Insomnia Cookies to Add Third Boston-Area Location | Eater Boston

"Located on Commonwealth Avenue near the Boston University campus and opened the year after the Cambridge shop, this outlet is geared toward late-night students: it delivers until 3 a.m. nightly and keeps the storefront open to 3 a.m. (extended to 4 a.m. on Friday and Saturday), serving warm cookies, cookie cakes, brownies, ice cream, “wiches,” and milk." - Terrence Doyle

Google
Insomnia Cookies is my go-to spot whenever I’m craving something sweet late at night. The cookies are usually warm, soft in the middle, and super satisfying — especially the classics like Chocolate Chunk and Snickerdoodle. When they’re fresh out of the oven, they really hit the spot. That said, the experience can be a little inconsistent. During busy hours, wait times get long, and delivery can sometimes show up colder than expected. Prices are on the higher side as well, especially if you’re ordering multiple items or adding ice cream. Overall, though, it’s a fun late-night treat with a great variety of flavors, and the convenience is hard to beat. When they’re warm and fresh, they’re absolutely worth it.

Google
Despite the fact that my cookie-wich was an absolutely delectable and delicious treat, I am unfortunately unable to give this establishment more than a 1-star rating. Upon my recent pilgrimage to Insomnia Cookies, my group was left ignored, cookieless, and most certainly outraged at the inefficiency displayed by the staff that night. Although it is true that they were understaffed, the employees chose to prioritize online orders placed meer minutes ago over the plethora of in-person attendees who had been patiently queued in line for over an hour. Many people departed the crowded and sweaty building not with cookies, but with a sour expression and the taste of regret.

Google
Good dessert place; I got a brownie with ice cream, which was good, but not phenomenally good, which i was hoping it would be considering the fair, but higher-end price. Probably won't come back, but not a bad place if you want dessert and you're in the area.

Google
The young woman was so sweet to be serving me cookies 🍪 at 2:30 am. I Like people who stay kind under tough circumstances! This was my first Visit to Insomnia Cookies Ever! Was smooth, Thanks!

Google
Was excited to try this place with a few friends from college. We walked a few miles to try and upon arrival we found the place pretty packed which got my hopes up because I figured that meant they had some good cookies. Sadly this was not the case. We were left waiting for over an hour and the staff were only fulfilling online orders and completely neglected everyone who was waiting in store. I respectfully asked them if they were only taking online orders because they continued to start new orders as a slight nudge to maybe help some of us in store and was met with the words "you can wait" and an explicitive. I was taken back because I always make sure to be respectful to people who work in the service industry, but the response that I got was the final straw. I decided against giving them my business and left pretty disappointed and frustrated. If I could zero stars would be my review for poor management and disrespectful staff. 0/10 never going back.

Google
The BEST cookies I’ve ever had! 🍪 They were right in front of my university, and every time I walked back to my apartment, I couldn’t resist grabbing some. Now that I’m back home in my country, I miss them so much—I’m craving them! My top favorites were the peanut butter 🥜 cookies, the double chocolate 🍫🍪, and of course, the s’mores 🤤

Google
Cookies are toxic! My husband consumed the oatmeal chocolate chip cookie Saturday night (9/13/25) and was struck with food poisoning 30 minutes later. It seems you can contract food poisoning from eggs, flour and chocolate chips. Not sure if this was from a cross contamination situation from improper handling/storage of the dough. Beware!

Adam L.

Google
Gave the two parties ahead of me free cookies but not me. Cookie also fell apart and basically had to be eaten with a spoon. Never patronizing this place again.

Yelp
Insomnia Cookies - The Ultimate Sweet Tooth Savior Who doesn't love warm, freshly baked cookies--especially when those late-night (or anytime) munchies hit? Insomnia Cookies always comes through with gooey goodness and crave-worthy flavors. From classic favorites to seasonal specials, the cookie selection is next level. Soft, chewy, and perfectly indulgent--every bite is worth it. And if that wasn't enough? They've got ice cream too--cold, creamy, and the perfect match for those warm cookies. Sandwich it or scoop it--either way, it hits all the spots. Whether it's a midnight treat or a midday pick-me-up, Insomnia is our go-to dessert destination. Delicious, fun, and always reliable for a sugar fix done right!

Kandra H.

Yelp
Really good ice cream and cookies. The cookies were warm and rich and the ice cream was tasty. They didn't have very many flavors to pick from which sucked. It's a little overpriced in my opinion but for a late night cookie icecream sandwich it was good.

