Insomnia Cookies

Grabbed some coffee a few doors down and cookies from insomnia to keep me up for the drive home! The place was clean and customer service was nice! The cookies were good. They also have brownies and ice cream.

Usually I order from grubhub and even then the portions are better. I went in and this just won't suffice.

Our first time trying insomnia cookies and going to this location. This location/plaza looks pretty new and super busy. The plaza had a variety of restaurants to choose from for dinner. Parking was extremely tough. The store itself isn't that big. It had a small seating area. They had quite a variety to choose from and had a variety of packs to choose from. As usual, I got carried away and almost bought one of everything. I purchased: 1. Chocolate chunk - Standard staple that I couldn't resist. 2. Double chocolate chunk - Delicious and not overly sweet 3. Double chocolate mint - I surprisingly enjoyed this. It didn't taste like girl scout thin mint cookies. It tasted way better. 4. Chocolate peanut butter cup - surprisingly not too sweet, and it was the perfect balance of chocolate and peanut butter cup. 5. Triple chocolate - you can never go wrong with more chocolate. It's a little messy but so worth it. 6. S'mores- This was by far my favorite. Once I sampled it, I saved it for last. The chocolate marshmallowy goodness.. words can't describe how good it was. 7. Salted caramel - This was ok, nothing mind-blowing but still tasty. 8. Chocolate brownie - can't mess with a classic, especially with ice cream.. 9. Chocolate chunk brookie - This was nice and chewy. You got the best of both worlds 10. Chocolate chunk blondie - This was ok, not overly sweet 11. Chocolate chunk cookie with oreo ice cream sandwich - My husband said this didn't taste like an ice cream sandwich. It was more like cookies with ice cream if that makes sense. The ice cream to cookie ratio was a little off and didn't really stick together. He figured next time it's better to order a scoop of ice cream like I did. 12. Salted caramel ice cream - delicious and melting fast. I think next time I'll do like a vanilla ice cream so it doesn't compete with the cookies. Overall, it was a great experience. I highly recommend this location. The cookies were nice and warm. The lady who helped us was extremely nice and helpful.

I love ordering cookies from here. These cookies are more like actual cookies; fresh, thin and soft when compared to others. I really like their holiday flavors. The Cupid’s cookies and cream (when available) is my absolute favorite.

I recently ordered cookies from a third-party delivery provider, and the experience was fantastic. The order arrived ahead of schedule, and the cookies were still warm and fresh, which made them even more enjoyable. They were perfectly baked—soft on the inside with just the right amount of crisp on the edges. The packaging kept them intact, with no crumbles or mess. Brittany the store manager was great after calling to thank her for the great delivery. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free, and given the excellent quality and service, I would most definitely order from here again!

Great cookies, but their delux is the way to go. $17 for 3 cookies is the price for a whole delicious cake! The place is small and nowhere to sit. Service was ok. It's not really worth re-visiting.

Good cookies. Ordered a chocolate chunk, in other words a chocolate chip cookie. $2.95 without tax. It was warm and soft so it was hard to pick up and eat. It broke apart in the bag and was difficult to get to the broken pieces. The taste of the cookie was good. Gooey chocolate as it was warm. I wouldn't go out of my way to get a cookie from here as I have had better cookies. Pleasant service and a very small entrance with nowhere to sit and eat which made it more difficult to eat the warm gooey cookie out of the bag.

We were craving ice cream and dessert in general but didn't want to struggle looking for parking on the strip. We are visiting out of state and for me Insomnia Cookies at this location here in Las Vegas was a first for me! I wanted the confetti cookie but they were sold out so I opted for the snickerdoodle and 3 scoops of ice cream. I got the cookies and cream and double scoop of the dream waver which was delicious! Although, towards the end I noticed I never got my cookie! (The cookie is typically at the bottom so I didn't realize until halfway to the bottom. I went to inquire on whether I ordered with a cookie and the cashier/person in front apologized and remedied the situation by giving me my cookie. He apologized, but the time we went (around 11-mid night) they were incredibly busy, and we are only human so I completely understand. I'm glad he remedied the situation by providing the cookie! This location is pretty small, with about 4 seats inside so we ate in our car. I noticed they do delivery as I saw someone coming back and forth to do deliveries, so it must be popular around here. With how delicious everything was, and the service - I completely get why! Next time I'm in Vegas, I'll have to visit again to get my cookies and ice cream fix :)

