THE BEST FOOD TRUCK! I have been eating at Insurgent for Years. I started eating at Insurgent since I met them at the Denton community market, then I followed them to every which way market and then special events that were themed. (I don't have foodie problem at all) I love their Halloween 6 course meals the best, it's a different theme every year. They buy from local farms and everything is made when you order it so it's always fresh. I also bought cakes for my child birthday over the years. I absolutely love their veggie options as well These 3 are the best team I have ever met.

Insurgent has an incredible menu and concept - for as long as they’ve been in business. Such talented chefs and people, I’m always excited to see what they come up with next. The rotating menu always has the freshest ingredients from local farms and is the most tasty stuff you can find around. They always put so much thought into what they do If you get a chance to go to a ticketed event they have, don’t miss out!

This is one of my favorite food trucks I’ve ever tried! Everything is always so good and their menu is incredibly creative. You can tell that they really care what they’re doing and take pride in serving awesome food. I’ve literally decided to go to an event purely because they were popping up.

THE BEST local food truck around! Their Steak Sandwich is def in my top 5 of ALL STEAK sandwiches EVER and their desserts are always superb! There has not been a miss when trying something new on their menu- Delicious every time! They have some pretty cool Halloween theme dinners as well during spooky season! I already cannot wait for the next one! ALL my friends know they are coming lol

If you haven’t been to Insurgent yet YOU NEED TO. I have never had anything that wasn’t 10/10 from here and the people are some of the most dedicated and down to earth that you will meet. Denton needs more food spots like them (most recently devoured was this phenomenal corn dog and kimchi and steak loaded fries)

These folks are some of the best cooks in North Texas (perhaps in the entire state!) in or out of a truck, and some of the nicest people you could hope to meet. Their menu is always inventive and delicious, and after a few visits you will have a favorite thing on the menu and be delighted when it returns. For me, it's the shaved prime rib sandwich, which I can happily finish inside of one minute even though I know I should savor it. Sometimes they have desserts and those are a must-order every time.

I am vegan and my wife loves meat. It's hard for us to find a restaurant that does both and does them well. Insurgent has consistently blown both of us away with their quality, creativity, and variety. They source from local farmers and you can taste the care they put into their food. Also their waffle fries are out of this world. 10/10 reccomend!!!

The food here was absolutely amazing! Everything we tried was full of flavor and made with care. On top of that, the owners were incredibly sweet and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The vibe of the place is super relaxed and friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending insurgent to all my friends and family!