Yelp
I've always wanted to try insomnia cookies and I was really looking forward to it until I went here and was clearly ignored by a young lady on FaceTime, who was clearly to busy to take my order. I requested deluxe cookies and she stated I have an order to put away so I was clearly out of luck. Very disappointed I walked out. If you go there beware of the lashes out girl on FaceTime rolling her eyes, she will be of no help.

Ryan B.

Yelp
I got cookies delivered to me and the delivery guy literally cursed me out for taking too long to get downstairs from my apartment. Why did I have to go all the way downstairs? Because he didn't read the apartment number, code, and instructions to leave it in the lobby like I put on my order. This absolutely ruined my day. You suck Insomnia.

Sierra D.

Yelp
The cookies are nothing to rave about, and therefore highly overpriced for what you get. I understand everywhere you go is going to be pricey but with that said, I'd rather spend my dad's money elsewhere. I will say ice cream was good, but fairly small portions. To be fair the girl seemed as if she might break a wrist trying to scoop it out. On the topic of the singular worker there, despite her lack of scooping skills (one you'd think is highly important for an ice cream/cookie worker), I would say this was some of the worst customer service I've received in awhile. The worker was unpleasant, obviously annoyed, and lacked any sense of kindness. To put it simply, she was rude. I get you don't want to be there, but it wasn't even late and a fairly simple order. Then after our dessert was served, there was very limited seating. Understandable for the area we are in but just didn't make the experience any better. At the end of the day, the lack of customer service and high prices just don't make this mediocre spot really worth it.

Yelp
Really good cookies. I got the Peanut Butter Cup Deluxe and Salted Caramel Deluxe!! Highly recommend!
google avatar

Hubert H.

Yelp
Really impressed! The cookies are rich, with lots of texture in the bits inside. I tasted chocolate chunk, peanut butter, butterscotch (?), and a gluten free one with smaller chocolate chips. They were all really good!
google avatar

Christine T.

Yelp
Insomnia has never failed my night time cravings. You will get warm and chewy cookies every time! I tried one of the ice cream cookie sandwiches for the first time and it was definitely delicious but also pricey. You're better off with just the cookies! Felt pretty comfortable with the covid guidelines - only 2 people are allowed in the store at a time & there's a plastic guard up over the cashier. Employees were super friendly and patient. Awesome all around!

Yelp
Late night safe place to satisfy the sweet tooth. I've ordered takeout as well as visited their store in Cambridge, Boston, NYC, and Chicago and always experienced consistence in both the food quality and service. I like the white macadamia flavor cookie more than most of the others. Hope the brand stays true to its name and legacy. May inadvertently end up ordering from here in the future.

Yelp
I've heard about insomnia cookies for a while and it was extremely hyped up so I decided to indulge in the free cookies for healthcare workers. The cookies were on the harder side and I like my cookies soft. I also bought an ice cream sandwich which was not bad. Now I'm not sure if this batch was stale due to the promotion for essential workers but it didn't live up to the hype for me.

Yelp
We were on vacation in Boston and we stopped by to eat some cookies, they were really good compared to others I tried before. I feel is not as sweet as the others and that's a good thing. When something has a lot of sugar it falls badly to the stomach. This cookies are crunchy outside and soft inside, that is the perfect combination for a cookie. This place is highly recommended.

Yelp
Really poor pickup experience, I would avoid coming here for any bulk requests. We ordered here for an event and had done so days before our event. We had a pickup time scheduled for 6:00pm, arrived at 5:55, and were met with confusion by the staff. They looked surprised that we had ordered 100 cookies and proceeded to scramble to find our receipt. They assured that the cookies were baked though, they just needed to be packaged and told us to wait a few minutes so we said okay, we'd go sit in our car and come back in 5 minutes or so. The guy paused and told us to actually come back in 20-25 minutes instead which flabbergasted us - what's the point of setting a pickup time if the order is not going to be ready anyway? When we pushed back a little and said we needed it faster as we had an event to bring the cookies to and it didn't make sense as we had a pickup time of 6:00, they said they had to package thousands of cookies so it'd take time. Why were they surprised by our 100 cookie order if they had to package thousands? Overall, just not a great experience with the staff. The cookies tasted fine and they did a good job packaging everything, but just overall, not pleasant. I'd order elsewhere in the future for sure.

