Insomnia Cookies

I Uber Eats the Snickerdoodle two nights ago and they were AMAZING!!!! I couldn’t stop thinking about them. Ordered again tonight 30 min late delivery and these taste NOTHING like the ones I had. They’re not even the same color. The ones from the other night were a deep golden brown. I’m so bummed cause I literally couldn’t wait to get them again.

I ordered cookies, brownies, and brookies from Insomnia Cookies to be delivered at 3:15 for a work meeting with my team. Unfortunately, there was a delivery hiccup - the DoorDash driver (they use DoorDash for deliveries before 6pm) arrived at our office security gate but didn't notify me. The online tracker still showed they were on the way, and by the time I went outside to check, the driver had already left with our treats! I immediately called the store, and the staff was incredibly apologetic and immediately worked with me to find an alternative delivery time. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was resent and that I was a satisfied customer. Their dedication to making things right was genuinely impressive. When the treats finally arrived, they were an absolute hit! My entire team devoured them and couldn't stop raving about how delicious everything was. The cookies, brownies, and brookies were all phenomenal! Despite the initial delivery mishap (which was really the driver's fault, not the store's), I was incredibly pleased with the care and attention I received from the Insomnia Cookies team. Their willingness to make things right and their outstanding customer service has earned a loyal customer. I will absolutely order from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for delicious treats and a company that truly cares about their customers!

Cookies are great, DONT ORDER THROUGH DOORDASH YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR ORDER. This is the second time my order keeps getting pushed back by 2 hours, at one point it was on the way then went back to being prepared, then it said delivered. It was not. You can’t even get a refund while all of this is going on.

KEN!!! What an unexpected and delightful treat. Came in feeling blah and he changed my outlook for the rest of the day! As he said “don’t let this face fool you”…and he didn’t. A HUGE smile with even better service.

I absolutely love Insomnia Cookies! Every time I come here, I usually get the Brookie (pictured — it was actually my sister’s this time), but today I decided to switch it up and try the Classic Chocolate Chip Cookie. Let me tell you it was phenomenal. Exactly what I needed. Nothing less, nothing more. Just pure cookie perfection. 5 out of 5. Would definitely recommend! If you haven’t been yet, you need to visit when you get the chance. They offer a great variety of cookies and they have ice cream!

If I could, I would give them a zero I placed an order for a delivery and this is what I got. This is the second time they have not gotten the order correctly on top of that once you call to rectify the situation nobody answers the phone or their teenage Workers hang up on you. I’m very disheartened because I wanted to support them, but their customer service is whack.where the heck is my brownie?

Every time I step into this spot, the energy is just right — warm smiles, good vibes, and that late-night cookie aroma that feels like comfort itself. The staff here deserve real credit — super courteous, patient, and always seem genuinely happy to help (even when the line’s long and everyone’s craving sugar). The selection? Plentiful and dangerously tempting — classic chocolate chunk, those stuffed deluxe cookies, ice cream sandwiches, you name it. It’s like they’ve got something for every kind of sweet tooth and mood. If you’re around Edgewood and need a pick-me-up or a little midnight joy, this place always delivers — literally and spiritually 🍪✨

I absolutely love Insomnia Cookies and I don't eat them too often as I know they are wayyyy too high in calories, but I was in the beltline area and I knew I had to get some. I thought the closest location was the Midtown location near GT, but it looks like this location opened up not too long ago, so it was super convenient. Just like any Insomnia location, the store is super small and it's pretty much a pick up n' go kinda place. I got a half dozen cookies -- chocolate chip, double chocolate mint & sugar cookies. There is this weird stereotype about sugar cookies because they're plain but these cookies absolutely SLAP and it goes well with milk. I was the only person at the store so I was able to go in and out fairly quickly and I usually have to wait long amounts of time but this was an exceptional experience! The cookies.. do I need to even say anything? They were absolutely amazing and I enjoyed every single piece. It IS overwhelmingly sweet and you can definitely feel your weight going up as you're eating them but it's definitely worth it when you're indulging and need a nice little treat. I love Insomnia and I cannot wait to return!

Great cookies and open late! This location was out of a few of my initial choices but it was a busy night. There is a paid lot nearby for parking, but I did have multiple people asking for money and following me when I exited so be aware of your surroundings if you are there late.

hours suggest they are open until 1AM. Got there around 12:15 door was opened, but they said they were closed. just a warning to people driving over for a midnight snack.

At first I was taken aback by the price of the ice cream cookie, but after getting it, I totally understand. The cookies were larger than my hand and the ice cream cookie itself could've been an entire dinner or dessert for like 4 people! Not only was it delicious but I ate it so fast I had no clue how I was able to consume that much cookie and ice cream.

I have only walked up to this location; I have never ordered from a delivery app or pre-ordered from the app which is what most folks seem to have the bad reviews for. So after saying that - This place is where it's at. Cookies are always fresh and hot and every single flavor is delicious. Snickerdoodle and the Caramel Delight are my favorites, my friends love the lil dipper which is 12 small cookies and a big ol' tub of a frosting of your choice, and all in all it's all good. There's nothing like pulling up to a place at 11 PM and walking into some great customer service with some amazing cookies that make you want more. Seriously, I love this place. Best business idea ever.

To all my cookie lovers give this place a go. Its not a cheap cookie shop but the cookies are nice and warm melts in your mouth. I will be returning to try more items

Very quick to get in and order and the cookies are delicious. The confetti and the snickerdoodle are my favorites!