I'm a big cookie lover, and my in-law told me I had to check this place out. It's a cute little cookie shop--they also serve ice cream, but I didn't try it this time. We came around lunchtime and ordered two 12-piece boxes of cookies. The cookies were really good, but the service was a bit disappointing. We took a little time to decide what we wanted since the white chocolate chip was out. While paying, a sign popped up on the screen that said "Buy 6, Get 1 Free." When we asked about the promo, the employee seemed a bit annoyed since our order had already been processed, and she mentioned it only applies to the 6-pack, not the 12-pack -- which didn't make much sense since we were spending more. The cookies themselves were amazing.. however not sure it was worth the price, and hopefully next time we come back, the service will be a bit friendlier.

S'mores cookie: 4/5 I think the cookie was great, warm and had all the right flavors. Cookies are just a little small. Chocolate chip cookie: 4/5 The cookie was great! Just a little small for the price I paid for it. The cashier who took care of us was kind and patient! They definitely helped make our experience a good one. The place itself is small with little seating, but it was clean and inviting!

They need more employees. There was only one person working and a slight line formed during my visit... Ordered the special peanut butter s'mores cookie and a regular chocolate chip cookie. Overall they're ok, but was thinner than Crumbl, but too thin to be worth $4.00 per. The peanut butter smores cookie had just a faint hint of marshmallows as the peanut butter overtook everything... The chocolate chip the wife said was just ok.

We were eating in the area, so I wanted to stop for a little sweet treat. I got a Blondie, and it was alright. I think I expected to be softer. It was a bit too firm, so it didn't have that freshly-baked feeling.

Can I get an Amen? AMEN. These cookies were too good and on a hot summer day like Vegas always is, these cookies will always be like they just came right out of the oven. Warm chocolate-y baked goodness. Went with the triple chocolate and s'mores cookies plus the salted caramel. These cookies a good and straight to the point. Don't need any icing or gummies on top (cough cough crumble). If you're an OG cookie lover, this is your spot.

I always wanted to try these cookies! I was in the area and got a few to go! I got the confetti, s'mores, brownie, peanut butter, and oatmeal cookie and they were all yummy! I appreciated how large, chewy, and crunchy all the cookies were! They were also warm when I got them! The brownie was on the sweeter side. I don't think I would get it again. The staff was on point and very informative!I definitely will be back to try the other flavors!

They have great cookies here after a big dinner! Right down from one of our favorite restaurants. They were busy, but the servers were professional. The venue is small but clean and the cookies while expensive tastes amazing. Sugar fix is always a winner!

Pit stop! Conveniently located to my destination. Never too long of a line, fresh cookies and the staples are the same. The cookies are priced perfectly for me and the taste is the same from Alabama to Nevada, lol . The ambience is different of course here than say over across the street from UNLV or right at the entrance of UAB I guess this is right behind UNLV but proximity to the strip also anyway the ambience is fine. It's fine. I'm there for the cookies. I haven't tried the ice cream. Maybe the next time I will , but when I knew I was going to a store in that little plaza I already planned for a cookie.Hahahaha