Yelp
I ordered a cookie cake for myself to celebrate being hired at my dream job at 7:43pm on a Wednesday night. I set the delivery time for ASAP, but since their website said the cookie was larger than normal and required more time, I set the delivery time for 9:30pm, the next available slot. 9:30 came and went. At 9:45pm, I called the number on their website (1-877-632-6654) and got a call center. I inquired about my order and was told the store was waiting on a driver. I asked if there was any kind of ETA available, but they couldn't offer me a timeframe. All I was told was that I'd get an update when there was a driver available. Then 10:30pm hit and I was getting pretty weary of the whole thing. It shouldn't take 2 hours and 45 minutes to make and deliver a cookie cake, especially not when I live less than two miles away. So I called 425-405-7429, which is what Google and every other website listed as the Kenmore location's number. When I dialed to ask about my order, I got rerouted to the call center again! The only reason I'd tried calling a different number was to speak with the actual employees on site, to see what was going on! But since there was no update on my order at all, I asked to cancel my order and get a full refund. That should come through in 3-5 business days, but then again, I should have gotten my cookie cake an hour and a half ago, so we'll see about that. The only pleasure I got out of this experience was that I'd asked for the cake to say "bite me" on top. I thought it was funny when I ordered it, but I honestly hope the staff there take it personally. 0/10. Do not recommend. There are plenty of other places open late that will at least have an in-store phone instead of a call center so you can find out what's going on with your overpriced cookies.

Yelp
I would not go back to this location. We around 11pm and they had only one ice cream out and it was barely filled. A younger gentleman saw my husband and I but was too busy talking to an older gentleman behind the register. They were talking poorly about other employees and how a woman didn't bake or do register or anything. We waited and waited, the younger gentleman sitting in the chair facing us made eye contact but never got up or said something to the older man. We drove about 15-20min to get here and this was terrible. It's also just plain rude.

Yelp
I can't give this zero stars so I give it a one Showed up an hour before closing and refused to let us in saying they were closed. If your aren't open anymore it would be best to update your hours and turns off your open sign instead of having someone direct people away while clearly still servicing people inside. I've also had other instances where I've ordered delivery and won't get my order for over an hour or once I didn't get it at all. Terrible service and the cookies aren't worth the trouble

Yelp
It was my first time visiting Boston and I was extremely excited to see Harvard and MIT. So after waking around Harvard, my cousins take me to this famous cookie shop where cookies are made fresh and are piping hot when come out of the oven. To our surprise the shop wasn't open yet and it was around 3pm. The line was already long, people were waiting outside to try their cookies. So we waited for about 15 mins until the shop finally arrived. It's a small place so most of them usually do a carry out. I ordered double chocolate chip cookie. It was very soft and delicious. Cookie right out of the oven tastes so much better than the one which has been sitting out for a while. It's much more softer. My niece and nephew shared cookies and ice cream sandwich. They live in the Boston area so they obviously love this place. I wish we had something of this quality in the the DC area. Pricing is nominal. I am not sure how it compares with other cookie shops as I haven't been to a lot of cookie shops. Service is fast.

Stephanie L.

Yelp
Overall pretty good cookies. I tried the chocolate chip cookie, double chocolate chip cookie, snickerdoodle, and the peanut butter cookie. Everything except the double chocolate chip cookie had a crispy exterior and soft, chewy interior. Sadly the double chocolate chip cookie was like a rock, completely over baked. My two favorites were the regular chocolate chip cookie and the snickerdoodle.

Yelp
Do not rely on this place for delivery. I ordered a cookie cake for my daughter's 21st birthday. Waited for 3 hours, bakery said driver was assigned and cookie was on it's way. An hour after the quoted delivery time I get an email saying I was given a refund for the order with no explanation. When i called to ask what happened I was told the driver came too late to pick up the cookie from the bakery - that they had closed. But, that was a lie. Anyway, just don't order anything from here that you are really counting on. Random cookies on a random night for no reason is probably fine. Anything else, call someplace else.

Britney D.

Yelp
Besides the parking issue, can't complain! Cookies are warm and delicious! Highly recommend the snickerdoodle and chocolate chip!

Rochelle O.

Yelp
These people are idiots and they are rude. They cannot get an order correct and they don't know how to speak to customers properly. Also, these cookies are ridiculously overpriced for what they are.

