Instacart sucks - avoid them if you can, they are unresponsive and and mess. They needed a gate code and texted for the code by the time I texted them back the order was canceled. After calling cutomer support the ordered was supposed to be redelivered. After calling again they decide to deliever it 2 days later. Not real good for cold cuts. Just horrible customer service and attention to detail. STAY AWAY from instacart. If i could give them give them zero stars I would.

Ordered groceries after a storm! Shoppers canceled the orders trying to scam and get the tip! Disgusting! We waiting 5 hours for groceries that were never delivered. Deliverable the next day! That’s helps when you have children to feed! And they lock up your money for 7 days! 😍

For the most part, they are ok until you request a refund. This is the second or third time an item was paid for but not delivered, and they refused to give a refund or credit. The last item was only 5$. Then, they gave an option to appeal only to reject that as well. Membership canceled.

I’m not a fan of their customer service. It’s always aggressive and non-accommodating. Expect to have to fight to get anything accomplished with this service. Almost worth ordering from store and asking them to bring to door at times.
