Insomnia Cookies

I had a fantastic experience during my first trip to insomnia cookies. I had heard how delicious the cookies were and decided to taste as many appetizing treats as possible. I picked every name that appealed to me. (Try whatever is the seasonal flavors) The customer service there was warm and inviting also. Thank you to the crew! They gave me plenty of time to pick (and change my mind) from as many flavors as I wanted to. I WILL be an insomniac whenever I'm in the area!!!

My daughter loves this place! Today was a great day to stop for some hot and delicious cookies!!!

Very nice employees, professional manners, clean store. MARY IS AN ABSOLUTE DOLL! SO PRETTY, she’s amazing along with the staff. ( maybe one of the employees should dress more appropriately infront of customers, very unprofessional. Although, great experience! Great job franchisers!

Awesome smell of the aroma of the cookies. I'm a door dasher so I havent tasted any yet but the aroma is too bite into them all and try. Clean and friendly employees.

Their efficient service after a large sporting event (Egg Bowl) was commendable. Ordered on the app, no wait beyond the one person ahead of me completing their transaction, fresh and great quality.

They were having issues with the machine so I had to order online. Online the cookies costs more. Not happy. Cookies are great tho.

Delicious and soft. The sugar and vegan birthday cake ones are so tasty. I've tasted a few of them and they are all so flavorful. 1000/10

The snickerdoodle gets no love on the Yelp reviews but I LOVED IT! I was expecting more from the Macadamia Nut (not too impressed). M&M, Double Chocolate Chunk were all amazing!!!!! The cookies were delivered hot out of the oven. We slightly panicked when the app told us that our cookies were delivered and we hadn't received them. Turns out, after calling corporate, it's a glitch. DO NOT PANIC! Your cookies are still in the way! The tip $3.25 and delivery charge $1.99 are included (super reasonable for a sugar rush). Be sure to look for the DEAL OF THE DAY! We received 3 FREE Chocolate Chunk cookies for our deal of the day. A great mid-day or late night snack. They are open until 3am so we are likely to order again before the night is over.

Always delicious! I love the late night delivery- perfect for college students. They get my order right! Did have some concerns with the delivery driver, but eventually we worked it out

They close at midnight. I went in at 11:04 pm. The worker proceeded to tell me that I needed to hurry up and order because they got a long drive to get home and they're shutting down. Someone else asked when they closed and he said 12:00 and then proceeded to be hostile the whole time we were in there and hurrying us out even though it was an hour until close.

I got the chocolate chunk, chocolate caramel pretzel, and m&m's cookies! They were delivered extremely quickly by Dre and were warm and delicious!

I had a really great Deluxe Ala Mode with the Triple Chocolate Chunk Cookie and Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream. This was better than other ice cream and cookie places because the cookies were still significantly warmer than the ice cream, and that's probably because they keep their cookies in a hot box! While it was super good, it was a lot of food (not necessarily complaining I guess). Despite all this goodness I felt like it was a little expensive for things... it was $6.25 for two traditional cookies and a milk. Each traditional cookie was $1.50, so the milk is $3.25 in that deal... idk... just a little pricey I think.

Isaiah the delivery driver left the store tonight at 9:02 pm and didn't arrive with our cookies (we live less than a mile from the store) until 9:45 pm. Cookies were cold and there was no apology. Everyone back at the store was helpful with locating him and offering assistance, but it was absolutely ridiculous timing.

Very RACIST! The guy was rude and acted impatient. Rushed as well. All that & THE COOKIES STILL RAW! I will never visit this location again! Yes I'm African American

Went again! Sure is a popular place at anytime at night. Line at midnight. My Family all had ice cream except my college kid had a cookie. Ice cream was just OK. Slight freezer burnt taste. Next time I'm sticking with the cookies. Much tastier!