Yelp
Awesome cookies great service great price. Will be back again and again. Staff very helpful with putting our order together

Yelp
Omg! These are delicious. We bought the chillax pack. 6 cookies and a pint of ice cream for $17. Worth it!!
google avatar

Chu H.

Yelp
The birthday cake gluten free is yummy! Not too sweet. The cookie is soft and ready to enjoy at purchase. I recommend!
google avatar

Yelp
Insomnia Cookies is hands down my favorite cookie spot in Boston! There are so many flavors to choose from; I couldn't pick just one flavor so I got six!! The cookies are warm and chewy - how perfect.
google avatar

Jasmine A.

Yelp
I ordered 6 cookies from the Commonwealth Ave location through uber eats. Not only did I receive only 4, but they were also very hard and stale like they had been sitting there all day!!! Now, this was very upsetting considering how hard I work for my money!!! Not only was it upsetting, it was also insulting. never again!!!!! go feed your fat mama stale cookies!!!!!

Kyle H.

Yelp
Very disappointed! Local Store gets an F and national call center gets a B- (not an A only because they could not help me dispute working very very hard to try and address my missing cookies). My story tonight and a little context: After a long hard day bedside with my 4 year old at Boston Children's hospital I decided that I need some comfort food. Sometime between 8:30 pm and 8:40 pm I order a box of cookie to be delivered. The online order says ETA between 9:15 pm and 9:35 pm. At about 9:50 pm, when I am now standing outside at the main entrance (where I said to meet me in the order) I call the customer phone number for the store that they have online. The rep was very nice but was not able to contact the local store herself so she worked with her manager to contact an off-duty store manager and I was supposed to get a call back from the store in 10-15 min. 25 minutes later, after no phone call I called back customer service and talked to my 2nd customer service rep. of the who says that she talked to the store manager and that they would be there in 15 min or less. After another 25 min I call back for a 3rd time. This time the rep says she is working with her manger and will call me back in 5 min. After about another 15 min I make my last call to customer service and ask for a manager. A very polite manger came on and I asked if she could not get the cookies in my hand in 10 min or less for a full refund. After another long hold, she said that she could not get a hold of the local store, so she would give me a full-refund. They did end up giving me the refund plus $30 worth of gift cards to be used at the store. Based on the other reviews this does not seem to be the norm but I wanted to share my story.

Yelp
Located in the perfect location where so many college students are awake during all hours is Insomnia Cookies where they open until 3AM. I love getting six cookies or a cookie sandwich which I love getting snickerdoodles and white chocolate macadamia sandwich. The flavors are packed and the line is never that bad at all.
google avatar

Deirdre Z.

Yelp
They had nothing that I wanted. I had to ask what they did have so I could choose from that. They're more expensive than they're worth. The strong odor of weed in the place made me nervous because these kids were using ovens.
google avatar

Christine B.

Yelp
The irresistible smell of freshly baked cookies led my friend and me to make a quick stop here at Insomnia Cookies. I ordered a single Snickerdoodle cookie and it was what a snickerdoodle cookie should be--warm, cinnamon-y and super chewy. My friend ordered a cookiewich and couldn't be happier. We really enjoyed it here--my only regret is that I only ordered 1 cookie because I was trying to save my appetite for dinner. Next time, I'll make sure to come here for dessert or skip dinner altogether and just feast on a box of cookies lol
google avatar

Leah L.

Yelp
It really is insomnia cookies because they'll keep you waiting all night. I should've read the reviews prior to placing my order an hour and 30 minutes ago. Do not use their delivery service because you'll be waiting a very long time. Almost two hours, I called the number provided (which was not even the direct store number by the way) and they told me the driver won't be able to deliver my order for perhaps ANOTHER 35-45 minutes. Almost three hours altogether for cookies? Save your calories.
google avatar

Kris P.

Yelp
Awsome service! Only 2 people allowed in satire at time during COVID. Staff wore masks and were super friendly! Cookies were amazingly delicious.
google avatar

Ivan T.

Yelp
Decent cookies for the price. Long line around midnight (15min wait time) Pretty bummed that they were out of chocolate chip. I wish they would've announced this for everyone waiting for that cookie. For a place with "insomnia" in the name you would expect them to be stocked with chocolate chip 3 hours before closing. M&m cookies 3/5 Peanut butter 3/5 Snickerdoodle 2/5
google avatar

Ella W.

