When I was a student at James Madison University, there was a business called Campus Cookies. Essentially, it was a food delivery service that delivered freshly baked cookies on-campus to students through the late night hours, whether it was for a student that was pulling an all-nighter, and needed a sugar fix to get through it, or a drunk student that was well, you know, hungry for something.
Insomnia Cookies brings the exact same service, but with a different name. This brand however, has expanded all over the country, not just to one location. The deals are the same, and the cookies are still delicious. They have that fresh out of the oven texture and taste, and you can get a glass of milk to wash them down with. My friend and I got ourselves 5 cookies and milk. It worked well.
There are other deals where you can order more cookies and really pig out, but for what we did it worked just fine. I noticed that they have additional locations in Washington, DC, but the fact I finally got to try it out here in Atlanta, I was happy to have accomplished. What is even better is that the cookies still stayed hot from our twenty minute walk from the cookie bakery to our hotel in Midtown!
Yes, it is a little expensive, but there is no price on a decadent indulgence, except for maybe a slight gut later - but even that can be worked off if you do it right.
In other words, go ahead and enjoy some warm cookies with milk here!
