We loved our stay here the staff were absolutely lovely especially Omar he was so accommodating and funny - Thank you for making our christmas week so fun!! Joelle was also such a lovely lady she was so kind and attentive! Sarah was an absolute star!!! she was the sweetest person, so thoughtful and helpful and rapid !! We loved speaking with her every morning and she always remembered our preferences. Thank you Sarah :) Housekeeping and room service also delivered things so quickly, within 5 minutes which I have never experienced before. The reception was also so good, they were patient and happy to help. The evening atmosphere in the hotel lobby is so relaxing. Food and drink is lovely too. Would recommend this hotel.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and professional, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay. The restaurant truly stands out and, in my experience, is among the best across InterContinental properties. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the service was impeccable. I would like to especially commend Sarah, who went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made a real difference and added a personal touch to the overall experience. I genuinely enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning in the future.

I’ve been coming to the InterContinental Hotel in Geneva for the past 4-5 years, and the experience is consistently excellent. For me, a truly great hotel combines comfort, efficiency, and a sense of genuine hospitality, with thoughtful service, attention to detail, and staff who make you feel recognised rather than just received. This hotel gets that right every time. I’m particularly impressed with Victoria, who seems to lead the breakfast welcoming team. She is friendly, communicative, energetic, elegant, and always attentive; she sets the tone for the entire morning service. Lea is equally outstanding, with a calm, sophisticated presence and a sharp eye for detail. Both of them elevate the guest experience through their professionalism and warmth. The people here are excellent, and they’re a major reason I continue returning.

My stay at the Intercontinental was exceptional from start to finish. The attention from the entire team truly made a difference and turned my time there into something special. At arrival, Concierge Albert was incredibly kind and welcoming, the kind of professional who makes you feel at home within minutes. At the bar, Sarah brought a unique level of care, always attentive to the details and with a friendliness that made every moment even more enjoyable. And of course, my thanks to Clotilde, who oversaw everything with genuine care and dedication, showing just how much the hotel values each guest. I leave with a really great feeling and the certainty that the Intercontinental genuinely delivers hospitality that goes above and beyond. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

This is, without a doubt, the ABSOLUTE BEST 5-star hotel I have ever stayed at! If I could give it a 10-star rating, I absolutely would. ​The attitude and professionalism of the entire staff deserve a perfect 10/10. Every single interaction was warm, helpful, and truly demonstrated a commitment to outstanding hospitality. ​I must give a special, high-praise shout-out to the gentleman in the Package Management Department! I recently stayed at the InterContinental Geneva from 13–25 November. The experience was calm, comfortable and refined, with consistent attention to detail throughout my stay. I would like to make a special mention of Fidelina from housekeeping, who kept my room in excellent condition every day. Vijoria and Sarah in the restaurant were attentive and welcoming, and their service made a noticeable difference during my stay. Abdul at the front entrance was particularly helpful, always ready with an umbrella for my trips to the office and providing great assistance with my colleague’s and my luggage during checkout. Overall, the stay was well-managed and enjoyable. I look forward to returning. I left with a spring in my step and ready for the festive season.🎅🏻🎄

We stayed at the Intercontinental the 2nd week of November and had a truly great stay. The rooms were well kept, service was quick and professional always, and the staff was very helpful. The continental breakfast was very very good and the service was outstanding. In particular we had sarah as a server every day and she was such a fantastic attentive server. So warm happy and asked genuinely curious questions about us and where we were from. Overall the Intercontinental is a great place to stay!

Had a lovely three night stay. Was upgraded to a junior suite at check-in, and it was very comfortable. Breakfast was complimentary with my booking and was excellent. Sarah in particular was very pleasant and an attentive server who remembered our preferences. We enjoyed one meal at Les Nations bar. The sauna and hammam are small but offer a wonderful way to relax. Easy walk to bus stops for the 5/8 to go to Gare Cornavin or old town and it is a short walk to Nations where you can see the UN Headquarters and the Broken Chair sculpture. It is also just a short walk to Petit Saconnex where there are some lovely restaurants and a park where lots of people take their dogs to play. Highly recommend!