Yelp
Went at 11:50pm on a Wednesday to satisfy an almost midnight craving but the door was locked! How disappointing as I spent T fare to visit this location and couldn't even get a single cookie. I'm so disappointed.
google avatar

Jenn L.

Yelp
I think these cookies taste like any other cookies you can buy at a grocery store. They are very average tasting and I don't get the hype for these cookies amongst residents/college students around the area. I came here late at night and it was pretty dead. The inside is very tiny and could prob only fit around 10-15 people max before it gets cramped. It is obviously an in-out quick service type of atmosphere. My friends and I ordered the chocolate chunk, M&M, and the Snickerdoodle, all of which tasted very generic. The price is a bit expensive for cookies, so I would say save your time and buy cookies elsewhere.
google avatar

Serena H.

Yelp
Customer service is always so bad here. The staff is always college age employees (which makes sense-- it's in BU) but they are always rude and have zero people skills. I've been here 3 times and they're always super rude to customers and off-putting. the 2nd last time I came here, the cashier girl sneezed on my cookies once and then again on her hand which was holding my cookies, before giving them to me. it was really gross. then i got a cold 5 days later! also went again during covid-19 pandemic (they were open) and none of the 3 employees were wearing masks. too bad because honestly i really like the cookies here, but the employees are just awful. I wish the manager would teach them basic people skills and respect, if they cared about their business at all.
google avatar

Courtney N.

Yelp
I think I was expecting a bit more from Insomnia Cookies. I had really great experiences with cookies at both Milk and always at Goodnight Fatty and this looked very similar. It was very busy when we got there around 10pm at night. At that time though there's plenty of street parking which was great. Several people were working but it seemed like just 1 member of staff was serving guests while the others roamed around behind him. For a place that says they are open until 3am, I was disappointed that they were out of several cookie flavors (two of the deluxe cookies). Their cookie flavors are pretty basic as it is - nothing out of the box. They do have ice cream but it looked pretty low so we didn't try that and it was pretty over priced. To be honest, everything was overpriced from the looks of it. We tried a deluxe chocolate peanut butter cookie. Nice, especially as they heated it up, but nothing special. We also tried a brownie. Messy yet yummy as it was also heated up, but again, really nothing special. Maybe I'd go back if I lived close by, but I wouldn't make a special trip in the future as you can buy your own cookie or brownie for less money at the grocery store, heat it up and you'd have the same experience.
google avatar

Angel X.

Yelp
Cookies the size of my head I don't know how they do it but these guys somehow make sure you get your cookie almost immediately after its left the oven No matter how diverse your order is, most of your cookies are fresh and warm with gooie goodness oozing out of every crevase. To make matters best, the fact that you can order milk with your sinful sweets makes this place the GOAT at ungodly hours of the night Shoutout the insomnia squad for the pinnacle of late night sweets

Sabina S.

Yelp
CLARENDON LOCATION WORST customer service ever! Do not go here at all not worth it for the rudeness unfriendliness and disregard for customers in this case even a sweet 3 year old
google avatar

Amy C.

Yelp
Cute little cookie shop near Kenmore. There is a wonderfully strong smell of baking cookies as soon as you walk inside, and it only enhances the desire to buy a cookie. Individual cookies are on the expensive side ($1.60 for a traditional and $3.20 for a deluxe), but they really hit the spot. I ordered a traditional chocolate chunk cookie, and the cookie came out right away fresh from the oven. It was soft, warm, and chewy, with ample amounts of chocolate chunks. I was well satisfied. Not much space to eat the cookie inside the shop, so best taken to go. They have discounts if you buy multiple cookies (6 for $9, 12 for $17, 18 for $25, and 24 for $31).
google avatar

kim s.

Yelp
Pricey, oversweet, overrated cookies. Taste like they came from of Costco cookie dough gallon container. Costco's 30 cookies for $8 is better.
google avatar

Thanh L.

Yelp
The place sweet good from all the baked cookies. They had so much to pick from and a dexlue versions of each cookie. Kind do pricy, but worth it. I got the peanut butter cookie and it had chunks of Reese. It's worth a try
google avatar

Kim M.

