Love going here when I'm in Cville, really just for the vibe. Vast selection of spices and teas in bulk so you can stock up and try different dishes /brews.
They always have some type of sale going on.
People who work here are pretty chill too.

I enjoy their seasoning/spice selection. They also started selling a new product called alka-sol spring water - I love it. Looking forward to them restocking more.

They have a decent assortment of bulk dry goods and herbs here. They have some local produce. They are owned by Frontier Co-op, however, and the cost of goods here is really astronomical. Especially any shelved goods. Some bulk goods and vegetables here are reasonable. I wouldn't shop here for anything else. I want to support local... but I don't support this kind of greed anywhere. Be it Whole Foods or Frontier.

Always interesting to go here. I love their selection of fermented foods and dairy alternative yogurts. Also a HUGE vitamin and homeopathic section. It was great

Excellent choice for those interested in supporting local businesses. A little bit spendy for some items but for a small store they have an amazing selection & a variety of items on sale. Definitely worth checking out & I will be returning.

Love integral yoga natural foods! I have gotten spices and bulk items, my favorite soap and lip balm, jewelry, incense, and seeds for my gardens. I worked there years ago too making juices and smoothies. Always enjoy shopping there.

They have the best selection and tastiest produce in Charlottesville and their produce prices are reasonable. They always have a wide variety of local fruits and vegetables, including organic or no-spray, that have much more flavor than the horrible cold storage produce you'll find at Whole Foods or other Krogers. It is well worth coming here just for the produce.
