I had a wonderful stay at the Beijing Sanlitun Intercontinental Hotel. The hotel is located in a lively area, making inner-city commuting very convenient. The lobby café offered a delightful atmosphere and enjoyable refreshments. Breakfast was comprehensive & delicious. Swimming pool & gym facilities were top notch. Overall, very enjoyable stay.

Incredibly stunning hotel especially with the high floor rooms. Excellent staff, especially the cleaning staff. Every night I came back to my items having being attentively organised or folded away, which was an excellent touch and made my stay. Delicious dining options from breakfast to the dinner options for in-room dining. Also great options from the free minibar! Hopefully get to return soon!

While the hotel itself is stunning, what truly sets it apart is the exceptional staff and service. ​I was blown away by the service provided by Eva Liu at the front desk. She is a true gem. The check-in process, which can often be a hassle, was a breeze thanks to her efficiency and professional demeanor. But it was her genuine warmth and outstanding service that made the difference. She made me feel not just like a guest, but a valued one. My first impression of the hotel was perfect, all thanks to Eva. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-tier experience.

All the staff was amazing. Thanks to Monica, Daniel, Thomas and everyone I didn’t name. Such a warm welcome, we had an amazing stay. Everything was perfect and the team is such a great help. It was our first time in China and they were very helpful for bookings and advices. They also are very reactive (we forgot something at the hotel and they were very fast helping us). We enjoyed a lot and will come back for sure.

Highly recommended & definitely will return whenever back in Beijing. Our flights back to HK cancelled (due to Typhoon), our group incl multiple families easily secured rooms close enough together. Front desk staff (Adison Gao & Nora Sun) & F&B manager were extremely helpful, especially with late checkouts & recommendations respectively. Breakfast was comprehensive & delicious. Excellent hotel in the heart of Beijing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at Intercontinental Beijing Sanlitun for 9 nights, from November 3 to 12, 2025, and absolutely loved it. The hotel impressed us with its cleanliness, cozy interior, and outstanding service. The area around is full of shopping malls, restaurants, and cafes, so you truly feel in the center of Beijing’s vibrant life. Highly recommended for both leisure and business stays!
