Very cool food concept; Slaw was tablespoon sized and super bitter, almost plain cabbage; was hard to find Paneer Tikka flavor under all the salt; cheese was split like egg; little filling so the top and bottom sandwich bread touch all the way around; interior looks unfinished; sandwich took 20 minutes with no orders ahead of mine.

I stopped by to check out the place on Thursday but wasn't aware of the closing hours so I happened to arrive right when they were closing up. However, the worker overheard that I wanted to get some masala chai so she invited my friends and I inside and took in the order request for Masala Chai (which was amazing btw). I can't believe that now I have option for authentic masala chai in Evanston :') Thank you for the kindness! I can't wait to come back to try to the sandwiches. P.S: It would be great if you added option of adrak (ginger) masala chai for winter times.

Very different and delicious sandwiches. I loved the different spices. Very fun. I'll be back.

Food was delicious and service was friendly. It does take about ~15 minutes to prepare the sandwiches so I'd recommend ordering ahead via their website. Also note that the restaurant is take-out only and orders are submitted via your phone.

My partner and I picked up some spice kits while doing the Evanston Beverage walk and so glad we did! He and I both love Indian food but have never tried to cook it at home because we don't have the many necessary spices. We bought the dinner kits to make Chicken Vindaloo, Chicken Tikka Masala and Dal Makhani and all of the meals were amazing! These spice kits make the cooking process easy and approachable and the best part is that all you need is one pot (we use a dutch oven) so clean up is easy. We can't wait to order more!

I have taken cooking classes and tried different spice packets to learn how to make chana masala at home. Until I received a gift of Inspired Indian Cooking packets, my efforts usually required a lot of work with a bland end result. Kalpana’s kits are full of fresh flavorful spices and she’s come up with workarounds to make the preparation easy - even for a novice in the kitchen. The chana masala and butter chicken are my favorite kits but every one I’ve tried has been quick, easy and delicious.

I can’t say enough about this company, I’ve been following them since the pandemic, and are thrilled that they now have their own storefront! We are vegetarians and Kalpana, the owner, has extended great advice in using all the spice kits to work for us and they are each delicious! All recipes are so easy to follow and I guarantee your home will smell amazing! We particularly enjoy the butter chicken but with tofu:). LOVE INSPIRED INDIAN COOKING - do yourself a favor and order from them!
