The Interalpen Hotel Tyrol is a truly special place, set in complete seclusion in the mountains and surrounded by breathtaking snowy forests and alpine views. The sense of calm and escape you get from the moment you arrive is unforgettable.||The hotel offers excellent shuttle services to nearby ski fields, and the on-site ski hire is extremely convenient and well organised. Everything is ready before you head out on the shuttle, which makes ski days seamless.||The views from both the room and throughout the hotel are stunning, especially with fresh snow. Waking up to the mountains each morning was a highlight of our stay.||The spa facilities are luxurious and deeply relaxing. The pool, sauna, and steam room were beautifully maintained and perfect after a day on the slopes (though I’ll admit I wasn’t quite brave enough to try the non-textile sauna!).||Staff across the hotel were consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, especially the ski hire team and concierge. Dining is half-board due to the hotel’s remote location, and the food exceeded expectations. The quality, variety, and presentation were excellent, particularly impressive given we stayed over the Christmas period.||A special mention to Noel, who looked after us each evening at dinner. Being seated in the same spot each night with such attentive, skilled service made the experience feel personal and memorable.||Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful stay. We would absolutely love to return one day!

An exceptional alpine escape in the Austrian Alps! The Interalpen Hotel Tyrol is beautifully secluded in the mountains, surrounded by breathtaking snowy forests and alpine views that make it feel truly peaceful and special. The shuttle service to nearby ski fields is very well organised, and the on-site ski hire is excellent — everything is ready before boarding the shuttle, which makes ski days effortless. The views from the rooms and throughout the hotel are stunning. The spa facilities, including the pool, sauna, and steam room, are luxurious and incredibly relaxing after a day in the snow. Staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful, especially the ski hire team and concierge. Due to the hotel’s remote location, dining is half-board, and the food was delicious with great variety, even during the busy Christmas period. A special thank you to Noel, who looked after us at dinner each evening — his attentive service made the experience even more memorable. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely love to return!

We have travelled the world and this hotel has to be one of our most favourite and best, not just because of the most spectacular views or because of the beautiful interior and furnishings, or even the most spacious and well equipped rooms but what really puts the Interalpen at the top is the staff. We have never come across such happy and helpful staff with such a high level of service. We have stayed at this hotel so many times and love it so much we chose to renew our wedding vows on Christmas Eve. It was a very special day and can’t thank all the staff enough for making our day special.

This hotel is a truly remarkable place! I had a room with a separate room in it and the balcony was large and had two very comfortable loungers. The food was very nice and the breakfast amazing. This is a brilliant get away. The staff and service is impeccable. The atmosphere is like something from the movies.

The hotel had large rooms and would be perfect for family travel. The housekeeping was very good. The spa staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming.||Most travellers arrive there by car. We did not and as a result felt a little trapped over 5 nights. Without a car a shorter break would be perfect.||I have taken off one star as before booking, I asked the hotel how to get to Seefeld. They said it was 20 minutes by taxi or there was a free bus. The hotel does not provide a shuttle into Seefeld. It turned out that the taxi was around 6o euros one way and the bus took 1.5 hours each way as it was not direct and involved changing buses etc||To find this out on arrival is a little disappointing. And we had to adjust our mindset to simply staying in the hotel. we ventured to Seefeld once!||I think the hotel should make the travel arrangements into Seefeld clearer on their website for guests without cars or even better provide a regular shuttle service.

We have been to Interalpen many times. The highlight of our stay was always the pool. Unfortunately this time enjoying the pool was impossible...too cold. Much too cold. They save energy and the guests are paying for the unpleasantness. Simply impossible to use the "heated" pool. When we asked the front desk to raise the temprature of the water they said that they know it is too cold and "will try to do something". They did not do anything although they confirmed that our complaint was one that they are familiar with. We are sad to say that this is not the kind of treat we expected from such a resort. We were guest there few times in the past and were always able to enjoy the pool. Not this time!!! Unfortunately.

I’ve just returned home from Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol, and I’m genuinely impressed. I was there in November 9-14th. The service was exceptional — warm, attentive, and perfectly balanced, without ever feeling intrusive. You can feel real hospitality in every interaction. The food was outstanding, both in quality and creativity. Every meal felt carefully crafted, with great respect for ingredients and presentation. The SPA facilities are remarkable — the variety of saunas, quiet zones, pools, and treatments is truly dizzying. It’s a place where you can lose all sense of time and completely reset. I was lucky to visit during a quiet window between seasons, which created an even more peaceful and deeply relaxing atmosphere. It felt like the entire property was breathing calm. I will absolutely return with my whole family. Interalpen is a rare place where luxury and sincerity meet naturally.

I decided to "reward" myself for all of my hard work in 2015. I wanted to experience the EDP (European Delivery Program) by Mercedes Benz so I did just that in September 2015. My MB Escondido sales person who is German recommended that I stay at Interalpen. I am so blessed and thankful for the experience. My travel buddy and I had the best YOLO and "pampered" experience. Everything was first class. Would highly, highly recommend if you're near the area to def stop by Innsbruck! It's so beautiful and lush.

It has taken me a while to remark on this place due to mixed feelings and just time I didn't have. I will revisit this place again (Summer "18) for a wedding and hope that I can come back and revise my comments... This place is off the wall!! Majestic, eco-friendly, built on the side of the mountain viewing the Austrian Alps in all its glory, very breath-taking... When you drive up to the resort your jaw will drop. It is really a sight, the drive up to the resort is a bit sketchy but the scenery is beautiful and worth it. The town that you drive thru had an old-world charm to it (almost like the sound of music) and an envy worthy garage once you ascend the winding road up into the mountain under the resort...The attention to detail is designed with so much care and in a large scale, set up for all types of occasions. A couple of years ago, I had the pleasure of enjoying some time here for a much needed R&R after spending some time on an assignment overseas. The room we were assigned was spacious and charming. We explored the resort but I did not have the pleasure of going to the pool or the surrounding area. I spent a lot of time in the Spa and Sauna... One word of caution, when we left there we checked our receipts, one of the spa members changed a $10 tip to a $40. We found this out because the hair salon messed up pretty badly on my friends hair, so we had to sit through that again for the lady to fix it...that was after getting the manager of the hotel involved (What a mess!!) Go at your own risk! Apparently we missed the accommodations for breakfast too, there was some miscommunications when we checked in.

Welcome to the lap of luxury in the Alps! Simply exquisite in every way! The amazing underground garage greets you initially as you drive up to this chalet themed masterpiece. Beautifully decorated rooms,charming dining room and eternity pool that leads from indoors to outdoors while facing the snow capped alps are just some of the reasons that this hotel is not to be missed!

A beautiful hotel in the Austrian Alps. The facilities are top notch and the rooms are beautifully presented. My superior room was the size of a small flat, and probably bigger than the 6 person chalet I had recently shared in France. 2 beds in the main room (which also had a balcony, a stove with seating, couches and a dining table, a single bed in the dressing room and both a tub and a wet room shower. The grounds are beautifully laid out, the restaurant is large and the breakfast spread huge. Spa and fitness rooms were well kept and there is even a ski hire location in the basement. What more could you ask for?

Our Mercedes salesperson highly recommended we stay at this hotel for 2 nights on our latest vacation to pick up our car in Germany. Wow! He was right, this place was wonderful!