Yelp
TL;DR: Not worth it. Seriously don't bother. Not from this store anyway. The Boy and I were craving cookies so we decided rather than venture out into the cold, lets indulge (our laziness) and order from Insomnia Cookies - their whole deal is late night treat delivery right? Well, let me say after one experience, I will never order from this location again. I placed our cookie order at 10:30 PM and they didn't arrive until 12:16 AM - one hour and forty-five minutes for half a dozen cookies + $2.99 delivery ($16ish total). I called once at the 45 minute mark and was told they were short on drivers so they're waiting for one to come back and my delivery will definitely go out with the next pick up so I can expect it in the next 20 to 30 minutes - for my patience I was sent a coupon for a free half dozen .... with a $6 minimum order. Lo' and behold 12:15 AM rolls around and just as I go to call again my order finally arrived! This is not my first Insomnia Cookie by the way. I've had the one at the renowned UConn campus location so I know how good these cookies CAN be but they were not up to par from this location. Out of 6 different kinds of cookies, only two - Snickerdoodle and Chocolate Chunk were the only 2 we really thought were worthy of the name. Super disappointed.

Yelp
If you haven't been to Insomnia, it's a must. It's perfect for those late night cravings for college students (this one is on the BU campus) and I'm pretty sure they deliver within close proximity. Who wouldn't want fresh cookies delivered right to them?! Yes. They really do bake them fresh. The cookies are also kept in warmer so you're getting that straight from the oven type cookie every time. They have their smaller cookies and then their deluxe cookies (a bit bigger and definitely loaded). My favorites are the double chocolate (regular), the triple chocolate chunk (deluxe), the s'mores (deluxe), and the M&M (regular). They also have the option to make cookie ice cream sandwiches, just ice cream, or ice cream with a single cookie. Overall definitely worth a trip! I love to go after lunch when I need that sugary fix!

Cindy D.

Yelp
I won't even give one star if I could. My son placed an order at 6:10pm on Valentine's Day. I realize it's a busy day, but after five hours later they still haven't delivered. When I called them, they said they were short handed. Really???!! They should've expected to be busy and have extra staff to handle the business. I do NOT recommend this location at all. I believe it has a lot to do with the poor management/owner since it's a franchised business. They are over their head and can't keep up with the demand of busy day!!!

Yelp
Do NOT order these cookies for a delivery. Ordered as a surprise gift for daughter at college. Not only were they almost an hour late, but when we called they admitted they didn't even leave the store yet. Overpriced and zero customer service. At least apologize for forgetting to deliver. Please, I recommend you read all the reviews of poor customer service and the lack of any care for the customer before you order from this place. You will thank yourself before you are disappointed by waiting an hour for mediocre cookies that you way overpaid for. Update: the order never arrived so we cancelled - don't have much hope they actually refunded the cost of the birthday surprise delivery. The store lied about the delivery just leaving (an hour late). Even a quick phone call to say they were running late...

Lee F.

Yelp
Do not EVER order from this Comm Ave Insomnia Cookies. They are dishonest and will not refund your money if you don't receive your delivery order. This location employs dishonest delivery drivers, who are probably thieves and steal the product. Then they will offer no restitution for the money the customer has spent. This Comm Ave location has an arrangement with UberEats, but the cookie store also runs its own delivery network and tracking, so UberEats cannot track your order AT ALL while it's happening. When you contact UberEats they can't help you, but they charge your credit card nonetheless. Calls to Insomnia Cookies on Comm Ave were received by a seemingly apologetic employee promising a refund, but now five days later, no refund. Save your money and avoid this clip joint. No cookie is worth being lied to and stolen from by any retail store.

Yelp
First time trying their cookies so we decided to order 6 cookies and since they deliver that was a plus. Ordered 5 different flavors, my FAVORITE was the red velvet. It was soooooo good! We also ordered an M&M and I was not impressed :( My gf really liked their chocolate chunk cookie, she said she couldn't decide between this one and the red velvet lol. Anyways, I will be back to take some back to Las Vegas before I leave.

Yelp
Minus 1 stars for customer service, hold times and screw ups in delivery. Horrible company that should go out of business!!!

Yelp
Cookies are okay and customer service/their app is not good. I applied a coupon to my in app order and it came out to be 9.79 but the order said that it needed to meet a minimum of 9 dollars for my order to go through. It gave me a notification that said minimum must be 9 dollars, you order is at 9.00. When I talked to an employee at the store, they were of no help and honestly didn't even seem to care. I wanted to leave and not even buy cookies but I was with a friend who wanted to try them. The cookies themselves are like a 3.5/5 and that's only when they are fresh and warm. They make the cookies and put them in a warmer for who knows how long and the last time I went it seemed like they had been there for a while.
