InterContinental Geneve, an IHG Hotel

Spa/pool is a good one breakfast is a must. After a long flight from Dallas we choose this hotel for the first night. |From the minute we arrived in the rental car we knew it was the right decision|Staff was great, beds very comfortable and this set the stage for our trip.|Breakfast then relax at the spa started our day.

Super nice business hotel near International Zone in Geneva, easy walk to the lake and paths that lead to the city center. The hotel is very nice with a restaurant and lobby bar, both are also five stars. I guess the standout is really the staff, they were effusive, friendly, helpful, and sincerely hospitable. Many people mention Vincent, the Concierge, for good reason. He was great and helped us book a day trip to Chamonix. Excellent.

We would like to extend our gratitude to Vincent from Concierge for his outstanding hospitality to us. We could not visit United Nations Office and just hoping to get suggestions on where to go in Geneva and Vincent helped us without hesitation even though we are not hotel guests. He patiently explained and introduced the history of the spots he recommended - with his humour that made us laugh all the way! ||Thank you very much Vincent and we hope to stay here in the future!

Enjoyed my dinner at their restaurant Woods. Fresh ingredients, attention to details and very attentive service. Worth the visit and then have a digestif at the bar Les Nations. Kudos for their mixologist and the well executed, balanced cocktails!

I went there for a Banquet in the restaurant and it was just the perfection. Ambiance very nice, comfortables seats and the service was smooth and friendly. Also a big applause for the 3 courses menu served, very well presented and tasty 👏

Stayed here for five days and found this hotel to be clean, with friendly staff, and a great breakfast! The prices at the bar were high, but considering where you are (in a nice hotel, in Geneva, across from the UN) they are about right. I appreciated being near to two bus stops, Intercontinental and Nations (buses 5,15, and 8 were my go-to's). The rooms had awesome black out curtains and offered complimentary tea, hot chocolate, and waters. Mine had a nice fall view of the mountains in the distance.

This hotel was chosen by the cruise line and met our needs for 2 nights. However, it is not near the city centre. The bus was close by and the transportation system in Geneva is safe and easy to use. There were a couple of restaurants nearby that served good food at a reasonable price. The room was clean, bright and spacious and served our needs but nothing stands our as memorable. The hotel served a buffet breakfast with lots of choice but the quality of the food led something to be desired. If you like a "chain hotel" experience than this hotel is for you.
