The worst customer service experience I’ve had at an insomnia location and I’m a frequent customer. Firstly, there was only one person working the register and preparing orders. I waited at least 15 minutes before it was my time to order. However, the employee simply left to go into the back. And I get it - she had other things to do - but a “one moment ma’am, I apologize for the continued wait” would have made a considerable difference in my experience. When she did return, there was still no communication; instead, she prepared delivery orders on the counter in front of me. After waiting an additional 5 minutes, I was finally acknowledged and allowed to place my order. And of course, I didn’t get any of the cheeky banter she had with the white customers before me. Just all around unpleasant and I’ll be sticking to the VA location.