When in Starkville, I highly recommend a visit to Insomnia Cookie Store by all means. Cookies can be purchased either single piece or by the dozens. I really the "Double Chocolate, Almond Macadamia nut, and Mint Chocolate Chip" flavors :) Also, delivery orders can be done online Which is a gas saver. I dont know how good their delivery service is, so this just my experience at the counter. I brought a dozen back with me ($16.00)and they were very good! I'm sure this place stays packed when students arrive on campus and I see why they had so many in the store. I need yhis place connected to my house for sweet tooth attacks!

Over a week ago I ordered cookies for my niece who was moving into her dorm in school freshman year. The order was to be delivered today at 2:15 pm. I found out she never received them at 9:30 this evening and called the store. First I was told the order was cancelled because they didn't have the right cookies, then that the recipient had called and cancelled (she didn't even know about the order so that's not possible) and finally I was told the order was still pending. I asked why I had not gotten an email or text or call about it 7 hours later, and couldn't get an answer. As I don't know my niece's schedule beyond today, I asked for the order to be cancelled. The very sweet girl on the phone was very apologetic but I am incredibly disappointed in how this was handled (or rather wasn't handled).

Yummy warm cookies! So many different flavors and all very tasty! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the lack luster customer service. I'd still go back again.

We thought a late night cookie run would be a good idea, until we had to wait half an hour for two chocolate chip cookies. There simply wasn't enough staff to take care of the line, even though there weren't that many people. The staff that was there wasn't very efficient. Our cookies were very good but they weren't quite cooked fully. TL;DR: line was really long, not good service. Cookies weren't worth it.

This place is HORRIBLE. Not only did they forget 2 regular cookies and 2 deluxe cookies THAT I PAID FOR. They did not even bring back my correct order. The employees are so extremely lazy and the man answering the phone for customer service was extremely rude. I talked to two people and they said "the correct cookies will be delivered" ......and they never did. I even tipped our driver very good. WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN. You lost my business along with A LOT of other people. I'm very well known in Starkville and I will ruin their reputation, I promise.

I absolutely love going to Insomnia cookies. It's super convenient to me as an architecture student because I work on insane hours. Every time I go, the staff are so nice and are always helpful. Every time I've went in an, awesome employee, Lindsey (sorry if I misspelled it), has accommodated me anytime there was not an order of my preference or if there was a misunderstanding in my order. She's awesome. So shout out to Lindsey!!! Five star place and five star staff.

Love the idea, but it's suppose to be a warm cookie. Mine was literally room temperature, as if it was sitting in a box of dozens at the grocery store. When I asked the employee if they were suppose to be served warm, he said "yeah but sorry." No attempt to make it right. Disappointing and expensive for a grocery store cookie. My husband's had wax paper attached to the bottom of his. Small piece but it was stuck pretty good and he almost ended up eating it. Overall, it didn't measure up to similar places and a Chick-fil-A cookie might have been a better choice!

The cookies are delicious and warm I highly recommend if you haven't had them it's worth it

Cookies were fine, though I wish the ice cream came with spoons. . . What really got me was the delivery driver. I was visiting a friend who is new to town and neither one of us know Starkville very well, but the delivery location was literally two blocks from Mugshots. The delivery driver called, irate that he couldn't find us, and kept asking if we were by the police station... we were in the opposite direction. I had to tell him four times just to drive to Mugshots and come down the block, the opposite direction of the police department. He kept going the wrong way and we only got our cookies after I dropped a pin, at the address, two blocks from Mugshots. The driver was completely unhelpful and rude, and couldn't follow simple directions. Customer service counts for a lot and it's seriously lacking at this Insomnia.

Always hot and always quick! Love this place! My boyfriend and I always split a six-pack! Perfect size for two

The cookies tasted fairly good, although the very first bite my boyfriend took out of his cookie had plastic in it, and the customer service wasn't that great, we walked in, and they didn't ask us how we were doing or anything, just asked us what we wanted and told us the price.

