offered cheap advice..tried to verbally harangue me multiple times..and offered no real solutions to my problems other than some photo copy of some anxiety diagram..and some "homework" research for me to do on the web..presumably to help my anxiety condition...When I didn't comply with her "assignment".to her datisfa tion..She quit on me midway during our scheduled "therapy" session, claiming I wasn't following her advice and as such I wasn't making any progress....But the reality was that her cheap counseling, advice and her training was not suited to treat my condition...So she resorted to blame me..the patient...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Also stay away from another "counselor" there named "Dr.Lerner"..She also cancelled a previously scheduled family therapy session for my family and I at the last minute..coz she chose to "volunteer" her services to the victims of the shooting incident on the strip..in other words..our psychological needs are not as important to her because there are no cameras around to glamorize our psychological problem....This place is the pits...It stinks too from all that cheap deodorizers littered all throughout the building trying to mask the foul stench from those who work there no doubt...You'll leave with a migraine and unsolved problem to boot...and an angry look from their conceided and unfriendly tattooed receptionist....

Yelp
Absolutely love talking to Cindy! She always makes me see things in a way I never thought of and has been a big help to me thank you!

Yelp
Cindy is the best therapist ive ever been to...that being said, she talks about ALL her clients sessions, with one of the front desk employees. I know this because the person, ill leave her name out, felt bad about it and told me that it was happening. She totally could have made it up, except for the fact that she told ME things that I ONLY have EVER told Cindy....Mind reader? Possibly. Cindy is an awful human being? More than likely. The employee told me she talks about EVERY SINGLE PATIENT, but as I dont know any of these patients, and im sure im the only client she she has told this to, I could be the inly one, other yhan another employee who, on her own, goes through ALL of the therapists notes. I was told no one else there, that the employee knows of, that is a therpist, does what Cindy does. Full disclosure; I became friends with the employee, and it was after we became friends that she felt guilty about the situation, and told me. I filed a claim with the Health administration, as I did try to go through the BBB of Southern Nevada, but they said its more of a violaion of Health laws. Other than two states, that I know of, an individual cant sue a Doctor for breaking the HIPPA laws, but can absolutely sue for breaking state law. Ive contacted an attorney, and am waiting for a call back. I was a patient for about 3 1/2 months and this, as per the employee, snd things she told me, that again could have ONLY come from Cindy (I was also new to Las Vegas, and even if I had told anyone, which I really hadnt, I knew literally NO1, and so its highly improbable this employee, I only knew through going to Insight, would somehow know insanely personal things about me) and the employee had been working there for a few months, when I had started going, and already had been told about me, im assuming from the start, definitely sounds like she was, and I can I can only imagine how ling Cindy has been doing this. Cindy said she had been in Vegas for about a year, and had left a private practice she hsd in California, for about 14 years. Id imagine this isnt something new. Again, great therapist, when it comes to the actual sessions, and the progress I had made, with her, but insanely unethical would be an understatement.

Carla S.

Yelp
I agree--Dr. Cindy is awesome and as good at insights as she is at workable solutions. Staff is friendly and competent.