Fun girls day out ended with a sweet tooth. We decided to drive down to Insomnia since we've never had it before. I have to say they were pretty good. And the staff was nice. Fast service. Parking can be a real hassle if not lucky. We have one out in LA that I never thought to try but since I've been in ATL I couldn't resist and I'm not disappointed.

FINALLY LISTEN!!!! Baby I love y'all. Cookie heaven. I ordered at least nine cookies Enjoyed EVERY ONE OF THEM.

This was my first visit to Insomnia Cookies after hearing so much about them. I went to the Edgewood location and it was a great experience. My server Kevin R explained everything and helped me make my choices-- oatmeal-raisin, peanut butter chip, & snickerdoodle. The warm cookies taste great and glad there is a store location in my neighborhood. You must try them!

These cookies were warm and delicious. The line moved fast as well. Definitely expensive, $2.50 for the small cookies and $4.50 for the big ones. It's definitely worth a try because it was my first time!

Love insomnia! Can't say anything bad about them! Cookies always hot and melting in your mouth.

Kevin was absolutely amazing!!! He stayed open to the last minute with wonderful customer service and a positive attitude for it being so late and we had such a large order. The store was clean and the cookies absolutely amazing!!!

Rude and got mad when i was disappointed they didnt have chocolate chip cookies although i was sill getting other cookies cookies its made me very sad the service i received

4.5 stars! I have tried the competition and insomnia wins! Chain or not, they have got it down! Definitely my favorite chocolate chip cookies around and I love how they are always served warm. My kids just loooove the vegan birthday cake cookie and when I can steal a bite I enjoy it too! I wish their red velvet cookie was year round! Their standard cookies are only $2.75 which is a lot cheaper than all the other cookie places around.

Came by at 12:45, open sign was on and door was locked. Apparently this location closes early

Kevin was amazing!! It was my first time here and he was very knowledge about any other locations and where they were as well as answered any questions asked. He was very pleasant to talk with. And these cookies were amazing !! They were warm and fresh! I got a 12pk of cookies and had 2 of each flavor (of the reg cookies) almost. I will be back to try more!!! Thank u Kevin for your help and wonderful customer service.

GREAT SERVICE! I have been a fan of Insomnia Cookies since my college years. It was really exciting to see them in this new location, near the beltline. After going this evening, I know this is going to become my favorite treat after a walk! I got the s'mores, birthday cake and classic chocolate chip. They were flavorful and cooked to perfection. I was intrigued by all of the new menu items/options offered at the store that the young lady working pointed out so kindly! Looking forward to trying their ice cream next.

Great service and quality food ! I went around closing times and the staff was polite and the cookies were warm . Definitely will be back soon.

These cookies were FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!! Thank you Kevin for introducing me to these scrumptious cookies at your location on Edgewood Ave:)....... They were not too sweet, baked to perfection and just the right temperature. I will be a returning customer and I will share the information with my friends.

0/10 do not recommend. We went in on a Sunday afternoon. I was greeted when I first arrived. I then informed the young lady that I was having issues with the app as well as the website stating that certain products wasn't available but wouldn't tell me which. So she informed the manager maybe then left for break I'm guessing. The manager comes out and I explain to him that on the app it isn't allowing me to choose a pickup time and on the website it states that a certain product is not available but does not show which one. I stood in the store for approximately 15 minutes informing the manager of the errors I kept receiving as he's asking me to try things that I've already tried! He finally states that he's going to check and see if he's received any news from corporate to which he did. By this time I'm irritated because instead of attending to my issue there's other customers coming in and he's taking their order. I was understanding of the issue as it seems he was the only one until the young lady came back. So he then tells me that he'll be able to put it in another way by this time I'm dizzy so I inform him that I'm dizzy and will send my husband in to complete the order. He tells me to tell him the cookies I want to which I again respond I'll send in my husband! My husband goes in and he's given the run around too but on a lesser time than I spent in the store. We should have just left but we'd already spent so much time there and my son was asking for his chocolate chip cookie. So the manager comes out looking for my husband and advise him that he can make our order for us. I was confused as to why he couldn't when he'd just told me he could. We get our order and finally head home after being there for 35+ mins. Here's the cherry on top: the next day my son who wanted that chocolate cookie is vomiting his insides out; while my husband and I have diarrhea. We have another son that we were waiting for symptoms to appear but luckily when I gave him the cookie he didn't want it (I suppose we should have known then not to eat the cookie)! I took my son to urgent care and it was determined that he had food poisoning and was prescribed medication. Here we are the next day Tuesday monitoring him & ourselves to make sure all is well. We threw the cookies out and will not be returning to any insomnia after that incident. I hope that all those that came before me while I waited didn't get sick like my family and if they did there needs to be an investigation as to what's happening.

Great service! It was our first time here and we weren't sure what to get. The warm cookies right out of the oven were awesome!

We ordered cookies pretty late tonight, and we were delighted with the customer service at this location. When the delivery drivers were backed up with orders, our order took a bit longer than anticipated. However, Shirley gave us a call to keep us updated, and continued to provide us with updates along the way. She was so pleasant and nice that our experience was made wonderful!

I recently visited this location and I was so excited to order gluten free cookies! I explicitly requested gluten free cookies and I was given vegan cookies. I quickly realized they were not correct and another employee provided me with the correct order. As someone with celiac (can not consume gluten) this experience was extremely disheartening. Loved the cookies though!
