Horrible service. Placed an order online, and received an email stating that there was an error and to call them. BTW, the phone number listed doesn't actually call the store, but a corporate office, and they can call the store. Well, the corporate office was very friendly, however, they tried to contact the store and find out what the problem was, and the store would not answer the phone after about 15 minutes of trying (no, it was no where near closing). This is not the only issue I've had. I've ordered delivery from them about 4 times, and every single time they get the order wrong. If this was a pizza place and they forgot toppings, that's one thing, but literally, all they have to do is put cookies in a box! The receipt is even taped to the box! Is it really that hard to open the box and check to make sure all of the items are there? And I'm not talking just missing 1 cookie. I'll order a dozen cookies, and they'll only give me about 7 or 8 in the box! That's almost half the order that's missing! And no, it's not that they got the order mixed up, because the cookies I did receive were cookies I ordered. It's almost like they just skim the order, and then grab a handful of cookies and throw them in the box without even bothering to make sure it's right. Whenever I order from them, I have to make sure the delivery driver doesn't leave until I make sure everything I ordered is there.
