I have mixed feelings about my visit. First, let me say this: the cookies were absolutely amazing—easily some of the best I’ve had in a long time. If I were rating the product alone, it would be a solid 5 stars. Unfortunately, the service and staffing situation completely tainted the experience.
There was one woman working the front entirely alone, trying to take orders, prep them, and keep things moving for a line of at least 18 people. Meanwhile, two other staff members were clearly visible in the back, doing absolutely nothing to help. Laughing, chatting, completely ignoring the chaos up front. It was hard to watch—this woman was hustling nonstop and visibly stressed while they just stood there.
It honestly felt disrespectful not only to the customers, but to their coworker who was left to drown while they didn’t lift a finger. Whether it’s a management issue or just blatant disregard for team responsibility, something needs to be addressed here. Great product means little if the experience is overshadowed by poor service and internal neglect.
Please do better. The person working alone deserves support, and your customers deserve a smoother experience
