Awesome experience! The hotel facilities itself were great (clean, comfortable, up-to-date and up-to-standard). We enjoyed the gym, sauna, business center and restaurant. With that being said, the service was one of the best we've received at any hotel. Starting with the restaurant, the Woods: Sarah, Victoria and Lea were kind, sweet, thoughtful and accommodating beyond expectations. Their approach to their work started our day off on the right foot every morning with a great breakfast. From there, Albert and Vincent were phenomenal concierge as well. Their recommendations and attention to detail helped us make the most of our limited time in Geneva. Then, the receptionists and gentlemen helping with transportation/luggage were also great. Also, room service was fast and equally accommodating. This hotel has a can-do attitude and if they didn't have what we needed they were going to go to the extreme to get it. If we are ever in Geneva again, we would easily stay here again and again. Mahalo Nui Loa to you all.

I recently stayed at Continental Genf and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff were warm, helpful, and attentive — making me feel truly welcome. The room was spotless and beautifully furnished, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities one could need. The breakfast buffet was excellent: a wide variety of fresh fruits, breads, hot options, and good coffee. The location is very convenient, close to major transport links and local attractions, which made exploring the city easy and stress-free. I also appreciated the calm and quiet atmosphere, even though the hotel is centrally located. Overall, Continental Genf exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Geneva, whether for business or leisure.

I was really impressed by the level of professionalism at intercontinental. Even though it’s a 5 star hotel and technically shouldn’t be a valid reason but I was really impressed. Especially at the check in counter how I was received and made to feel right at home to Victoria (breakfast lady) always meeting us with amazing smiles that I would remember for a long time this is an experience I would want to relive due to how amazing this was. |Thank you Intercontinental Geneve for making my first time in Europe an amazing experience. ||PS Victoria is and was always amazing. Had a lovely three night stay. Was upgraded to a junior suite at check-in, and it was very comfortable. Breakfast was complimentary with my booking and was excellent. Sarah in particular was very pleasant and an attentive server who remembered our preferences. We enjoyed one meal at Les Nations bar. The sauna and hammam are small but offer a wonderful way to relax. Easy walk to bus stops for the 5/8 to go to Gare Cornavin or old town and it is a short walk to Nations where you can see the UN Headquarters and the Broken Chair sculpture. It is also just a short walk to Petit Saconnex where there are some lovely restaurants and a park where lots of people take their dogs to play. Highly recommend!

Great stay at InterContinental Geneva. The reception staff were excellent ,professional, efficient, and extremely helpful. The room was excellent with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was a bit old and quite small, and breakfast, while good in quality, was very crowded with some items missing something that should not happen in a 5-star property. Restaurant staff were friendly but clearly overwhelmed by the rush. For a hotel of this level, the breakfast area should be better prepared and organized to handle peak times and maintain a calmer atmosphere. Overall, a very good stay but with room for improvement at breakfast.

Excellent hotel overall! Has all the expected bells and whistles. What really stands out is the fantastic service staff! From the concierge to the bellhops and the housekeepers to the desk clerks, the service is outstanding and dare I say, exquisitely "French". Most outstanding is the petite dejeuner staff! They simply cannot do enough for you and always with a smile and Bonjour! Merci beaucoup!

We had an exceptional experience thanks to our waitress, Sarah! Every morning she greeted us with a smile and somehow remembered all of our orders perfectly without us having to say a word. She was not only pleasant and accommodating, but also gave fantastic recommendations that really elevated our meals. The food itself was delicious, but Sarah truly made the experience outstanding with her attentive service and welcoming personality. Highly recommend!

This hotel is quite overpriced for what it delivers. While the staff are genuinely friendly and attentive and the lobby impressive, the rooms (particularly the bathrooms) feel dated. What disappointed us most was the additional charge applied simply to allow our 2-year-old son to stay in the same room with us. None of the other hotels we stayed at in Switzerland, including in Geneva on this same trip, imposed such a fee. For a true five-star experience there are better properties in Geneva; I would recommend looking elsewhere.
