​What a phenomenal experience at the InterContinental BEIJING SANLITUN! While the hotel itself is stunning, what truly sets it apart is the exceptional staff and service. ​I was blown away by the service provided by Eva Liu at the front desk. She is a true gem. The check-in process, which can often be a hassle, was a breeze thanks to her efficiency and professional demeanor. But it was her genuine warmth and outstanding service that made the difference. She made me feel not just like a guest, but a valued one. My first impression of the hotel was perfect, all thanks to Eva. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-tier experience.

Highly recommended & definitely will return whenever back in Beijing. Our flights back to HK cancelled (due to Typhoon), our group incl multiple families easily secured rooms close enough together. Front desk staff (Adison Gao & Nora Sun) & F&B manager were extremely helpful, especially with late checkouts & recommendations respectively. Breakfast was comprehensive & delicious. Swimming pool & gym facilities were top notch. Overall, very enjoyable stay! Thanks Intercon!

I had a wonderful stay at the Beijing Sanlitun Intercontinental Hotel. The hotel is located in a lively area, making inner-city commuting very convenient. The lobby café offered a delightful atmosphere and enjoyable refreshments. Special thanks to Monica and Laura from the concierge team, who were exceptionally helpful in arranging on-site amenities such as shoe shining and providing detailed information about other services like the spa. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I look forward to returning again soon.

Wonderful Stay – Highly RecommendedWe had an excellent experience staying at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Beijing. The location is unbeatable, with a shopping center, numerous stores, and plenty of dining options right at your doorstep.The breakfast was a standout feature—truly one of the best we’ve experienced in terms of variety and quality. Everything was fresh, well-presented, and delicious, making breakfast a highlight of our stay.Our room was very spacious, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable—we slept like babies each night. The complimentary drinks were a thoughtful touch, and we enjoyed relaxing on Level 3 to sip them in a pleasant atmosphere. The mini bar’s complimentary items were also much appreciated.Another big plus was the excellent soundproofing; we didn’t hear any door slams or hallway noise throughout our stay, which made for a peaceful and restful environment.Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly stay here again the next time we visit Beijing.

We had a fantastic stay — it was flawless from the moment we made the booking, to after we checked out. Ahead of our stay, they made a booking for a restaurant on my behalf, and even rang me from abroad to discuss the best time to do up some decorations for the room as we were celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday and I wanted to surprise him. We were delighted to step into the room that evening with fresh flowers, balloons, and a neon “Happy Birthday” sign greeting us. Throughout our stay, the front desk, reservations team, concierge, and housekeeping team were so helpful, responding to all our messages swiftly and delivering service with utmost professionalism. The level of thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and overall service we experienced was truly unparalleled. The room was always spotless and we felt so comfortable staying there. Housekeeping also wrote us notes to inform us that they had rearranged my makeup on the counter so I could access it more easily (but that if I didn’t like it they wouldn’t touch it again), and that they had retrieved from the bin and set aside a box of (expired) medication just in case we had thrown it out by accident. We even came back one evening to find that they had cleaned our boots even though we hadn’t requested for a shoe shine service! Amazing location, and the facilities and amenities were great as well — we particularly enjoyed our 90min massage treatments at the hotel spa, which deserves another 10/10 review altogether. Shoutout to Jenny from the reservations team, who made sure we were going to be well taken care of prior to us even setting foot in the country. Shoutout to front desk staff Nora too, who checked us in and out, and was so lovely, friendly, and warm — all smiles, eager to help, and even sent us off with a bath bomb as a little parting gift!

Hotel Review: Intercontinental Beijing Sanlitun Stay Dates: 27th – 29th March 2025 During my travels through Asia, my stay at the Intercontinental Beijing Sanlitun was a standout experience, showcasing world-class hospitality right in the heart of Beijing’s dynamic Sanlitun district. Perfectly located with easy access to the city’s cultural, culinary, and commercial highlights, this hotel is an ideal base for both business and leisure travellers. From the moment we arrived at the airport, the service was seamless — we were met at the gate, smoothly transferred to the hotel, and guided effortlessly through check-in straight to our room. Every part of the arrival experience was professional, warm, and incredibly well-organised. We stayed in one of the hotel’s spacious suites, which offered a blend of understated luxury and homely comfort. The city views from the suite were stunning, and the room was designed with thoughtful attention to detail — from the bedding and lighting to the stylish decor and generous bathroom amenities. The hotel amenities were exceptional, particularly the spa and gym, which are among the best I’ve experienced in Beijing. Whether you’re looking to unwind or stay active, these facilities provide everything you could ask for in a luxury setting. Dining was another highlight. We tried two of the hotel’s restaurants, and both impressed with excellent cuisine and service. The club lounge also deserves special mention — elegant, quiet, and offering exquisite food throughout the day in a beautifully styled environment. Breakfast, served both in the main area and the lounge, was extensive and of outstanding quality. The staff throughout the hotel were attentive, reliable, and always happy to help, consistently delivering a level of service that made us feel genuinely valued. It truly felt like they went out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. A special thank you to Mark Sun and Jeff Zhang, whose professionalism and warm hospitality made a lasting impression on us. For the overall quality of experience, comfort, and impeccable service, the Intercontinental Beijing Sanlitun offers superb value and a memorable stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Beijing who wants to enjoy the city in style and comfort.

The excellent service I encountered! This trip was already very pleasant, but the young men and women at the hotel, especially the Guest Relations Manager Xiao Yang and David, truly provided service that touched my heart!I must say, Xiao Yang's smile is truly magical! From the moment I entered the door, she greeted me with a warm smile. The check-in process was smooth and considerate, and it felt like she had thought of every detail, being extremely thoughtful.

Alex, who manages the breakfast area, was warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive—he made mornings a real pleasure. The hotel concierge team was also excellent, handling all our deliveries efficiently and with a smile. Exceptional service all around! This hotel is also located right at Sanlitun Soho ! Lots of shopping to do here 💛💛