Im still mourning a recent breakup And i guess this was the perfect time for the Cookie Monster craving to sneak up on ya girl. Bastard had me in an aggressive chokehold. So I went to old faithful: Insomnia. There's one about 7 mins from me, in a cracking a$$ strip mall between a lit hookah lounge and a nail shop. Odd but it worls. Pulled up around 10:30 PM on a Saturday. Back Bruhhh, it was tooooo cracking--looked like a line outside the club. A myriad of misguided munchie seekers outside who thought the cookies were weed infused and seemed to unsure to step inside and ask but coughed up the courage when i approached, and man did i hate bursting their lil pot head dreams. they didnt have the heart to tell their friend who was already inside patiently waiting in line to order her weed cookie. And when i walked in she had the balls to ask about the supposed weed infusion and when the staff told her "they just regular cookies" ..... the about face she took was military grade efficient af. lol. zero hesitation in that walk out whatsoever then the crowd outside miraculously dispersed or migrated. idk. One less person ahead of me? Fantastic! Omg omg can i tell you how much I loved seeing my young Black men in there holding it down on the front lines. My inner auntie was proud. After mentally praising them, I ordered: * 2 white chocolate macadamia * 1 brookie (half brownie, half cookie--I usually avoid chocolate but the craving was different tonight) Didn't even make it to the car before I bit into a cookie. #NoRestraintWhatsoever Got home and Gave one to my mom, threw the brookie in the toaster oven, and topped it off with some super dusty HELLA OLD AF Thrifty vanilla ice cream... -its like a twinky tho, never expires- and bruhhhhh lemme tell you nooooow I've seen the light with this brookie thing. I STAN FOR DA BROOKIES And I stan for this location Its Always clean, chill, and efficient. And this trip was even better with the Young Kings at the counter. 4 stars. Not sure why people are obsessed with Insomnia Cookies as I thought they were just okay. There are plenty of other places in town where you can get a much better cookie. I guess this location is convenient though if you're staying at a nearby hotel or a student at UNLV.

Yeah, don't go here. On vacation without a car, we figured late-night cookies at 8 p.m. would be a safe bet- after all, that's their whole thing, right? Insomnia? I know you've seen the "late night delivery" ads of theirs. Instead, we got six miniature cookies over an hour later... from seven minutes away. $35 for cookies this small and this poor quality? McDonald's does it better- save the hassle and go get a cookie tote from them instead. They'll be bigger, and cheaper than the cookies we received from Insomnia, that's for sure. Spent $35 for a treat, got a test of patience instead. Welcome to Vegas! ‍

I will say I enjoyed the cookies they were not so heavy. They were tasty And soft. I got the ice cream and it was pretty small and it was okay. Not bad but just not the best ice cream I have had in Las Vegas. The price for this was a bit high for being mediocre.

Abi was working there and helped me make a great selection! Delicious and warm cookies. A bit pricey, but so yummy. My favorite was the chocolate chunk. Mint chocolate, pretty good too!

This place was pretty good without having too sweet of cookies. They were open late in Vegas and my buddy and I had a sweet tooth. Place was really busy and surprised they were open until 3am most nights/mornings. Would like to go during the day when they are fresh out of the oven. Will for sure come back.

I pass by this place all the time and never go in here! But finally, while waiting for a reservation with a group of friends, I gave in. I had a sugar cookie, a snickerdoodle, and a white macadamia nut. All very yummy; would definitely try again. I think these cookies taste best when they're a bit warm. Next time would love to go back and try the cookies with the ice cream.

Came in because I had a reward to use up. This seems to be the only location in the LV area for whatever reason. The worker was super friendly and patient. I went with one classic and one deluxe cookie. It's deluxe because of the type of cookie and they are about 2x the size of the classic cookies. The flavors unlike crumbl, stay the same every week, so you know what you are getting. The cookies are always fresh and warm here. My favorite is the peanut butter based cookies. They often have surveys to fill out to redeem a free cookie fyi. Hopefully more locations open up around LV. This location is in a crowded shopping center and fairly small inside. There's also a counter to stand at, but I think they prefer take away.

Oohh cookiessss In such a great location. Get a good meal and then a must cookie for dessert. Clean location with a good selection of cookies. You can pick from classic cookies or deluxe cookies. You can also enjoy it with or without ice cream. There's about 6 flavors of ice cream to pick from. Associates are nice and patient. It's our first time here so we didn't know what we want at all. And how many cookies we want to buy. We ended up with 6 cookies for $18 + tax but these are huge cookies. A quick and enjoyable experience after dinner.

These cookies are unbelievable! They are so crave-able i dream of them every night. I found them on grub hub through Amazon and I've been ordering ever since. Ty e service is fast and fresh every time. My all time favorite cookie is the salted caramel one is by far my favorite!

Was at the business next door and my friend wanted some cookies. Another friend ran into this spot and got an assortment, like five or six different flavors. Each of them was so delicious. They are on the thicker side but not raw in the center like a Crumbl cookie. The space was small and clean and the variety had fun flavors a classic flavors. The s'mores and salted caramel were my faves but confetti and peanut butter cup are also fantastic. Service was fast and efficient. Definitely a place I'd come back to.