Great cookies! The chocolate mint was one of my favorite and my least favorite was the snickerdoodle. Would come back again, they are open late.

Was traveling down blackjack & thru campus trails around 8pm tonight (4/15). A silver car with an Insomnia Cookies sign on the top of it road on top of my bumper for 15 minutes straight almost hitting me multiple times. When I pulled into a parking spot he almost hit my car again, and flew past me doing at least 65 in a 15. I had a baby in the car with me as well. I'm sure the cookies are good lol. Maybe you should find safer drivers.

Great experiences thus far with services and cookies. I've been there a handful of times and ordered delivery for our office. Always warm and delicious cookies.

This is a good Insomnia. Employees have always been friendly, and delivery times (at least to the MSU campus area) have always been short. Unfortunately, from time to time, the cookies have been a tad overdone. That's rare though, overall a good experience 90% of the time.

Served me raw food!! Horrible Customer Service!!! The Worst!! I bought a Snickerdoodle and after breaking it in half, I realized the cookie was totally raw in the middle. I took the cookie back up the counter and showed it to the lady. She said to just throw it away in the trash can by the door as I left. She DID NOT say Sorry that she served me raw food. She DID NOT offer to give me another cookie. She DID NOT offer me a refund. She did NOTHING in the line of normal customer service!!! Totally worthless employee!!! Will never enter one of these stores ever!!!

Love insomnia cookies but we went in on Sunday evening after the b-ball game 1-26-20 and a girl named Jadice was working there. She had the worst attitude and was very rude to our family while dropping cookies as well. We have never had a problem with going to this location, but u could tell she did not want to help us out, wanted nothing to do with our family, or her working there. Service like this makes u not want to return

Very sloppy delivery, and lazy deliverer. My cookies were goopy and nasty looking. They did taste good, I just expected more, since I paid $31

I ordered a 12 pack over the phone, they transferred me to a call center in Pennsylvania who couldn't find Starkville on google, after about 10 minutes of spelling Starkville over the phone I completed my order. Then the delivery driver screwed up my order by giving me 6 cookies instead of the 12 I payed for. They refused to fix their mistake and I was robbed of 6 delicious cookies. Don't order over the phone just go to the store and pick them up.

The cookies were amazing! They were warm and soft and just oh so delicious! Perfect place to grab a sweet after dinner or a midnight snack! I will definitely be coming back soon!

I had high expectations walking in the door. That fell apart really fast. Only two of the five employees in the store we're working to help customers. One on the register, one preparing food, three standing in the back talking and playing on their cell phones. After a long wait three of our four cookies were nothing more than warm cookie dough. I made an attempt to bring this to the attention of one of the employees only to be ignored. We threw our food in the garbage and walked away with three disappointed children. Will not be back. If you want something sweet, go next-door to Chick-fil-A and have an ice cream cone with your kids.

Horrible service. Placed an order online, and received an email stating that there was an error and to call them. BTW, the phone number listed doesn't actually call the store, but a corporate office, and they can call the store. Well, the corporate office was very friendly, however, they tried to contact the store and find out what the problem was, and the store would not answer the phone after about 15 minutes of trying (no, it was no where near closing). This is not the only issue I've had. I've ordered delivery from them about 4 times, and every single time they get the order wrong. If this was a pizza place and they forgot toppings, that's one thing, but literally, all they have to do is put cookies in a box! The receipt is even taped to the box! Is it really that hard to open the box and check to make sure all of the items are there? And I'm not talking just missing 1 cookie. I'll order a dozen cookies, and they'll only give me about 7 or 8 in the box! That's almost half the order that's missing! And no, it's not that they got the order mixed up, because the cookies I did receive were cookies I ordered. It's almost like they just skim the order, and then grab a handful of cookies and throw them in the box without even bothering to make sure it's right. Whenever I order from them, I have to make sure the delivery driver doesn't leave until I make sure everything I ordered is there.
