Insomnia Cookies

Cookies are rock hard and the ice cream is grainy and the flavor is very off and sickeningly sweet. One staff member was polite and helpful but the other twas having an argument with someone and blocking the whole store inside. Very pricey for low quality cookies and ice cream.

Peanut butter ice cream was really good, as was the triple chocolate cookies although they crumbled easily. There's a ledge to eat off of if you're willing to stand but the store isn't made for eating in

I’m from Louisiana and I spent some time in Nebraska for the summer and these cookies are still so yummy!!! They are so addictive! I love them! You will not be disappointed ❤️

From when they first open until now management has been way better. Old manager he use to yell at customers, the staff were very rude & pretty much were like zombies no emotions what so ever as to compare to the new crew they have always energetic,greets customers as soon as they walk through the doors. The manager she is always happy every time I stop in she know my usual daily dose of cookies even sometimes gives me an extra. I know management is not all that easy but seems like she loves what she does she is literally almost always there day or night. Yes delivery is a pain but what to expect when living in the Downtown area and getting delivery service in these streets with a lot of one-ways and dead end streets and high traffic in one of the busiest towns of Boston where we deal with tourist and just madness, reason why I just rather walk and enjoy a stroll to grab a few cookies for my day especially living around the corner. Best service I have ever recieved at this location since being under a new manager and different staff definitely a lot of new faces because before they would only have 1 person working at night you get lucky if there was an extra person on a busy night. Highly recommended!!

The service was amazing, very kind and fast and the cookie tasted great. I would definitely recommend to my friends in the area to come to this location.

I placed an order and didn’t receive my order… it took way to long to deliver , it never came tho , I called the insomnia cookies phone line and asked for a refund and it didn’t fall through I didn’t get my money back…. horrible customer service and care for the company.

Respectfully close this location down. As someone els previously mentioned the girl there had no mask on when I came by and I was treated poorly. If she didn’t want to work girl call out I understand with the pandemic that’s hard but her attitude was unnecessary. Oh and the cookies been sitting there all day I can definitely tell just by the shape and how they tasted. Anyways EMBARRASSING 🤢

Cookies are warm and a lot of options. If you want to splurge you can get it with ice cream which I bet is very yummy. We tried choclate chunk, mint chocolate, snickerdoodle, M&M and the taste was great. These aren't five star cookies however. the big gimmick here is that the cookies are warm and gooey - which is a treat for sure - but these aren’t well made. I bake cookies a lot and a perfect cookie has a little crisp on the outside and chewy and gooey on the inside. Great cookies are also a little fluffy and have some texture to them. These cookies were probably made with a warm dough which means they spread out too quickly in the pan before they begin to cook. They are also likely not mixed well so the flour and butter have a tiny amount of fluff to them which adds texture to the cookie.