The Insomnia website asks you to accept all cookies so I jumped at the offer and drove down to Paradise Road to see which ones they had in mind. There are some good options like white chocolate macadamia and dulce de leche at $3. Brownies, brookies, and deluxe cookies such as chocolate peanut butter cup are also well worth getting, at around $5 each. You can't help but admire Insomnia's featured promotion, advertising they're open late (till 3 a.m.) for delivery of their munchies. The game plan is solid...fully baked cookies delivered to half-baked casino guests and nearby locals in a thick pizza-type box that keeps them warm. They sure do make some delicious cookies, and suitable for all ages: Boomers would say they're "Far out, mind-blowing." Gen X-ers would call them "Hella good, fer shizzle". Millennials would declare them "Lit, bomb, and fire." Apparently they slap too. So if you have a yearnin' for an assortment of crave-worthy treats, stop by Insomnia Cookies for some well-deserved gourmet cookies. While you're at it, download their app for the occasional freebie offer.

My experience today secures 5 stars for this location. Stopped in with a friend to try out insomnia after eating dinner. The cashier was very patient and friendly while we made our decision. Each of us got 4 cookies and the price was $55. She recognized because of the way we each ordered that it would be better to order as a 4+4.. the new total was $35. Awesome service and cookies are always great

We went here after dinner at 888 Sushi. The girl was super nice and helpful. Unfortunately the cookies were pretty darn average in taste and size. They were expensive too. For a cookie place it's not what I expected. Nothing like Crumbl or even dare I say the grocery store. It was clean , basic decor. I don't think we will be returning. Sad

The cookies were delicious! Way better than Crumbl. They make their cookies right lol. It's not doughy and there are a lot of good flavors to choose from. The customer service is also outstanding.

This is my go-to, especially when you're restless or looking to embrace a moment of joy. My boy Josh on the late shift truly excels. The exceptional customer service, delightful cookies, and pristine environment inspire a wonderful experience.

I have only gone in the late evenings so I haven't run into any issues. The gluten free vegan chocolate chip cookies are the best thing on the menu. The staff has always been friendly to us. I can always count on this place when I have a craving. Sometimes we have to wait up to 15 minutes for them to bake some but we only are there when we have time so it's not an inconvenience for us at all.

Finally got a chance to check out Insomnia Cookies, and everything was exceptionally good! My mom loved her ice cream, and my son and I loved the cookies we got. The salted caramel cookie was amazing!

After hitting up Tacos & Beer just down the street, we stopped by Insomnia Cookies, a little hole in the wall place just across the street from UNLV. We've heard some great things about this place numerous times before and we couldn't wait to try out their cookies. Seating here is extremely limited and the inside is very small, so if it's packed, be prepared to take your order home with you. Not only do they have cookies, but they also have ice cream as well. They have SO many cookies to choose from, but we ordered a 12-pack box with the following classic cookies - chocolate chip, double chocolate chip, and oatmeal raisin. The lady that took our order also told us that if we scan the QR code on our receipt, we could get a free classic cookie during our next visit here. Our order didn't take too long to come out since they had plenty of our chose cookies available. WOW, these cookies, I tell you what! I really liked the classic chocolate chip, but my boyfriend and I really liked the double chocolate chip even better. The double chocolate chip had way more richness to it than the classic chocolate chip, to be honest. I did not get the chance to try out the oatmeal raisin cookie, but he also said that this was pretty good. This was an excellent cookie place, but unfortunately, I could not give them five stars, and I feel bad for not doing so. Though we ordered a 12-pack box, we ended up with only 11 cookies and we didn't realize this until we got back home. Otherwise, while the cookies were still super delicious, I think they should've checked the box and have done a final count first before giving it to us.

We got the 6 pack (I ate the sugar before snapping a photo). The lady working was very helpful and patient. She answered all of our questions about the cookies. I love that the cookies are served to us warm. For the ones we didn't finish, we just warmed them up at home. The inside is nice and clean. I think the next time, I'll try their ice cream. I saw it displayed in their front and they look like they offer a nice selection.

