Google
What kind of small cookie is this. Been to insomnia cookies at other states in the United States and never had this problem. I’m not sure how an employee can pick up a cookie like this and give it out to a customer. It tasted like any other insomnia cookie which is a great thing.

Google
first time at the cap hill location Insomnia Cookie, asked for a soft cookie, something sweet that pairs well with an ice cream, and Fabian at the counter put me on with the Confetti deluxe cookie + the Birthday Cake ice cream duo. Bro ts blew my big back away 🙏🏽 Fabian the goat, i’ll never forget you for putting me on ts 🙏🏽 so gas and the cookie fall apart soft on some tendernism type shi 💯💯

Google
SUPER friendly staff, very easy online ordering. I was very surprised at the size of the cookies, thinking at that price point of $20 for a 6 pack that they'd be comparable to other cookie-forward chains but they're pretty standard smallish size. That being said I LOVE that there's a late night snack spot next to Neighbours. Photo of six pack after I'd already eaten half of one. Marker for scale.

Cookies are extremely small for the price, you are probably better off just buying the cookie from the supermarket. These three cookies on the picture costed me 10 dollars and I could get a pack of these that are even bigger from the supermarket for half the price. Only worth going for the Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The best late-night cookie fix in Seattle! Warm, gooey, and fresh from the oven — exactly what you want when the cravings hit. The variety is amazing: chocolate chunk, oatmeal raisin, double chocolate, and even a vegan/gluten-free option that surprised me with how good it was. I never ate sweets growing up, but age shifts the mind and body, and these cookies have become my guilty pleasure. Perfect for sharing with friends, late study nights, or just treating yourself after a long day. Service was quick, and everything was packaged neatly. If you’re looking for delicious, late-night cookies in Seattle, Insomnia Cookies is the spot.

Google
Unreliable. I placed an order on Thursday for a Monday delivery at noon. Noon comes and goes, takes me an hour to get through to someone at a different location to finally be told at 2:15 that the person who was supposed to open that store didn't show up. I understand emergencies etc. but how hard would it have been for someone to call me. Mercedes in the customer service department was very helpful and that made the situation better but I still have a birthday party with no dessert. Next day: still waiting on the cookies.

Google
Extremely mid ice cream, the cookies are good, no tables at all even tho there is plenty of space for a bar stand. Would have been 3 stars, if the box was assembled correctly instead of one on top the other so it would actually close

Leah was so kind — she truly made my day! I’ll come back just for Leah. If you are the manager and seeing this, Leah deserves a recognition!

Yelp
I'm very happy places like here exist when places to eat at close so early! I was hungry after hanging around Cap Hill but wasn't really in the mood for tacos or hot dogs even though those are pretty tempting late at night. Then I remembered this place exists, and almost right next to Neighbors, no less! So I just had to come here for their cookies on a Saturday night. It's not really a place to hang out in, though; there's no seating inside, and you only see the front counter and part of the kitchen behind it. It's very brightly lit inside though, so it feels a little safer. Like their other location up at the UW, they sell both classic (regular cookie size) and deluxe (personal pizza size) cookies, with more flavor varieties for classic cookies than deluxe ones. The guy at the counter was very friendly and made sure what I wanted was in stock. I got two classic cookies for this visit - one double chocolate chunk and one classic with M&Ms. Cookies weren't warm when I got them but that didn't matter too much for me. They're regular cookies but both hit the spot when you have a near-insatiable sweet tooth. Neither were too light nor too heavy so I still felt like I could party some more after. Sugar content isn't overpowering for what I got.

Yelp
A good dessert shop to stop by, especially at night! I had their triple chocolate deluxe and it was good. I enjoyed the amount of chocolate it had and the cookie came warm. The service was good. The cashier was nice and helpful with any questions I had. It was quick to get the order ready. The ambiance of the store is okay. Nothing too special about it. It's also small and has no seating inside.

Yelp
Triple chunk chocolate chip cookie is the best! It's the deluxe cookie, so significantly bigger than the normal cookie. It was warm, gooey and the batter of the cookie was so good. Usually cookies feel pretty heavy after eating, yet it didn't have that effect on me. The guy working was extremely nice and answered any questions we had! No complaints there. The interior is a bit small, but the music was really nice. Just as a heads up, it is located in the heart of capitol hill so be aware of that.

Yelp
We were recently in Seattle and it was late in the evening. I was craving a cookie, so we swung by and grabbed a box to share with our daughter and her friend. Oh my goodness! These are some delicious cookies! The service is great and they are open late!

Yelp
The first time I had Insomnia was probably 17 years ago in Michigan and I remember thinking Seattle needs this...yeah, I'm super old. That being said, I've had their cookies delivered to my girl since everyone needs a sweet treat and they arrived as promised, warm. I popped in today to grab some cookies for myself and they were just as good as I remember, soft, warm, sweet. I like that they are a no frills kinda cookie, you know what to expect and won't feel sick...plus you can eat one and know it's one serving (not 4). Shop is clean, service is friendly. I hope they stick around.

Yelp
We stopped in during the location's first week and were greeted by the very friendly Bo, who recommended the off-menu Lemon White Chocolate cookies. Delicious, especially with whole milk. Cute aesthetic inside, looking forward to seeing it grow in popularity

Yelp
I thought the cookies would be huge like Crumbl Cookie size for the price you pay but they are regular sized cookies. There is nothing special about the cookies. For an ice cream sandwich it will run you $17! I will pass on this place for sure.

Yelp
Service was great. Cookies are solid but a little pricey though! Parking is a terrible so don't go during lunch or traffic time.

Yelp
I ordered my food at 8:48 PM on Uber Eats (to be delivered by Insomnia Cookies staff, not Uber). The estimated arrival was for 9:15-9:35 PM. I am staying at a hotel for the week and I had it noted to be delivered to the lobby. At 9:35 I did not receive my order so I called the store. The employee told me the driver arrived at the hotel at 9:25 and tried calling me but I didn't answer. As he did not get contact, he moved on. I told the store employee I did not receive a call and I was in the lobby since 9:15 and I did not see anyone. I confirmed with hotel staff that no one came by so I gave the lady my phone number to ensure the driver had it correct. Immediately after hanging up, the driver called me. He said he had a later preset time on my order so he had not come by yet but would arrive in 10 minutes. He arrived at 9:57 PM. The cookies were cold, and the ice cream was melted. He said there was a communication error on their part. I was more annoyed that they weren't up front about it being late because the driver and store employee's stories didn't match. Luckily I had a microwave in my hotel room which was nice to reheat the cookies but so long to the ice cream. Of course after the fees (and I still tipped) it was $38 for three items. Not worth it at all.

Yelp
Anyone who wants to compare Insomnia to Crumbl is sleeping on these cookies (no pun intended). Everything is special about them. I haven't had Insomnia since college, and oh my lanta I was so excited to see a location open up here. Cookie quality over cookie size. Let that shi melt in your mouth and enter a new plane of existence.

Yelp
My favorite place to spend my paycheck on things I don't need. I love the gluten free vegan chocolate chip cookies. They are delightful.

Jalen P.

Yelp
Ordered online, tried to get help from staff and received no help. Waited for an hour and never even got a chance to try the cookies.
