​What a phenomenal experience at the InterContinental BEIJING SANLITUN! While the hotel itself is stunning, what truly sets it apart is the exceptional staff and service. ​I was blown away by the service provided by Eva Liu at the front desk. She is a true gem. The check-in process, which can often be a hassle, was a breeze thanks to her efficiency and professional demeanor. But it was her genuine warmth and outstanding service that made the difference. She made me feel not just like a guest, but a valued one. My first impression of the hotel was perfect, all thanks to Eva. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-tier experience.

Highly recommended & definitely will return whenever back in Beijing. Our flights back to HK cancelled (due to Typhoon), our group incl multiple families easily secured rooms close enough together. Front desk staff (Adison Gao & Nora Sun) & F&B manager were extremely helpful, especially with late checkouts & recommendations respectively. Breakfast was comprehensive & delicious. Swimming pool & gym facilities were top notch. Overall, very enjoyable stay! Thanks Intercon!

Excellent hotel in the heart of Beijing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at Intercontinental Beijing Sanlitun for 9 nights, from November 3 to 12, 2025, and absolutely loved it. The hotel impressed us with its cleanliness, cozy interior, and outstanding service. The area around is full of shopping malls, restaurants, and cafes, so you truly feel in the center of Beijing’s vibrant life. Highly recommended for both leisure and business stays!

I had a wonderful stay at the Beijing Sanlitun Intercontinental Hotel. The hotel is located in a lively area, making inner-city commuting very convenient. The lobby café offered a delightful atmosphere and enjoyable refreshments. Special thanks to Monica and Laura from the concierge team, who were exceptionally helpful in arranging on-site amenities such as shoe shining and providing detailed information about other services like the spa. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I look forward to returning again soon.

We had a fantastic stay — it was flawless from the moment we made the booking, to after we checked out. Ahead of our stay, they made a booking for a restaurant on my behalf, and even rang me from abroad to discuss the best time to do up some decorations for the room as we were celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday and I wanted to surprise him. We were delighted to step into the room that evening with fresh flowers, balloons, and a neon “Happy Birthday” sign greeting us. Throughout our stay, the front desk, reservations team, concierge, and housekeeping team were so helpful, responding to all our messages swiftly and delivering service with utmost professionalism. The level of thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and overall service we experienced was truly unparalleled. The room was always spotless and we felt so comfortable staying there. Housekeeping also wrote us notes to inform us that they had rearranged my makeup on the counter so I could access it more easily (but that if I didn’t like it they wouldn’t touch it again), and that they had retrieved from the bin and set aside a box of (expired) medication just in case we had thrown it out by accident. We even came back one evening to find that they had cleaned our boots even though we hadn’t requested for a shoe shine service! Amazing location, and the facilities and amenities were great as well — we particularly enjoyed our 90min massage treatments at the hotel spa, which deserves another 10/10 review altogether. Shoutout to Jenny from the reservations team, who made sure we were going to be well taken care of prior to us even setting foot in the country. Shoutout to front desk staff Nora too, who checked us in and out, and was so lovely, friendly, and warm — all smiles, eager to help, and even sent us off with a bath bomb as a little parting gift!

The excellent service I encountered! This trip was already very pleasant, but the young men and women at the hotel, especially the Guest Relations Manager Xiao Yang and David, truly provided service that touched my heart!I must say, Xiao Yang's smile is truly magical! From the moment I entered the door, she greeted me with a warm smile. The check-in process was smooth and considerate, and it felt like she had thought of every detail, being extremely thoughtful.

Alex, who manages the breakfast area, was warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive—he made mornings a real pleasure. The hotel concierge team was also excellent, handling all our deliveries efficiently and with a smile. Exceptional service all around! This hotel is also located right at Sanlitun Soho ! Lots of shopping to do here 💛💛