This is the second time coming to Insomnia cookies here in Vegas. My wife and I like coming here since they have other allergy friendly options and also really good regular cookie options. I personally like the double chocolate chunk and double chocolate mint cookies! My wife said she likes the vegan chocolate chunk the best here. Thank you Insomnia for the bomb cookies!

I always love getting to peanut butter chocolate deluxe cookies. Service was amazing cause me correct time in waiting for fresh cookies. Definitely plan on coming back here even after moving across town.

We had high hopes but we're disappointed overall. We got a Super 6 (5 classic cookies and 1 deluxe). Classics were MnM, chocolate chip, white chocolate macadamia, snickerdoodle , and a double chocolate chip. Deluxe was a salted caramel. The cookies were very inconsistent in size as were the textures. MnM was a surprising favorite, but everything else waa just fine. It'll fill a need if your craving and nearby, but otherwise I'd try somewhere else.

July 4th| Hour of operation say 11am everywhere, called headquarters, and they inform me 11am as well and that they have no idea why the stores not open! In comes the lady working, and walks in locks the doors, and doesn't open the doors until 11:57- I had an order that I placed. She didn't come out once and acknowledged anything or apologize, and when she did step out she didn't say anything at all. Her attitude is poor, the service is poor, and to top it off I finally get in and she says I have to wait 15 more minutes for an order that should've been ready! I will not be coming back here and things need to change! Very unfortunate.

This is by far one of the BEST places to come get cookies in town. The cookies do not make my tummy upset and they are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside and are ALWAYS warm to order. They also offer ice cream options that you can do a sundae, or ice cream sandwich with. I opted for a traditional chocolate chip and the chocolate peanut butter cup. They both were delicious and the chocolate melted in your mouth! The service was quick and efficient and the worker wasn't upset at us taking our time to look and read the menu and the different option selections. It is a small quaint space but this is something you would take to go anyway. But keep that in mind if you are stopping in there isn't really much indoor seating and no patio seating. But I would def be back!!!

Ice cream Is good. Portions are small for $7 for two scoops. It does not seem like management nor employees have a clue. Waited 10 min while they tried to figure out to go orders.

Don't get anything but the blondie brownie! Ice cream was ok. Cookies are better from Smiths. I didn't enjoy them at all. Tasted undercooked and were different sizes? But the blondie was amazing!

Good concept but every time I've been in they're out of whatever the newest promo is. Sucks when I look online and that's what I want and then they don't have it. Cookies are expensive but are usually really good and warm. A nice usual place to stop when in Vegas. They need to offer promos to hotel patrons !

Fast, yummy and I love how diverse and inclusive their staff is!! Super small shop, you're in and out! Cookies were great. Not pictures were ice cream cookies and brownie- also very good!

Talk about delicious cookies! I had never heard of them but my mom swore by their cookies and mentioned it. She had ordered us some and had it delivered for us to try and OMG!!!! We were not only impressed but developed a bit of an obsession lol. I am a Cookie Monster and love cookies but this place tops it in my opinion. We tried all kinds and they didn't last long so we placed another order! All I can say is, if you love cookies and have not tried this place yet, just do it! You won't regret it! Absolutely delicious!

The area is extremely small and the wait times were a bit extensive, however, I enjoyed the brownie with the ice cream. My friends ordered a cookie with ice cream and they enjoyed it as well. Really like that it's open late!

Ordered 3 cookies and a pint of ice cream for my son that goes to UNLV and had it delivered. They forgot 2 of the cookie and when I called the girl on the other end was incredibly rude and did nothing to rectify their mistake. Sad, their cookies are good but bad customer service makes me never want to go back or refer them,

We ordered insomnia cookies on DoorDash and they were still warm when they got here!!! The peanut butter are my favorite but they have some and delicious ones like caramel salt M&M cookies they have brownies so many different varieties. It's unreal. You can get their deluxe cookies. Every cookie is super good super fresh and super delicious.! I love sending the cookies as a gift like to my office or for birthday because it's very convenient and no one ever doesn't like a cookie !!

Tried their sugar cookie and it was warm and flavorful. Service was okay, wasn't super friendly but we will definitely try this place out again if we're ever in the area
